Nice location”
Nice location but the staff is really lazy. One day , beside the fact that we went out of the room since morning until the afternoon, our room wasn t clean up. They started to clean it when they saw us. Also, I surprised the staff when they were looking inside my make up bag. This one was close and they had nothing to do there. I was really disappointed by their attitudes.

Need a lot of improvement.”
Located in the top of a hill, it's kinda hard to find the hotel with small signage. Cottage is down the hill, you have to thru hundreds of step to reach the cottage. They have private beach - which is the plus - but open for public, so sometimes pretty noise when it's crowded. Reception and restaurant cashier is in the same table. When I was there, there's also a group gathering hold an event. The sing and with loud music until 1 am! Staffs really need to be trained. No smile, no courtesy, no service excellent. They work like robot. The only smile I got is from a lady who clean the cottage area. Restauran food is good, but breakfast was disappointing. Three nights there, I got fried rice, fried noodle, fried rice noodle, with tea. No option. Hotel facilities even worse. My cottage's toilet spray is broken, no liquid shop, only hand soap and shampoo, towel is yellowish, thin and small, and the pillow flat as a bed. No mirror except the small one in the bathroom, no chair, and limited electricity socket. To be fair, I like the cottage tho. Easy access to the beach, you can have sunset from your room, quiet and calming sea. If they can improve the hotel can be better.

Beachfront cottages not well cleaned but nice beach and surroundings”
The restaurant serves decent food and the pool looked nice and clean (we didn't use it though). Great views from the restaurant, high up. The staff seemed unenthusiastic. Down 91 or so steps takes you to the beach front cottages. The surroundings down below were beautiful. The cottage is small for anything more than 2 people. The bed was not comfortable, the sheets were coarse, the AC barely worked (it was cooler outside than in). Even after the cleaner had come and gone, the sink was grimey. I found a piece of rat-eaten pastry behind the fridge (it was still wrapped in original plastic wrapping which had a hole in it). None of the staff offered to help bring our bags up or down the 91 stairs. The stairs are also tough on young kids. I can't recommend this place, but perhaps the other rooms at the restaurant level were better.

Beautiful peaceful place with warm and welcoming staff”
Pros: Fantastic location away from the city for those who want to relax and a beautiful beach. Lovely staff who went out of their way to help us organise SIM cards, island tours and motorbike hire. Very neat and clean rooms right on the beach which was also very clean and rubbish free (a rarity in Indonesia) Delicious food in the restaurant that has a great view. Huge clean swimming pool if you don't want to get sandy. Cons: 96 steps to get to the bungalows from the restaurant (gets easier the more times you go up) not great for the elderly or disabled. Not much variety for breakfast. Wish there was some fruit or cereal on offer. Fortunately it's easy enough to buy in the town and store yourself if you remember.

Great little place”
I was surprised with what we got after seeing no reviews on this place. It was beautiful, a nice quiet beach in front of our bungalow. There were A LOT of mozzies, but that had nothing to do with the place, it was that it was right by the water and it was also raining when we were there. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone wanting to go. The staff were AMAZING, even though they spoke very little english, AMAZING!

まあ、サービスは最低です。レストランの朝食はひどく子供が食べれるものがない。7時にレストランが開くはずなのに従業員が誰もいない。やっと見つけた従業員にどうなっているのか聞くと、コックが来ていない。。。それで？いつ来るの？いつ開くの？誰にもお勧めできない

Kami memilih kamar di bawa yang menghadap langsung ke laut. Cuman kalau membawa orang tua kasian. Karena harus melewati 94 anak tangga. Pemandangann nya bagus. Anak anak pun bisa bermain di pinggiran pantai. Kita bisa mengawasinya di teras kamar.
