Upon arrival, my first impression of the hotel was that it was beautifully presented. Staff were all so helpful and friendly and I never ONCE had to open a door. Definitely excellent service. Check in was super fast. The room was spacious and comfortable. It is right next to Pavillion shopping centre which is one of the major shops and a 2 min walk to the Bukit Bintang Monorail, Lot 10 and Sungei Wang. The buffet breakfast is delicious - there was nothing they didnt have and it was very filling. The hotel also has its own club, Pulse. Which is a small r&b, hip hop club with excellent entertainment. If you want to shop and eat, this is ideally one of the best/most conveniently located hotels in bukit bintang. I would definitely recommend it.

For first time visitors to KL, and those coming to town to shop, you cannot beat the location of Hotel Royal!!! It's right in the thick of the Bukit Bintang shopping strip, and is just metres from both the Bukit Bintang Monorail station and MRT station giving easy access to all you could possibly need or want in KL! Our room was spotlessly clean, our beds very comfortable with plenty of pillows and clean linen. The room was equipped with an in-room safe, TV, WiFi, international adaptors, bathrobes. Hotel Royal has recently become a non-smoking hotel so the rooms are lovely and fresh (no stale smoke smell). The bathroom was fully equipped with towels, hand towels, bath mat and face washers, plus a full set of toiletries including toothbrush, comb, razer, soap, shampoo, body wash, moisturiser, cotton buds, emery board and sewing kit. The rainshower had plenty of hot water. We will definitely stay again!

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received at Furama bukit bintang Hotel from 26 June to 28 June. I took my wife on our vacation to celebrate our anniversary at Kuala Lumpur, and I wanted it to be perfect. Your staff did not disappoint me. Your concierge, Mr Kana was able to assist me to let me park my vehicle near the lobby area as I have bad experience in parking in tight squeezes space which I did not know that your carpark has a narrow gap. I really appreciated that he let me park my Hyundai Starex near the lobby area as I really don't know where else I can park my vehicle if your staff did not assist me. Staying in Furama bukit bintang Hotel actually enhanced our vacation experience. Every staff member with whom we came in contact on our room 1609 was attentive and kind including the housekeeping and the room service. We have already decided to return to Furama bukit bintang Hotel for our next vacation, which will be next year. TQ

My first time in Bukit Bintang and I was taken really taken by surprise with Dorsett. It's located at the east end of Bukit Bintang area, so it was quiet and peaceful, but yet reaching the bustling busy streets with malls is just 150m away! How convenient is that! Due to holiday season, the rooms were full, so my Family Room got upgraded to a suite room, which is amazing. Breakfast was great with plenty of food choices, but the dining room was rather small compared to the number of guests, and I saw a very long line of people waiting. I took one star out of the facilities because of the lackluster gym area and equipments. Seriously, Dorsett should be ashamed :( But overall I truly enjoyed staying here and I would most definitely return! I'll just skip the gym.

Situated on the vibrant street in Bukit Bintang, we had a fabulous experience staying at Federal. The breakfast was quite fulfilling and there were several good dining options on the street in front of the hotel. The best part about the location was that you'll find the street alive even after midnight. Street bands playing lovely music, all shops, restaurant and at least one money exchange opened. Secondly, hotel was around 10mins walk from Bukit Bintang monorail train station. We really enjoyed Pakistani food at the UK Asia restaurant in front of the hotel and would definitely recommend it to guests staying here. One bad thing that we experienced was that the reception staff was unable to help us book bus tickets to Singapore, I feel they should have provided this service to their guest. Over all we had a great experience and would want to come again!

My wife, and I and 4 year old son arrived @ hotel at 9pm.We came from the low cost carrier airport (the aerobus shuttle is 8 rm, kids are 4)takes 1 hour to get to K.L sentral monorail, then a taxi for 20 rm to the hotel, less than 10 mins.We were upgraded from superior room to superior premium when we arrived, we were only ones @ check in. Premium room is brand new, and beautiful, it is very large as well.The room has a seperate living room so my son can sleep in bed and we can watch t.v on the 35 inch flat screen but only 17 channels and 1 movie channel.The bath tub is big and seperate stand up shower was great also.Free wireless fast internet, free bottled water and theee most amazing buffet breakfast made this hotel one of the best we've ever stayed in! Our son loved the 2 kids pools, the gym has a studio room also and my son played there alot he really wz happy there while my wife worked out. The hotel itself is situated right in Bukit Bintang it is in a shopping mall.There is a super market to buy cheap food or alcohol (carlsberg is 5 rm each) at a bar, beer is 25 rm or more..The Imbi monorail is attached to the west part of the mall and takes seconds to walk to. Mall has wendys,mcdonalds,kfc for kids and a great new food court with malaysian and chinese/thai dishes for cheap. A great small curry house for street food right across the street if your hungry at night. Truely was an amazing 4 night stay.

This is my second review about this hotel. My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 5 days this time so I can write a bit more. Location is the main reason that we chose this hotel. It is in the middle of Bukit Bintang and within 4 minutes walk to the Monorail station. Lot 10 shopping centre is next to this hotel. At the basement of Lot 10 there is a food court with many varieties of food that you can choose. Other shopping centres like Sungei Wang Plaza, Bukit Bintang Plaza, Berijaya Time square Shopping mall and Pavilion KL are only 5-10 minutes walk away. Jalan Alor with different hawker styles Food Street is also 5-10 minutes walk away. So, you will have different varieties of food for you to choose. There is free shuttle bus running nearly every hour from Bukit Bintang (outside Bukit Bintang Plaza by Starbuck Café) to Central Market which is also near China Town so you can tour around China Town as well as do your shopping. The room is in reasonable size with plenty room moving around. The washing basin inside the room is a bit strange but we find it OK. Water is very hot and air conditioning works well. Staff is very friendly and always eager to help. Room is very clean and daily refill of packets of coffee, tea and toiletries. The hotel also supplies daily newspaper (you can choose Chinese or English newspaper). We went to Meleka for few days and we could store our luggage with the hotel. On the whole we are very happy with this hotel and will return to stay whenever we visit KL again.

As a solo traveller, this newly opened hotel is perfect for me. Location is outskirt of Bukit Bintang area but it is within walking distance. Good place to avoid the crowded area (Bukit Bintang), imagine to use Uber in and out of the area. Around 5-10 minutes of walking distance to Berjaya Times Square, 5 minutes of walking distance to Pavillion, Sungai Wang and BB Walks (If you know the shortcut, try to explore it yourself...it will be fun) Hotel was very clean throughout my stay, breakfast was so so but I have nothing to complain for the cheaper price, you can easily find nearby restaurants and have your breakfast outside. There is this restaurant that open for 24hrs, when u walk out from the hotel's main entrance, turn left and walk all the way till u reach a corner, tadaa...best place to eat local foods.

I had a great experience staying there, they gave me a corner room which had city views from two sides. the best part was I could see the KL Tower was right in front while I slept. It was amazing. the staff was really nice, apart from just little misunderstanding, I thought my breakfast was included in my booking, which wasn't, I wasn't properly informed, so I had to pay extra money (the money I saved by walking on foot and not taking taxi) , although I do not regret my stay, I loved it. my suite had its own laundry machine, which was great. the place is in Bukit Bintang, the most happening place is at walking distance from hotel. Its a luxurious hotel worth your money.

Melia Kuala Lumpur is quite a good hotel, with its central location in Bukit Bintang. For shoppers, it's located near malls like Berjaya Times Square, Low Yat Plaza for techies, and, if you're in a walking mood, Pavilion Mall and Suria KLCC approximately 15 and 25 minutes away respectively. There's a bridge linking Pavilion Mall to Suria KLCC for convenience, so you'll be sheltered all the way from end to end. The rooms at the hotel are also fairly spacious, with extra space for a nice comfy sofa in the corner of the room. The front desk is efficient and polite and will lend a hand if you need one. The breakfast buffet is a decent spread, with a few new food items each day, but then again, you're in Bukit Bintang so you can always get breakfast outside. There's a "mamak" (Indian) restaurant behind Low Yat Plaza which serves cheap rice and noodle dishes, as well as local fare such as roti canai and naan. All in all, a good experience at Melia KL, and will definitely choose it again if I return to KL

Almost all of my friends stay at Hotel Istana when travelling through KL. I never understood the fuss, as there's many hotels in Bukit Bintang location but now that I've stayed there for the first time I totally get it! I'm now a full blown Istana convert. Our 5 star experience started even before we'd booked our stay. We phoned ahead to make sure a baby cot would be available and were told it would be, so we booked through Agoda. I immediately received a welcome email from Istana. I've never received that from any other hotel when I book through Agoda. It was a professional, and nice touch. Check in and out was quick and efficient. The complimentary drink station is a nice touch. The room is HUGE!! The bath and shower is a bonus. There was a little bit of mould in the bathroom, but there's no window so it's to be expected. The fresh flowers were a nice touch. The bed and linen was of very high quality (better than I have at home) and the block out blinds awesome.

the hotel is new and the room is clean. it is conveniently located in the center of bukit bintang shopping zone and entertainment area, within walking distance. the hotel is quite known to the taxi driver, hence, you will not have problem in reaching the hotel. another plus point, the receptionist is very friendly offering a early wake-up call and even help with the early morning taxi booking. the only issue is the internet wifi which is very slow almost not moving. in bottom line, it is best value for money hotel in bukit bintang area, within affordable budget.

I have lived in Bukit Bintang for 8 years in both hotels and apartment and I almost resigned myself to dirty cheap hotels that prostitutes go to service customers, so I was really happy to find a ‘budget’ hotel that LOOKS and FEEL expensive but isnt RIGHT IN FRONT OF PAVILLION! The hotel and the rooms are generally small but the comfort certainly isnt! I booked a double room without window and I dont even miss the view because I can just walk out and enjoy it! I happily go back and forth to this hotel and the malls to drop off my shopping and also I felt safe walking back after watching a movie at the cinema late at night. I hope the price for this hotel remains the same because it is really hard to find a nice and clean hotel at BB with this price. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We had two rooms. One was a Premier Executive. The other was part of their "E-package." The first room was basic, almost drab. The "E-package" room was on a floor where all the rooms had updated interior design (bathroom, lighting, floors, ceiling, walls, and furniture). Strangely, the room was about 2/3 the size of the first room even though it was about 20% more expensive. The 2nd room had complimentary access to the "E-lounge" which is an airport lounge-style business center with free unlimited Internet computers, printers, snacks, TV, and outdoor patio. If you don't get E-lounge access with your room, then Internet access was relatively expensive. Overall, both rooms were a great value for the money. Both rooms have a terrific all-you-can eat breakfast buffet featuring both Asian and Western selections. The hotel is located in Bukit Bintang. It is walking distance from 3 monorail stations: Hang Tuah, Imbi, and Bukit Bintang. Hang Tuah is the closest and easiest to walk to (5 mins). Hang Tuah is also next to the Putra line of the KTM subway. The best part is its proximity to Jalan Alor (2 mins away right out the front door) which is about 4-5 blocks of food hawkers/food stalls. This was the highlight of our trip. We went there for dinner every night and had outstanding Chinese food and beer for about $5USD each.

We had a great stay here, clean and comfortable. Great location with walking distance to Petaling & Alor streets, Bukit Bintang and Hang Tuah transfer station. My only complaint is that if you have friends on a different floor, you cant get to them. A simple software change I imagine. Pool area was a welcome oasis after walking the hot humid streets. I prepaid this property and was annoyed to be hit with additional charges. This was all because of the change in government and there changes to service taxes etc. The hotel did not explain this well and finally when it was explained to me I understood, unfortunatly by this time I was quite annoyed and just felt like being ripped off. Perhaps a typed sheet explaining the changes would help in future.

Best-value serviced apartments in Bukit Bintang. Directly opposite Pavillion shopping mall and next to Starhill Gallery. The rooms are newly refurbished, located in an old apartment building on top of a newly refurbished shopping mall as well. The rooms are basic but are very clean and comfortable. We easily slept six people in our three bedroom apartment. It even came with a small kitchen with a fridge and utensils for simple cooking. There is a swimming pool and gym, but no restaurants. However being in Bukit Bintang, there are lots of restaurants right outside the hotel as well as supermarkets and 24hr mini-marts. You wouldn't go hungry! Would definitely recommend to anyone who seeks a good location without breaking the bank.

Hotel Capitol is a charming and affordable hotel in Bukit Bintang. It was our first time staying there, and we really didn't know what to expect. We had just came in from a long bus ride from Singapore, with an added 2-3 hours being stuck in a traffic jam. It was a humid day and our bodies had grown stiff to the long journey - all we wanted was to rest. It took us a while to figure out where the entrance to the main lobby is, even though we saw the facade while walking in the street. After a few turns, we realized it was actually much easier to get to the hotel than we thought. Entering the lobby, I was amazed at to see how modern and well-furnished it looked. Honestly, I wasn't trying to expect much as it is only a 3-star hotel. The check-in was very smooth and quick - only about 5-8 minutes. The staff was really friendly and efficient. As we entered our room, I saw that this hotel really keeps up to the guests' expectations to be what the website portrays. It felt grand and so very welcoming. I felt at home. Spotless bedsheets, clean bathroom & towels. The TV has a variety of channels to choose from - I even managed to catch my favorite American drama series there. The hotel even has a clean & green policy going on - guests can choose not to have their towels & bedsheets changed everyday to reduce the amount of water wasted on washing them. When we wanted to explore the area, we found that the hotel is strategically located within 5 mins of 3 malls - Plaza Low Yat, BB Plaza & Sungei Wang plaza. Pavilion and Berjaya Times Square were also within 8-10 mins walk. A variety of food were in abundance in the area, we were really spoilt for choice. Capitol may not be a 5-star hotel, but it sure deserves it, seeing that it is the most perfect hotel to stay in Bukit Bintang area.A 3-star hotel with the quality of a 5-star. I stayed for 2 nights and paid only SGD200. I would not recommend any other hotel in that area, nor would I even research for it.

Excellent option to stay in Bukit Bintang, is located within 3 to 5 minutes walk to any hotspot in Bukit Bintang. The hotel was 5months old at the time of our stay. Provide us with comfort stay; clean rooms, in room amenities, and if you're lucky you'll easily get the view of KL tower right at your room window. The corner rooms are well designed to make good use of the space, therefore it would be a little too squeezy. Each floors equipped with drinking water filter for easy refills. Hotel located just paralel to jalan Bukit Bintang and adjacent to Jalan Alor, is convenient yet provides you a quiet environment for quality sleep. Close to the crowd but somehow quiet. Small hotel but i guess is just what you need when you intend to shop. Parking is easily available behind the hotel, right from the parking lot there is a small access to connect you right into Jalan Alor. Service provided was great. Staff are friendly and fulfilling. Couldn't ask for more. If you are looking for a good value hotel to stay in Bukit Bintang area, this would be it!

We've stayed here twice now and loved our stay both times. Brand new hotel at the quiet end of Bukit Bintang. Short drive to KL Central, walk to eat street Jalan Alor. Nice modern rooms, good wifi and A/C, lovely rooftop pool. It's like a 5 star hotel without the price tag... We also love Ali's Food Corner for cheap and delicious eats. Mercure Shaw Parade is our go to hotel when in KL. Only let down is the heavily overpriced beer at the pool!!

its really near to bukit bintang MRT station..only walked for 3minute...this hotel in front of JL alor..U can access KL by GOKL FREE bus and their hotel just near that GOKL bus top... when we first arrived and check in..their staff really fast to serve us..eventhough they give us early check in...so its really nice!!! 1st day theres a problem with their Aircon then we smelled like burning things..we called their staff and check our room why suddenly back out and smelled like burning..so their staff come then check..they change our room from 2nd floor to 5floor and that room we can see the KL twin tower.. eventhough their hotel like old hotel but their service really makes us happy thanks Imperial bukit bintang hotel...

I had a 3-day conference at Royale Chulan Hotel. Decided not to stay there because it was too expensive...Solution: to find a budget accomodation nearby, within walk in distance to Royale Chulan + shopping mall + nightlife Summary of my 3 nights at Le Apple Boutique Hotel Bukit Bintang: Pro: 1. The hotel is actually behind the Grand Millenium hotel 2. 20 min walk in distance to Royale Chulan Hotel 3. Shopping mall (Pavilion, Fahrenheit, Starhill Gallery) is 2 min walk. KLCC is about 15 min walk via the KLCC-Bukit Bintang Pedestrian Walkway 4. Easy access to public transport (bus, taxi, LRT-KLCC station, Monorail-Bukit Bintang or Raja Chulan station) 5. Friendly & helpful staff, security guard 6. Room - very clean & tidy. Stylish frosted glass door bathroom and has a huge mirror. Flat screen tv, even got Korean & Japanese channel. WiFi signal was excellent. 7. Prayer mat + iron + ironing board + hair dryer + safety deposit box available 8. Plenty of street food 'warung' across the hotel entrance Cons: 1. Quite expensive 2. No breakfast is provided 3. Small room 4. No wardrobe 5. Dark corridor 6. Was surprised when the receptionist told that I need to pay RM200 (must be cash) for keeping the room clean when I checked-in . Nevertheless, it was refunded during the check-out Recommendation: Suits for those who just want a clean comfortable place to sleep and you don't plan on spending a lot of time in your room. Definitely a great base to explore Kuala Lumpur city.

A hotel is a rented home where to stay 3-5 days. I had visited many countries & stayed in many hotels. Royal Chulan Bukit Bintang hotel is a place where I was much happy because of the hotel's location, room's cleanliness, stuff's politeness, immediate actions of any demands & cordial behaviours. During the breakfast i was introduced with some ppl, most of them were repeated guest who stays here. Since last 4days (18th Feb, 2018) i was staying there with my wife & 1 year old baby. Suddenly at midnight of yesterday (21st Feb) my baby was facing high fever but was feeling better at morning. So, for half an hour i was out of the hotel & suddenly got a call when my wife was loudly crying & let me know that baby's temperature has suddenly increased & baby was shaking his body, twisting & rolled over his eyes. I was just running to the hotel. When reached there i had noticed that my Shona was senseless, wife was running to the hotel lobby, the GM of the hotel with some stuffs are also running, already arranged a taxi, advised us to take the necessary documents & the AGM of the hotel took our bag & taken us to the hospital, did every thing for us in the hospital (described baby's condition to the hospital ppl, bought foods etc) From the very beginning to till released & returned back to the hotel Ms.Ajarishah (AGM) was with us. After our return to the hotel to till our leaving (today) every stuffs was asking about my baby. These ppl did something that we were feeling that we are leaving our family in Malaysia. At present we have safely reached in my country, baby has still fever but better now. Alhamdulillah. We are thankful to all the stuffs of Royal Chulan Bukit Bintang Hotel. We'll never forget you.

Room for 2 for 4 nights at rm300. it's quite cheap since it's in Bukit bintang. don't choose this hotel if u're claustrophobic, room a bit small, but with the price, don't expect u can get a suite. parking are very limited. but if u and your car can't be separated, u can park near corona inn, with charge of course, per entry. luckily for me i got the parking space at the hotel, and park there for 4 days, and travel use public transport. much easier, less time consuming, and less money used too.
