"Everything was perfect. Yet, as this is my first time booking a residence, I was not aware that I need to contact the owner myself to check in despite being the customer. I was sure that I filled in my phone number during booking so that I could be informed if needed clarification or whatnot... Anyhow, after the receptionist informed me to personally contact the owner, I called the number and was told to wait for further instructions from the middleman to check in. Okay. The thing is after waiting for 10mins without any response, and enduring mosquito bites, I had to called the owner again asking the instructions. Finally then received a whatapps text on how to self check in. Talk about time wasted.. Check in management is a bit lacking, so I hope to see some improvement in that particular part. TQ "

"The place was beautiful and clean and our suite was just below the penthouse with clear view of the city. We went out on the second day not knowing some helpers are gonna clean our room, we left some valuable items on the bed and when we come back, none of our item went missing. We even extended our stay for a couple of hours and the host attended to our request nicely. Just one cons, there’s no water heater or boilers. But there is a microwave in the kitchenette. Definitely would consider staying here again."

"Staff was excellent, well trained and always took the opportunity to ask us about our stay. We felt well taken care of. Design of the hotel was among the best we ever stayed in - quaint, unique and well thought out! Some slight feedback was given to the front desk who quickly took out a notepad to record our feedback, which shows proper attention taken to address our concerns. Distance was a bit out of the way and entrance was quite hidden at first, but all minor gripes to what was an excellent stay in an excellent hotel! Plus points to all the well designed locations in the hotel itself that make you want to stay in the room less and venture around and explore!"

"Pros: Location was 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 (It is just 3 mins walk to Pavilion Shopping Mall and Bukit Bintang) ; Cleanliness towards the room was super clean ; The view from our room was good and the street is sort of quiet at night. Respond from the owner was quick as we didn’t know how to drain the bath tub after using it because the plug was broken but that doesn’t really cause us much problem. Infinity Pool is super duper niceee . Cons: I guess it doesn’t have a mirror for us when we blow dry our hair. "

"My first time in Bukit Bintang and I was taken really taken by surprise with Dorsett. It's located at the east end of Bukit Bintang area, so it was quiet and peaceful, but yet reaching the bustling busy streets with malls is just 150m away! How convenient is that! Due to holiday season, the rooms were full, so my Family Room got upgraded to a suite room, which is amazing. Breakfast was great with plenty of food choices, but the dining room was rather small compared to the number of guests, and I saw a very long line of people waiting. I took one star out of the facilities because of the lackluster gym area and equipments. Seriously, Dorsett should be ashamed :( But overall I truly enjoyed staying here and I would most definitely return! I'll just skip the gym."

"Upon arrival, my first impression of the hotel was that it was beautifully presented. Staff were all so helpful and friendly and I never ONCE had to open a door. Definitely excellent service. Check in was super fast. The room was spacious and comfortable. It is right next to Pavillion shopping centre which is one of the major shops and a 2 min walk to the Bukit Bintang Monorail, Lot 10 and Sungei Wang. The buffet breakfast is delicious - there was nothing they didnt have and it was very filling. The hotel also has its own club, Pulse. Which is a small r&b, hip hop club with excellent entertainment. If you want to shop and eat, this is ideally one of the best/most conveniently located hotels in bukit bintang. I would definitely recommend it. "
