Bulabog Beach on the eastern board of Boracay Island is a world-renowned haven for kitesurfers and windsurfers thanks to the perfect wind conditions that the northeast winds bring from the months of October to April. Kitesurfers flock to Bulabog for the winds blowing from 15 to 30 knots, the most favorable for their sport. In fact, kitesurfing competitions are held here regularly.
Bulabog Beach’s shoreline is filled with budget resorts and kite surfing schools. The crowd is less touristy, making the vibe more relaxed than White Beach.
The months of May to September are less windy on this side, making Bulabog Beach a good alternative to White Beach. Bulabog Beach sits at the foot of Boracay’s highest point, Mount Luho where visitors can enjoy the view of the island from the viewing deck.
