Nothing I can’t complain about this Hotel. If you really want a relaxing Hotel with an A list Service, you can never be wrong with Ferra Hotel. The Hotel is situated on the Sitio Bulabog Beach near D Mall Station 2. To sum up my very satisfied and happy experience in Ferra are below: The ambiance of the Hotel is really superb. The exterior and interior are very minimalist and modern in style. It’s really cozy and comfortable. The rooms are really well designed like most of the luxury condominium interior. Everything is in detailed, the lightning, the flooring, the furniture and the lavatory is really awesoooomest. We can consider it is a small hotel that gives you a 5 start feels; this Hotel is really an A-lister. There is a small pool around 4 meters deep which is just right with the architecture of the Hotel. There is a roof deck bar offers food and drinks during night just in case you don’t want to join the crowded bars near beach front. The stay is really worthwhile. The staffs are really well trained, friendly, accommodating (If I can list of good adjective). Donna and Julie is really accommodating even before our arrival on the island. They offer free pick up on the port. The smiles of the staffs are really the best; it will make you feel home. Sorry I forgot kuya who picked up us on the Port, he is really mabait and friendly. All staffs are really helpful. I Hope Ferra Hotel will maintain this kind of service all throughout. Overall it will really give you a five start VIP experience. The Hotel is really highly recommended and I will surely go back soon maybe next Laboracay! I would like to thank again Ferra Hotel and its staff for a very memorable summer this 2015. I can say that they offer a world class accommodation, service, food, facilities and smile. This is one of the best Hotel in Boracay.

This is a great place to stay in Bulabog beach area. The design of this place is so closely knit with the nature around. Although we stayed at multiple locations in Boracay, but at Ralph's place - Mr.Ralph & his teams's hospitality was truly the best. The friendly receptionist Ms.Milky, took care of everything needed during our stay at Ralph's. The view and ambiance is serene and beautiful. It is situated very close to the Bulabog beach side, where a lot of kite-surfing activities can be done. Their simple breakfast includes a mix of western & local dishes. Ralph's also has an in-house restaurant called 'By the way', that's open to public & residents. All-in-all this is a beautiful place to spend your time at Boracay.

It was an awesome resort hotel to stay in. Because I visited Boracay from Aug 20 to 23 during its rainy season in Philippines, the location of the hotel was better than the ones on the White Beach because the Bulabog beach had low waves and less winds. Also parasailing activities and scuba diving and etc. were all done on Bulabog beach that it was more helpful. The hotel had generally great service and breakfast. Because I stayed at a deluxe double suite which is the highest level of rooms at 7Stones, I was mostly satisfied with the interior, furniture, space and location of the room. Especially I loved the mattress of the bedroom. It was firm and comfort that I could have a deep sleep during the stay. However, just one thing I was surprised at the hotel was the fact that I found a huge cockroach in the bathroom once. It was not running around but it was standing on the wall of the bathroom faucet area. It was disgusting to look at but I didn't want to make a hassle to chase it around in the early morning so I left it as it was, and later it disappeared somewhere. I didn't mention this complaint to the hotel while I stayed so I am not sure if the staff is aware of this problem. I am sure the hotel is managed as clean as possible always but I think prevention of insect propagation is the issue of the hotel. Otherwise, overall I would definitely like to recommend this hotel to my friends who visit Boracay. PS The wi-fi internet didnt work very well in bedroom area. It was only strong in living room area for me. I hope this service can also be improved later.

This was a last minute booking for our honeymoon getaway and were able to book a 1 bedroom, ocean view suite. The hotel was situated in Bulabog Beach which was nice and quiet yet close enough to walk to D'Mall. We were pleasantly surprised with the modern, clean decor of the room, but were more than satisfied because of the ocean view from our bedroom! You can literally look out onto the blue ocean while lying in bed! The living room area was equipped with a large flat screen tv, sofa, small table with 2 chairs, mini oven, microwave, small fridge, plates and utensils, and cooking utensils. The bath was sufficient but the hot water was sporadic and not consistent. So, if you like long hot showers(which I do), this is not the place. But the room size, amenities, and the spectacular ocean view more than made up for the lack of hot water in the shower. The room also included a free one hour massage for myself and my wife which was nice after a long day of walking, but it was more of a therapeutic massage instead of a relaxing one. If you avail of the free massage and don't want to feel like you've been run over by a train you may want to request a softer more relaxing massage! The staff was friendly and accommodating to all our issues that came up, which were few and minor. The security was good with a guard at the bottom of our stairs, which is nice and gave us peace of mind. Overall a very nice place to stay for the price with an amazing ocean view. If you like a quite place without crowds, excellent food and you love water sports like windsurfing and kitesurfing, this is the best place on the island. I'm coming back to Boracay already 6 years for kitesurfing, and till now I didn't find this secret place. Its really well hidden at the end of the kitesurfing Bulabog beach, where the beach is widest. The owners are a very friendly family and they run this place more like a hobby then a business. I felt there as a part of their family, and after all my visits on the island I was really happy to find such a great place. You can find there more kind of rooms, starting with the 2 simpliest huts, 4 double bedrooms, 2 deluxe suites with kitchenette, and the most luxurious premier suite for 4-5 people with a huge balcony on the upper floor. During my 1 month stay I have tried the double bedroom and the premier suite, and even I was alone, I liked the big premier suite with the great view. Another surprise for me was the food. After all my visits on Boracay I have tried really a lot of restaurants on White beach and also Bulabog beach including the top 10 ones, but the food in Wind Riders Inn was just amazing. During my 1 month stay I have tried a different restaurant on the White beach only for one dinner. All the other days I have stayed in Wind Riders Inn. Just to mention, even the bread they cook for themselves and the food is in bio quality for a very reasonable price. The next positive thing about this place is for kitesurfers. The storage of kite equipment is free of charge and they help you with launching and landing the kite. Great service. All in all I would highly recommend this place and when I come back to Boracay, I will definitely stay there with my family. No need to keep opening tabs for different places to stay; you've found the one. Amazing rooms and location--it is right on Bulabog Beach. You can walk to White Beach in 10 minutes, so no worries about getting around. Extremely clean and spacious rooms overlooking either the garden or the ocean. There was a 2-for-1 special that made Hangin Kite Resort work out to be cheaper than the nearby hostels, which is an outstanding value for the quality of everything that you are receiving. I also stayed at Frendz and MNL, but this was the superior value of all the budget-conscious options. My room had a small kitchenette with all supplies needed for making my own meals, including even a refrigerator. I will definitely return here on my next trip if the value remains the same.

Balcony Inn is a wonderful place. The owner and his wife were extremely nice and helpful and they really give their best to provide an excellent service. Breakfast was very nice each morning, as soon as we came out on our front door balcony each morning, someone was coming to serve us our breakfast and coffee (which we could choose from a menu options each day) . The room was clean, cute and very comfortable. They thought about all the little details in the room to make sure you have everything you need. The place is calm at night (yes there's roosters but's that's everywhere in Philippines) and it's a 5 minutes walk to Bulabog beach and also just a few minutes to reach the famous white beach where all the action is. We totally recommend Balcony Inn! The best place!!

Everything seemed perfect at Levantin. The food was very good and reasonable except for the Beef Salpicao that I think was overrated and overpriced. The staff were so helpful and made sure that we were well attended. esp. Joy and Jeffrey. The view in this hotel is priceless. Sunrise is spectacular. However forget about taking a plunge in Bulabog beach because it is not safe ( I guess). Just a few meters away you can find huge pipe which I believe is what they are referring to as the sewage pipe. I stayed there with my husband and a 1 and half year old daughter. White beach is a about 10 minutes walk. It was a bit tiring though but I guess it was okay. I will definitely be back in this hotel if ever I go back to Boracay. BTW, Puka Beach is the best for me to swim. I hope it remains untouched. I felt a bit sad when I saw White Beach. It's really too commercialized. You can't even take a good picture because it's too crowded and there are a lot of construction going on. I missed the pristine Boracay :(

Once arriving at the place directly on the beach you will defiantly will the vibe that this area is surrounding. I directly extended to a week. During the last 4 years of travelling I haven’t been to such a great bunk for that amazing price. Beds were really big and super comfy, bathroom with nice shower and facilities. They even have a rooftop terrace with nice view over the balubog beach where you can use the kitchen area. Staff is Amazing, either it’s the owner, the boys giving you assistance with your kite or nice ladies cleaning the room! It’s mainly a kite school in the ground floor, so if you wanna Beginn with kitesurfing, that’s the place. If I’ll come back to Boracay it will be a 110% the Freestyle academy where I would like to stay! Thank you so much!

i would greatly recommend Ernest's Place for those who are not looking for beach front hotels yet wants to stay somewhere near almost everything. every time we go back after a long day on the beach, it feels like we are going home to our own place. it is near d*mall and almost halfway between the white beach and bulabog beach where people go for kite surfing. very clean, quiet and great location.

We travelled to Boracay for our honeymoon, looking for someplace quiet to relax. Palm Breeze offered exactly what we were looking for. On the hill, looking over the kite boarders on Bulabog beach and the surrounding bay, it is in a beautiful location, away from the main crowds of Boracay. The main White Beach is an easy 15 minutes walk away, or a $1-2 tricycle ride, so you are not too far away from the adventure. There is a small pool to cool down in, and the rooms are very comfortable and the staff very gentle and friendly. The Bulabog beach is not inviting for swimming, so a stay at Palm Breeze will mean a 10 minute trip to get to the beach, but the nearby streets are much quieter and calmer, making for a easy stroll through the village.

It may not be a beach front property but it's at the center of everything. 3 min walk to D*Mall. 10 min walk to long beach. 2 min walk to the opposite less crowded Bulabog beach (excellent for a quiet walk in the moonlight or starry night). The concrete bunk beds with super thick foam mattress were awesome. Great undisturbed and comfy sleep each and every night. Lounge at their huge deck with private pool after a day at the beach and mingle with other guests. Modern design with lots of instagram-worthy wall paintings at every floor. But the best feature is the professional and friendly staff who will always make you feel at home.

It can be the best place I have ever stayed in with such a nice price. The staff are all very friendly and nice, they treated us like real family and they smiled all the time. They're also well-trained in cleaning the room, and served meal fast enough. The name of this hotel is absolutely coming from the Dog who always slept on the around near the checkin-counter. He is so adorable that we couldn't help waiting to take pictures! Five different kinds of breakfast are served very morning and they're all delicious. Water and orange juice are endless. For the location, 30 seconds walk to Bulabog Beach and 3 mins to D'mall, very convenient place. Room establishments are well equipped, giving us a very comfortable experience with relaxed music from outside. I recommend all of you to stay in Lazy Dog. If I have second chance to visit Boracay, I'm sure it will be my option.

I really liked this place, stayed there for 6 days total. Its right in front of bulabog beach which means sea activities is just 10metres or so, away. Plus point is that it is also just a 5mins walk away from D'mall and another 5mins from white beach. Just a little thing to note is that it is a rather "dirty" walk to the D'mall on rainy days since the pathway there tends to retain a lot of water due to uneven surface, also in the night it is rather creepy to walk alone back to the hotel due to the lack of lighting on the pathway. However, with the friendly staff and boss, the dirty walk is just a small issue, you get dirty at the beaches anyway. They have a foot wash at the hotel entrance for a good washing :) They also have a dog there named "Cabrina" if i didnt get her name wrongly, shes a friendly dog who just recently had baby puppies, however she doesnt get enough food, so feeding her babies made her all skinny and boney so if you are ever there and if you love dogs, please do buy her some dog food from the super market nearby and feed her, the staff are really thankful for anyone who can provide some food for the dog since they are not able to feed her due to lack of funds and yes they love her. Im a animal lover so it breaks my heart to see such a thin dog, so i bought her some food and she was really hungry. she also loves gentle strokes on her forehead and tummy, a really gentle dog, so do give her some food if you can, e.g rice with canned dog food makes her day. :) Overall, it was a great stay at a great hotel with great friendly staff and a gentle doggy who has really cute puppies! you can ask to see the puppies, sometimes the staff brings 1 of them over to the hotel and they are really cute :D I hope you have a nice time at this place too!

This place wasn't in the beachfront but it's accessible enough to anywhere. You can choose to walk from White Beach through DMall to get to the hotel but all bikes, tricycles pass by the street where it resides so you won't have that much of a problem going around. It's also walking distance from Bulabog beach. Room was very clean, well-maintained. Lots of natural light coming in to keep the room looking alive. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Their manager personally went to check up on me in my room when I had some slight problems with the wifi. She was nice and the issues were easily fixed. The hotel didn't offer airport transfers during my stay but the SouthWest Tours office is just a few steps away so you can book it yourself there. Although the place is limited in other facilities (no pool, gym, common eating area), it was enjoyable enough to warrant another visit. Will definitely be back at Jeffrey S on my next visit.

A bit of a strange set-up, in that Seven Stones resort is conjoined with Boracay Gems (same owners but leased out?), with a couple of the rooms actually on the corner of Seven Stones (101A & B) & the rest as villas around the corner & overlooking Bulabog beach. Overall, rooms are very spacious & certainly value for money. In our Opal Villa we had 3 Samsung TV's with surround sound...none of which every got switched on. Whilst it can definitely accommodate 2 couples with a bedroom upstairs & downstairs, there was only one shower. Three of our friends stayed at 101A & B, with the latter being a larger living area etc. with jacuzzi bath, but only one bed. Some oddities were the lack of towels & normal shower commodities; that one of our lounge window (if blinds raised) looked straight into the small managment office & that there appears to be a bit of confusion all round as to whether guests of Boracay Gems can use the Seven Stones pool. I was personally told on two occasions that I wasn't allowed to by a surly security/lifeguard/gardener, but then when I insisted I was & that we also had friends in 101A & B (part of Seven Stones, but booked through Boracay Gems) - he left us alone. However, the swim-up barmen & restaurant staff couldn't be more enthusiastic to see us & happily served us/took our money. Resort is right on the beach, which is great. However, due to the wind/season, lots of boats were moored here & not particularly nice for any swimming - while on White Beach, about 10mins walk across the island, it was often blowing a gale, with tumultuous seas. So while we booked this resort for direct beach access & kitesurfing, it was actually held over on White Beach at the end of Zone 3. The weather is now changing though, so the kitesurfing will move back to Bulabog Beach & White Beach will calm down & be much cleaner with offshore winds etc. Great place with great friends, had a wonderful time & we'd all love to come again!

The view of Bulabog beach and of the pool and the rest of the resort were clearly the standout features of the Cohiba Villas. It was a beautiful place to stay for our 2 couples. More than half our stay was us conversing about how great the place was while drinking wine on the terrace staring at the moonlight over the ocean, while having breakfast from our table overlooking the pool, while taking pictures of EVERYTHING. Being on the beach is nice too, but if you're going as a family or 2 or more couples, you won't regret this!

The casitas offer a nice respite from the maddening crowds of white beach, up a hill that offers amazing ocean views of bulabog beach and the rest of the island. Casitas 2 Level 2 was huge, with an attic that could sleep 2 more people. Staff were attentive too, and asked if we liked the breakfast after noticing unfinished food. At this price and with such amazing views, it is good value for money. Lots of cable channels to choose from, so don't be afraid you'd be bored here. At night, hang out by the huge terrace and gaze at the stars and the milky way. Little touches such as the flowers during breakfast, and sweet little good night note on the bed make the experience extra sweet. The casitas offer everything you might need for a long stay, with a fully-equipped kitchen should you want to stay in and cook up a meal. You can buy ingredients from the local stores downhill. The flowers blooming all around the property lit up my heart every morning. Not forgetting the house dogs who would sleep on the terrace and send us off each day, plus welcome us back 'home' each night. It is a short 10-minute walk downhill to the main road and white beach, but do take note that most trike drivers don't know about the place. Just tell them up the hill at bulabog beach. Alas, we arrived on a late flight, and it was past 10pm when we reached the road outside the casitas. With no lights whatsoever, we went up 3 different forked paths and could not find the place. We finally called the hotel, who sent their security guard down to fetch us. Do try to reach there when it's still light, or call the hotel beforehand to make sure they are there to guide you from the main road. All in all, I will miss this place for its privacy, amazing views, and warm staff who pay attention to the little details to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rest of the island is another matter altogether. To avoid the crowds, try to make a trip to Puka beach up north.

we stay at the bolabog apartelle at the english bakery last holiday, April 4, 2012, Maundy Thursday the hotel location was in a perfect location for the beach lovers like it was 10 mins away from station 1 and 20 mins away walk to bolabog beach imagine two beaches at one near hotel. the room attendant and the stuff was very accommodating and the food was nice and delicious, i would really love to go back and to stay the english bakery again, for its beautiful ambiance and friendly staff, also for its good location near d'mall and station 1 and 2

i have stayed in funboard center over the easter. even though i am not a windsurfer i chose bulabong beach and was so surprised how convienient it is. actually only about 10 mins walk to the busy white beach. when i arrived i was surprised the room was good sized with walk in wardrobe and its all renovated with nice bathroom. and the best was the view from my balcony its literally about 10 metres away from the beach loved it! there is a convenient store 3 mins walk. the room comes with breakfast which is served downstairs in lovely beach bar. the staff is very friendly and it’s more like a family place. if you are a kitesurfer or windsurfer even better if not you might try it there is a school right in the funboard center ☺ i would definately recommend staying in this place but would consider staying if you have a kids as it would be probably easier staying on the other side of island.
