Bad room not clean

Handy location and park was nice, we had a quiet location in the corner. Awnings kept the bungalow cool even in the high temperatures. Good communication with the reception in English before we arrived.

Disappointing that there was no soap in the toilet and only one toilet roll. All facilities in the park closed on Sunday. Cutlery was very cheap. Our bungalow had 8 beds crammed in upstairs, but really the place was only big enough for max 6 people. The slats on one of the beds collapsed while being laid in, though we were able to fix it!

Close to every thing you need.

There were very steep stairs unsuitable for small children.

We liked the park and we were close to relatives and we liked the second bungalow we were ofered after we complained about the first.

Lights not working, electrical problems all throught the house due too short-circuits, heating in the downstairs shower not working, shower hose was broken, reception didn't answer and we had to guess they were closed because the message wasn't in English, stove/microwave wasn't working, the qdvert was misleading because it specified and showed a house in front of a lake(we received nothing of such), writtings and scratches on walls, webs and spiders all throught the house, paint was getting off the window sills and a hole through the wall that later they tried to charge us for. We complained about all of these and they tried to charge for a hole in the wall and when that didn't work they are trying to charge for extra cleaning. We were ofered and moved to a second bungalow that was looking inside as per pictures in the advert but the view outside was full of construction site works and nothing as per advertisement; the alternative was to get a €50 compensation and stay in the bungalow full of problems. We were also very surpised to get there qnd be told that we needed to pay extra for kids bedding that booking.com doesn't charge but they do. Left without any options we had to pay the extra charge and qlso instead of a 50€ deposit they asked for 75€, which of course we were forced to pay. And to top all of the above, we were surprise to find out that there was absolutely no bath supplies...maybe we misunderstood the advert...

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Kinder haben das Schwimmbad und den Badesee geliebt. Der Strand war perfekt.

Der Bungalow war nicht sauber und die Möbel waren sehr abgenutzt. Leider gab es kein Toaster.

War für unsere Arbeit perfekt!!!

Die ruhige Lage war schön zum entspannen , Schwimmbad...

Was mir nicht gefallen hat waren die Betten ...weil Dach dich an Betten waren sodass du deine Beine nicht genug ausstrecken konntest ...die Zimmern waren klein....jedoch im grossen und ganz war alles gut, familien freundliche Schwimmbad war sehr schön
