This is a home stay and not a hotel. As any accommodations, there are pros and cons. Pros You will get a WOW factor when you walk in the house. Huge 6 bedrooms that can accommodate 12 people. There are mattresses that you can lay on the laminated floor to sleep additional people. The place is very well kept and clean. Excellent place to stay if you frequent Batu Ferringhi. Cons Very far away from city center, about 45 minutes drive and an hour from the airport. Please bring your own towels. Toilet paper is limited but there is a hose at the side for washing. Even though it's a home stay: - - You are not able to cook as there is no stove. - You are not able to wash your clothes as there is no washing machine. Some side notes, when I contacted the owner of the house to collect the keys, I was asked to pay a deposit of RM300 (around US$71) for incidentals. I was surprised as it was not stated when I booked my stay. I personally like the place and highly recommend it if you are fine with the cons.

We was a family with 16 family members stayed at this double storey bungalow. We had great time in this holiday bungalow. Friendly house owner. Kids just love this house. The house was clean and comfortable. There are still lack facilities equipped in this house; water heater at the upper floor rooms, child grill at the stair case, hair dryer. I would highly recommend this place to people especially whose on vacay in large group. There are facilities like kitchen, washing machine, oven, tv, wifi etc. But, too much rules. E.g no noise after 11pm (we have children so what do u expect), cant lock our room EVERYTIME, and high upfront deposit which doesnt stated in the Agoda RM500. Other than that, I like this ho...I would highly recommend this place to people especially whose on vacay in large group.
