Their staff are well-trained with friendly attitude. They even help to carry my things since I was too packed. The room is equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy as well. Ground floor lobby is equipped with washing machine and dryer, and also water dispenser. I am fully satisfied with this hotel.

The best hostel I've stayed in Asia”
I don't usually leave a review of my stay but Bunk and Bilik is an exception. The hostel is one of a kind. They have all day free flow coffee and a good sandwich every morning. The ambiance of the place is very relaxing. They also have a free use of laundry machine and most importantly, the staff are so very friendly. Shout out to mubahil for entertaining our queries all the time and for ensuring that we had an amazing stay.

I was staying in a queen bed with window and attached bath room. I was so impressed with rhis hotel. This is supposed to be a budget hotel, but not only the room was very clean, it even providing fridge, safe box, hair dryer, water kettle, towels and tooth brush toothpaste. Washing machine in at the ground floor. Simple breakfast was provided, though only a pack of vermicelli and coffee. The only problem was the road construction in progress outside the hotel main road. But the hotel was so considerate by providing also earplug in the room.

starting from checking in until out everything is perfect! best services provided by your friendly and helpful staff, Mubahil. clean hotel, welcoming, eco friendly & cosy hotel. the lounge in a great condition. everything is perfect except for the location which near to construction sites but its okay they provide the ear plug. great effort. highly recommended and sure will be my first choice after this!

The layout and design of this place is super cute, and the staff are so friendly and helpful! It's a budget hotel so even though the rooms are a little small and there's no fancy facilities I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well taken care of the place is. Just note that if you're a tourist the location is a little out of the way for most popular spots.

Second stay, still good but with some hiccups”
Still a good hotel with good cleanliness, polite staff, great facilities like washing machine and dryer, nice interior, comfy bed and decent breakfast. As of last sighted the elevator is still out of service so one had to use the stairs. The roadside parking was still limited and narrow due to MRT construction. What bothered me was the security guard they had commissioned to look after the customers'cars explicitly solicited monetary tips from us, in a polite way that still made us feel threatened. When bringing this issue to the management, the management has assure me that they have paid the guard nicely for the job and customers are under no obligation to pay any tips to ensure the safety of their vehicles. They have also asked me to lodge a written complaint and assured to investigate the issue further. So all is well.

Very nice, clean place with friendly staff. Mubahil was awesome! The bed was comfy, big and private. Big locker provided for luggage and it feels very safe as everything works with key card, even locker. Bathroom was clean and showers were good, although water was cold. Free breakfast is just coffee and a sandwich. Also staff need to be proper trained as first we were told sandwiches were free all day and we could have as many as we wanted, then we were told they were only free at breakfast time and we could only have one. Location is not great, very far away from main attractions however there's a train about 10min walk or Grab is also quite cheap.

Great value for money, but bad timing for my stay :(”
I went Bunk & Bilik during September 2020. There was a bridge? construction until 2:30am~3:00am. Such a horrible memories :( Can't sleep at all. You can ask for earplugs from staff, it helped me covered... 40%? of the noises. The parking lots is depends on luck. Other than these, I had a great stay and everything was perfect for this price of hotel. Hopefully the construction end soon!

Not recommended for light sleeper to book the room with windows which facing twds the main road. The traffic sound is quite loud in the morning. Other than that, overall it's okay. The fridge in room not working, but there's a big fridge on the highest flr public pantry.

The room is very clean and super comfortable. The staff also very friendly. Quite far from the city. The nearby restaurant is a mamak and Papparich around half kilometer away on the opposite. MRT construction is ongoing in front of the hotel. May limit the parking availabilities since the construction team sometime will open the inner road (in front of the hotel) for temporary diversion. Overall for the hospitality itself is a superb.
