2. Không mang súng đạn, chất cháy nổ, chất độc hại, các chất gây nghiện hoặc thực phẩm có mùi tanh hôi vào phòng.
It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, explosives, inflammable, narcotics (drug), prohibited goods, and bulky assets into the room.
3. Không thay đổi, di chuyển đồ đạc trong phòng hoặc từ phòng này sang phòng khác.
Do not change or move the furniture and equipments from one place to another.
4. Xin vui lòng không thay đổi phòng hoặc đưa thêm người vào phòng khi chưa đăng ký trước với Bunny’s Homes.
Please do not change your room or add more people in the room without prior notice to Bunny’s Homes.
5. Khi ra khỏi phòng, Quý khách vui lòng để thẻ phòng trên bàn uống nước. Vui lòng tắt toàn bộ hệ thống điện trước khi ra khỏi phòng. Phí phạt 100,000 Vnđ sẽ được áp dụng.
When leaving the room, please leave the room card on the coffee table in the living room. Please turn off the entire electric system before leaving the room. An amount of 5$ will be charged.
6. Nếu Quý khách phát hiện có hiện tượng cháy trong căn hộ, xin khẩn trương tìm cách thông báo cho người ở khu vực gần nhất và bình tĩnh làm theo chỉ dẫn phòng chống cháy nổ.
If you notice a fire in the apartment, please immediately alert the neighboring residents and comply with the fire-fighting instructions.
7. Thời gian trả phòng là 12h00, nếu muộn hơn sẽ phải thanh toán thêm phụ phí tương ứng. Trong trường hợp cần thiết, xin vui lòng liên hệ với Bunny’s Homes.
Check-out time is 12 o’clock at noon, if later, you will be charged for further fee. In case of extension, please contact Bunny’s Homes.
8. Cấm hút thuốc và sử dụng đồ nướng trong phòng. Phí phạt: 1,000,000 VNĐ
Smoking and the use of baked goods are prohibited in the room. Penalty fee: 1,000,000 VND
9. Tạo tiếng ồn ảnh hưởng đến khách lưu trú khác, tổ chức các bữa tiệc hoặc gây ra bất cứ sự mất trật tự nào sẽ được yêu cầu rời khỏi phòng, miễn hoàn tiền.
You will be asked to leave the room if you make noise that affects other guests, hold parties or cause any troubles. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
10. Quý khách KHÔNG được thực hiện - tham gia các hình thức: Cờ bạc, Mại dâm, dùng chất kích thích ma tuý (bao gồm cả bóng cười) và chất cháy nổ bị cấm theo quy định của Pháp Luật Việt Nam. Phí phạt 2,000,000 VNĐ.
You are NOT allowed to - participate in the following activities: Gambling, Prostitution, using recreational drugs (including laughing balls) and banned explosives according to the provisions of Vietnamese Law. Fine fee: 2,000,000 VND.
11. Quý khách sẽ phải bồi thường nếu gây ra những tổn thất, hư hại, mất mát tài sản, trang thiết bị của Bunny’s Homes. Số tiền phát sinh sẽ được tính GẤP ĐÔI giá thị trường của sản phẩm mới cùng loại.
You will have to compensate if you cause damages, loss of property and equipment of Bunny's Homes. The fine amount will be charged DOUBLE the market price of the new product of the same type.
