"I have been a long staying guest of City Seasons Abu Dhabi since 2016. When my assignment was moved to Dubai, I decided to try City Seasons Towers because of the nice experience that I had at CS Abu Dhabi. And fortunately, I wasn't disappointed with my decision. The staff at CS Towers are very nice, the housekeepers at the 6th floor (which I am not able to get the names yet), Linda at the reception always has a readily available smile, Shitiq and all the other concierge men. They are all very accommodating. Because of this, along with the fact that the location of this hotel is perfect, I had extended my stay until the 26th and decided to always stay here everytime I am in Dubai. :)"

"I was visiting Dubai for a conference, so i wasn't looking for a pool or vacation hotspot. Although I did notice that the hotel offered a spa and day trips to both the beach, complete with beach towel and umbrella and also daily delivery and pickup to the mall. The hotel also has the best steak money can buy and an outstanding lounge outmosphere. I used the free wifi in the lobby and ethernet conection in the room for internet and download speed was good for both locations. Breakfast was nothing special. The location is central in bur Dubai and there are plenty of taxi cabs."

"A decent nice hotel with professional well trained stuff, Quite, even at the peak time of nightclubs, Every requested support provided immediately and perfectly, Really liked the stuff attitude compared to the rest of hotels in Bur Dubai, Rooms with arabian/eastern style furniture and lights, Available ice maker machine for every two floors , Had the chance to try the seafood buffet in the pharaohs restaurant which were surprisingly really good compared to the paid value, Only two down points that internet wasn’t stable on my two mobiles while it worked perfectly on my laptop (not sure what could be the reason), Also the Breakfast is just ok but not perfect for me, maybe because the hotel focusing more on the Indian/western majority guests, also I believe bread wasn’t fresh, In general great experience which could be repeated if I found another good deal, as i needed to use my nearly non-used Agoda account to book the hotel because of the booking.com high rates mentioned for the same hotel room,"

"That's about is! Get ready to wait extended periods on the 2 elevators that service 20+ floors with a full capacity all the time. Be prepared to wait 5 minutes to use the elevator. Other than that, this is my preferred hotel in Bur Dubai. They definitely got the elevator situation wrong though and could use a major renovation in that regard."
