Location, Location and Peaceful surroundings ”

Great place and value for a very lovely stay. Location is ideal in Old Town and within walking distance to many attractions and good restaurants north of this area. Good spas nearby within walking distance or a short cab ride. Staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. I would go back any time

Best location in old town and amazing atmosphere”

Design and cleanliness are beyond words. Food are delicious, I'd recommend a visit to its restaurant even if you stay elsewhere. The staff are energetic with big smiles. Rooms, pool, and every corner in the hotel smells heavenly!

Great stay at buriritana! ”

This hotel has a great location in the old town of ching mai, walking distance to many markets and activities. The staff was very kind and we were welcomed with big smiles. Rooms were very clean and the aesthitic of the hotel was great. Would recommend!

The best!!”

The perfect hotel where I couldn't find anything bad. I highly recommend this hotel to the ones who love Old Town, tasty breakfast with great coffee, cozy and clean spots and friendly staff. I would definitely stay again when I come back to Chiang Mai. Although I left this hotel for another stay yesterday, I already miss there.

Excellent Hotel~~”

The location was excellent, just in front of Sunday Night Bazzar. Close to shops, spa, restaurants, bars, etc. Lively at daytime, quiet at nighttime. The facility was new and clean and every staff was so kind and nice. We enjoyed breakfast so much. We tried every dish during our stay and they were so delicious. Definitely go back to Burirattana when we visit Chiang Mai again.

Very decent stays in old city, ChiangMai”

Very good location with great service. I have asked for help several times including the restaurant booking and spa booking, their staffs are all very helpful and organized. Breakfast is another point to stay in the restaurant. You need to try it yourself.

Unforgettable stays”

I really liked to stay at Burirattana. The staffs are so nice, and for the breakfast, I can choose a dish and drink everyday. Yogurt was my favorite. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is on the main street where the Sunday market is opened, which means it stretches before your very eyes as stepping out of the door. I am sure that I will come back here to spend my next holidays. Thank you Burirattana!

Lovely hotel in the middle of Chiang Mai”

Very lovely hotel right in the middle of old Chiang Mai. Superb location. Spa is very nice. Limited weights in the gym. Breakfast is a choice of 1 dish + coffee & juice. Limited in my opinion for a $220/night hotel. Hotel is quite expensive for Chiang Mai standards, but very beautiful & classy.

BEST customer service especially front desk team!!! They went above and beyond to make sure you're happy. Amazing location - walking distance to many restaurants. Nice hotel and very comfortable stay! The only thing is the wall is thin so you can hear a lot of noise from the corridor and rooms next door.
