The staff are nice and friendly, especially the front desk team and the maids. We have enjoyed our staying very much. One point of improvement would be the swimming pool though, should control the water temperature. And pls kindly fix the Men sauna cabine.

Paid. 1400 baht. Quiet hotel. But still wanted 100 baht with view. We arrived very late. So why charge nobody else was going to book. Found better hotel next day. And stayed longer

Used to stay here 17 years ago when it was the Vongthong. It's definitely improved since then. Sadly the Kereoke is missing now! Rooms well appointed, recommend the VIP room. However you need to be double jointed to sit on the toilet if you are not a midget, who ever designed the bathroom needs a slap.. Lol

Disappointed ”
So many things disappointed me with this hotel. The bathroom was very small. In fact to sit on the toilet I had to wedge my knees against the shower glass! The fitness equipment was cheap Chinese, and broke when I was using it. Although I did manage to mend it. There was was nowhere really to lie by the pool. The only beds were wooden, and covered by a slatted awning, that didn't let you have sun, but also didn't stop the sun! The place was clean, and the staff polite, and helpful. There are better hotels nearby.

Hidden gem in the middle of the city”
Just moved from another not so pleasant hotel. We were all surprised of this excellent place in the middle of Buriram. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and new and the environment is very peaceful despite it is inside of a very busy part of the city. We would recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Buriram.

The hotel presents well, as would be expected for a near new hotel, and my room was likewise with good practical fit out in the bed/living area, but some of this space could have been better allocated to a larger bathroom. The ground floor and the lift are air-conditioned, but the upper floor internal corridors were not! This causes the ground floor cold air forcing and compressing the hot air upwards through the open staircase and around the lift void; exacerbated by some external air-conditioning units operating in the lift void. I stayed in a standard double room 320 on the third level, said to be 29 square metres, of which 3.25 square metres comprised the shower, toilet and vanity; a hopelessly tiny bathroom (shower recess 600mm wide, 1200mm deep) for what was a very well laid out room. Only one bathrobe supplied in the double room! Standard toiletries and coffee making supplies, but no mini bar, no sofa and ceramic tiles on the floor. No adjustment on the shower head as it is in pieces and the towel rail is unusable in its position above the toilet. Within the room, about one third of the otherwise very low room ceiling, formed a tray ceiling 300mm deep to accommodate the air conditioning head, which had a brightly lit LED that shone all the time it was running; i.e., all night! The effect of the low ceiling is that the room volume was depleted by the low ceiling. This also ensured that the room heated rapidly and retained the heat; especially the bathroom. Location is a little out of the way; close to the bus terminal, but about 2.5 kms from the railway station 35 kilometres from the Buriram Airport.

It was one of my favorite hotels in Thailand. You can park your car easily and secure. Staffs provided a good attention to you and they had a very great service mind. The Room I stayed was totally magnificent, tidy, and clean. I am definitely recommend this hotel to all you who are looking for HIGH-CLASS Hotel. Trust me Its worth you expense you are going to pay.

Does what it should”
Clean room, American breakfast available. If you order it, you even get a knife. If not you must be creative how to put the jam on your toast. We came home at 1pm and despite being nearly the only guests our room wasn't yet made. Was done later. Staff was reasonably friendly and helped organising the taxi tour. Yet no reason to go to Buriram and the hotel is far away from anything than the bus station. We wanted to visit the Khmer-tempels in the area, but this you do better from another town

Stayed here 6 nights in one of the VIP suites lovely big room some English TV and American breakfast. No gym or pool but these are apparently in plan to build. This hotel will now be my first choice for future stays
