Great Little Hotel”
The Burlington was a pleasant surprise! Most hotels in Hong Kong are expensive and relatively small, and this was small, but it was great quality at a great price. It was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very efficient! It’s in a great location on Hong Kong Island, and it was a really easy getting from the airport because the bus (A22) practically drops off right in front of the hotel! And it’s only like a 10-15 minute walk to the Hong Kong Convention Center. There are a ton of nice, cheap places to eat, a very convenient place to stay. I especially appreciated the complimentary Handy phone they include in every room, a cellphone with 4G that was super nice to have for navigation and communication while going around the city...much better than buying a sim and worrying about reception and running out of data. Overall, we were very pleased, and hope to stay at The Burlington again when we go back HK.

Best value ever”
I am giving the facilities three stars only because I don't know exactly what they are referring to. Pool? Restaurant? Not sure. Didn't look for either. I've traveled quite a bit and don't recall ever staying in a hotel that offers better value for money. Rooms are small, yes, but at this price, that is to be expected in Hong Kong. More importantly, they are super modern, beautifully designed and functional, and the staff is professional and friendly. Do yourself a favor and book your room at Burlington asap. I know I will the next time I travel to Hong Kong.

Exceptional Service and Room”
If your in Hong Kong and need a clean, safe and comfortable place to reside without breaking the bank, then Burlington Hotel is for you ... The staff (Stephen in particular) are friendly and accommodating while the room itself is sufficient for HK standards. Very clean and quiet. Great location as well. Highly recommend the Burlington Hotel when in HK - noting bus from airport stops 15 steps from entrance....

Excellent Staff Services, Great Location!”
Although the room small (but I think in Hongkong, average room is smaller compare to other country) but it is very clean, cozy, and tidy. I often left valuable things here and it's very safe. Once I got my luggage key stuck and we ask the staff to help us to open my luggage, they are very responsive and fast. Also, once I think I lost my jeans due to I'm not sure where I kept it or whether I took it to laundry. I ask the staff and they are very attentive in seeking my jeans. They look very trouble if my jeans indeed lost and apparently it was my mistake that my jeans was tucked in between my things. I really appreciate Burlington Hotels service, it was excellent and I enjoy my stay here very much. My schedule was very busy in Hongkong but because of the excellent service in Burlington it helps a lot! My purpose was attending some conference in HKCEC. It was walking distance, about 2 blocks away from Burlington. Moreover, bus stop from the airport is right in front of the hotel .

Nice hotel”
The Burlington is a very well designed hotel! The room is small (as in most of HK hotels) but the bed is actualy big and very comfortable for 2 persons. The bathroom is very spacious with full size standing shower, sink, toilet with shelves for storage. The electronic blackout window curtain is also a plus. The location is conveniently located between Causeway Bay and Central, near many of the popular restaurants in Wanchai. The subway is one block from the hotel and the tram is just on the next street. The best part is the free wifi decice (a smart phone) provided by the hotel. Overall, very pleased with our stay. The hotel must have put in a lot of thought to make guests feel as comfortable as possible!

Great hotel, great staff, would stay again!”
Location can't be beat, right on a Main Street 5 mins to the Wan Chai MTR station, yet very quiet. We didn't hear traffic or our neighbours at all (some reviewers said they did?). Mind you, we were on the 21st floor, so maybe quieter than lower floors. We managed to get a peek-a-boo ocean view, too. The room is VERY small indeed, like 7 steps from front door to the back of the room, don't expect to leave your suitcase open. It's very simply the HK space standard, it may shock westerners. However, we used the big closet for our whole stay and didn't have an issue tucking our 2 big suitcases into the corner. Double bed pushed against the wall was hard to get use to but again, expected for HK. If you can't fit into a double as a couple, either pay for the king suite or get 2 rooms. The room had everything we needed, including 2x power adaptors. Their complimentary cell was nice but it was ridiculously slow so we just bought our own SIM for $7 USD for an entire week of LTE speed data. Front desk was always helpful and friendly when we had questions, fast check in and check out. We appreciated the late check out as we had a late flight. Housekeeping was consistent and the room (actually entire hotel) was always spotless. The cleanliness of this hotel exceeded my expectations, it was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. The 2 bottles of complementary water daily was a nice touch! Only thing I can't review on are the facilities as they were not ready yet. I'm sure it'll only make the hotel that much better once completed, also. Would highly recommend Burlington hotel to anyone looking to stay in HK. We will also stay again next year on our annual trip!

Very high value for money!”
As other reviewers have pointed out, the Burlington packs a lot of conveniences into a small room! Exceedingly clean and comfortable. Some perks, like unlimited free water bottles in the fridge and a doorman, felt above the hotel's price point! The neighborhood of Wan Chai where it's located isn't inherently such an interesting part of HK, but it's a short walk to the MTR station and an easy jumping-off point for everything else, like Central and Lantau. (Especially along the Blue/Island line.) There's a nice coffee shop right next door, Starbucks nearby, 7-11, Circle K, Ebeneezer's Kebab which is open late, etc. Would recommend the Burlington highly, and would stay there again, except that next time I'm in HK, I feel like I should be based in the Kowloon side to explore there more completely. Didn't make it out along the Red line.

Great location!”
LOCATION The airport bus A11/E11 drops off literally right in front of the hotel (10 sec walk), and the hotel is very near Wan Chai MTR station. Also walking distance from Hysan Place at Causeway Bay (15 mins) as well as many amazing eateries within a short walk from the hotel. ROOM Although the room was not very big, it was clean. I was assigned a room on a high floor, and the view from the room, while not a harbour view, was amazing. You may wish to lower the double blinds for privacy. Some cable TV channels were not available during the stay, perhaps that's a way to keep you out and about exploring the city! A free-to-use mobile phone also provided hotspot on-the-go, with unlimited overseas calls too. Perhaps the only issue I had with the room was that the writing desk was way too small for my comfort. Other than than, I had a rather enjoyable stay at the Burlington Hotel.

A Jem in the city”
Conveniently located just 5 mins walk away from Wan Chai MTR, this hotel is a jem in the city! The room may be small but it is clean with comfi bed and has everything you need. That includes a microwave with crockery and cutleries. They even provide a handphone which you can use to make local as well as a list of overseas countries for FREE! A plus point! All the staff are well versed in English and very friendly and helpful. Our request for early check in and late check out was granted without any problem. They helped us to store our luggage after checking out as we had to go for a meeting. As there was no toilet in the main lobby and the restaurants are still under renovation, the staff were even kind enough to allow us to use their staff toilet (super clean) to get change without a hassle! We would highly recommend this hotel, be it for leisure or for business. We would definitely book Burlington Hotel again!

Clean, cozy and convenience”
Checkin was smooth, staff are very nice. It is convenience located in Wan Chai near subway. The room has all the necessity, although it is small. It is typical for hotels in this price level in Hong Kong, although I had stayed in this area on a different hotel with bigger size room in the same price range. If I open my regular size luggage, I had to turn on the right angle to fully open 1 at a time on the floor. Other than that, everything was alright. The internet is blazing fast, a big plus.

modern room amd hygenic”
its excellent value hotel is new and nicely decorated with modern touch. however what i loved about this hotel is they pay attention to details... so many hotels i stayed for example, bathroom shower leaks because even it looks nice they didnt pay attention to detail... burlington however got it right. small details are done right, like having proper rubber plug that keeps shower in so bathroom stays dry... oh and they have rainshower which is rare for hotel in this prx range! room is small but thats hk and what do you expect for this price.... they have toothbrush amenity even, which is rare at this class of hotels. highly recommended for cost concsious traveller

How to design a hotel room that is small, but super functional - and appealing”
I have stayed in many hotels in Hong Kong and chose this because its a great location, easy for transportation and close to Wanchai's famous computer centre. It turned out to be a great find because the room is just so well designed. Lots of nice veneers, a fabulously comfortable bed, electric outlets everywhere (even in a storage area above the cupboards!), nice walk-in shower, buttons for telling the service people not to bother you, very fast lifts (normally a pain in Hong Kong hotels!!), and good value.

Fantastic Modern hotel”
This is a new hotel in wanchai and I was in Hong Kong on business alone so it suited my requirements. The location was superb and the design and detailing of the rooms above average the only negative thing I would say is just the size of the rooms being barely big enough for your queen size bed. However the toilet was well set out and comfortable .... definitely would stay again !

Good Value for Money”
Overall it was a pleasant stay. The room is small (but since we are talking about Hong Kong, it was already expected) but very comfortable. It would be good to have breakfast/food option at the hotel. In general, I would recommend staying at Burlington, since the location is great and prices are reasonable.

Enjoyable stay (again)”
This is my 4th time staying at the Burlington Hotel. Very clean, modern and functional. The rooms are very small but that's reflected in a lower price. Absolutely recommend this to anyone who just needs a place to sleep. Beware for those of you who are sensitive to noise as the water piping is quite loud within the thin walls. Bring a set of ear plugs.

Worth every single cents”
The hotel is located in Central Wan Chai with very good accessibility; a very short 5 minutes walk to Wan Chai MTR station, tram stops and airport shuttle bus station. The rooms are exceedingly beyond our early expectations, they are luxurious, clean and having good view of Wan Chai Rd. The staff are top notch, likewise to those in a top 5 star hotel. They are very friendly, sincere and attentive. Such a rare hospitality found in Hong Kong. Whilst the facilities (restaurant, sky garden, rooftop) are still under construction, the hotel itself is surrounded by many good restaurants and Wan Chai attractions. Simply put, the hotel is worth every single cents.

Great location”
Burlington Hotel hit most the check marks. It was close to the MTR, had new and modern facilities, provided Handy cell phones for my stay, had good quality wireless, was short walk to decent coffee (Pacific Coffee and Starbucks) and food options, and was very quiet. Only drawback were that the gym was not yet open (this information was only provided after the booking) and the room was cold. The latter was remedied by a portable heater provided by the front desk.

Gem of Wanchai”
yea hong kong hotels are expensive. go below a 100$ and you get rooms that are so small you can barely open your luggage. i personally think the sweet spot is just above a 100$, thats where you get good value. Burlington hotel is very good value. beautiful modern room, enough space, and a good bathroom. the guys at reception are excellent. a lot of good food around the area (a lot of cheap choices. check the vietnamese place just a couple of store fronts away), near wanchai mtr and near a tram station too. 8/8 will definitely stay again! dont waste your time combing through agoda deals, pick this place!

Strategic location, excellent services, value of the money”
Hotel is relatively new, staffs' there were extremely polite and helpful, in particular the staff name Kylie who was pretty kind and helpful during our stay. All in all, we got a pleasant stay in Burlington hotel, and will definitely back to here on my next trip! Worth with the money you paid for! Yet downside is their sky garden only available next year......but it won't stop me to stay in here! Well done, keep it up!

Great with some problems”
I do have to say that Burlington is exceptionally good value for price and location. I find that the location to be extremely strategic tucked between central and Causeway Bay. Not to mention a Star ferry Jetty that goes direct to Tsim TSA Chui. I only have one gripe, my room's sewerage had issues and it produced a massively bad sewerage odour in my toilet. But the Hotel was kind and responsive to switch my room to one that is perfectly fine. Service here is definitely something that stands out in my visit and I do
