Busibess Hotel that good for backpacker”
Business hotel is suit for travellers who need the clean and safe place to sleep in low price. All unecessary service and luxariousity is not included in this price. Although, the room is clean safe, and suit for stay. The location of this hotel is very near to Odawara station and also good for travel around the Hakone area.

Value for money”
Hotel is around 5-10min walking distance from Odawara train station. Room is very big but there is no internet. Hotel might be difficult to find. So best to do a search and googlemap first and just remember the hotel is just opposite 7-11. Hotel is near the odawara castle too There are a few restaurants near odawara station which close very late. If you have a JRPass and planning to tour Hakone and get the hakone pass from Odawara station.

it looks like a small family run hotel which open at one floor of the apartment building. room is cold inside. The coldest room I ever had in my stay in Japan. the room size is OK . pretty much everything inside the room is old fashion. The staff or owners are nice people even though they don't speak english , they tried their best to communicate with us. lots of shop to eat and train station nearby. When you are in Odawara remember to buy hakone 3 days pass. it worth it.

Perfect location for access to the Hakone area and Mt Fuji viewing. Very good access to the Shinkansen to Tokyo and the Narita airport express. Ode wars castle was worth a look as well.

clean room but hard to find this hotel”
This hotel is very hard to find because the business signboard of this hotel is not written in English. When my husband and I arrived at Odawara station, we found that the local do not speak English and it's really hard for us to find our hotel because we only have the English name of this hotel(Business Hotel Ise).Besides, the rooms are very clean and big but there is no internet access in this hotel.

A simple hotel just to stay overnight”
A business hotel just for stay overnight. Nothing much to expect. Not far away from train station, restaurants and a supermarket. It's just inconvenience for traveller with a large luggage. You need to carry it up the stair to reach the elevator. Room is quite old. Seems to be a single manager who take care of everything.

It had the basic necessities. The bathroom was super small. I booked a non-smoking room, but got one that smelled of cigarettes. About 5-minute walk from Odawara station, easy to find. Good enough for one night stay.

The room is very petite, but clean and bright. Staff members are very friendly and polite. The hotel is close to the train station as well as the castle. A nice hotel to stay in if not coming for luxury.

Easy Place to Stay after Hakone/Mt Fuji Tour”
We were just staying one night after night all day tour to just relax and refresh for the next day. Business Hotel Ise was conveniently located after a long day and easy to get to. As well as being so close to the station, you can easily get to your shinkansen

Hotel was very close to station, castle and town centre. Room was a reasonable size with small, modular bathroom. Bed was comfortable but would be a tight fit for two. We booked a room each, a good option as it turned out. Staff were very obliging and overall we enjoyed our stay. Good value for money.

value for price as it is really cheap. Hot spring is just next to the hotel. the bad thing is that hotel suspended from entry and exit between 12midnight to 6am. so don't be late back.

Tiny but adequate for one night”
The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the train station - but ask at the information for directions and follow them exactly because the hotel is NOT LABELLED from the outside in English! It's on the 3rd floor of a building, directly opposite the 7-11. We walked past it twice before finding the entrance (by asking a Japanese stranger). Our room was a "semi-double". Perfect room for a single person. The bed was, as indicated, a "semi-double"... wider than a single but not as wide as a double bed! Although there were two of us in the room, everything else was set up for singles. ONe towel, one mug, one pillow, one sachet of coffee etc etc. The bathroom was tiny (the "standard" Japanese configuration); the room had a TV and kettle and a chair and a tiny desk -that was it. Adequate but not excessive. No food provided in hotel (but plenty in the streets around). All VERY basic. More expensive that one might expect for the basic nature of the room. I probably would not return given a choice!
