The best service apartment ever, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The space was unexpected big with private kitchen,washing machine. The room was clean, comfortable space with a nice Seaview. We had a private jacuzzi in master bedrooms. The location: In the middle of minimart and local market also a few minutes to walk to the famous street food. The staff: they are friendly and nicely This is my second time to booked here,of course I’ll be back again and again.

We're very happy with the choice we did! we're so amazed also on how they well maintained the cleanliness of the room, Jacuzzi is good. The only thing that they dont have is the elevator, our room is on the 4rthfloor so that means its additional exercise, I think somehow its okay especially with the rate that we got and its peaceful neighbor and very spacious place :)

Great to have full kitchen (gas cooktop, oven, large fridge, toaster oven, microwave) and washing machine. Very roomy and clean. Good price. Staff friendly and helpful when required. Much more amenable and cheaper than staying in a hotel.

Good value for money, spacious, very quiet area”
Pros: This condo was very good value, I had the 2 bedroom unit on the top floor, the jacuzzi was standard and the water features worked well. It had a big washing machine and the views from the balcony and top floor were really nice. The condo is very spacious and at night it was very quiet and placid. The cleaners are pleasant ladies.and the staff attentive. There is a pool, which actually is a bit bigger than it looks in the pictures, it is small but cosy, especially in low season and in the late evening I had it often to myself, it felt like a spa. Cons: It is located at Pratamnak Rd. which is a bit away from the night lights in Central Pattaya. The buses take about 15 mins to get you in Walking Street, or about 10 mins to Jomtien, but you have to walk uphill to the stops about another 10 mins. It is better to rely on your own wheels (rented scooter or car) There are lots of mototaxi stops right outside the condo but AVOID like the plague. They are very rude, and one of them couldn't take me to Walking St. and then wanted to fight me. The flat had a small problem with ants, it wasn't too bad, although it got a bit worse towards the end. As it is on the top floor it had a lot of exposure to sun, which made it scorching hot during the day, even with the air con and fans on. The safe worked only with keys. The pool looked like one of the filters wasn't working properly, cause the half where water was pumping was clean, the other half almost always full of debris. It was small and cosy, which is good in low season, but can imagine in high season would be far too crowded. Electricity was chargeable at the end after a certain limit but I never exceeded 20khw per day. Overall would recommend especially in low season, and if you have your own transport.

What can I say about here ?, our room was magnificent, I couldn't have asked for better, the cleanliness of the place was superb , but the best thing about here, was our host, I think her name was Naed, if I'm wrong, I'm sorry, I lost my passport, and she let me use her phone to call the British embassy in Bangkok, a truly wonderful gesture, it you are the company that owns this place, she deserves some recognition, a fantastic person in a wonderful place to stay

Nice big apartment we stayed in 2B for 1 month needs a bit of maintenance like some curtains on the windows would be nice instead of old broken vertical blinds, the air conditioners need servicing particularly the one in the living room not even the remote worked had ants from the kitchen to the bathroom but a 60 bt. can surface spray fixed them. Would stay again.
