Beautiful spot right on the beach, the villa i stayed in was perfect and I had the option of getting it cleaned everyday! The staff are lovely and very helpful 10/10

Good value for money at quiet beach”
The beachview room is really nice, right on the beach. Staff is very friendly. The place is very quiet. On the main road, the friendly man with the bike rental shop offers discounts for By Beach guests. You really do need your own transportation, you won't see much just on foot. I combined my stay here with training at Fitkoh, which is only a few minutes by scooter. The garden is well kept. The place is a bit run down; rooms/bathroom is quite dated, for example the door didn't shut properly. The buildings all look like it had better days. Could use a refurb and new paint job in the near future. Still, good value for money, so I'll be back next time I'm on Koh Samui.

Very clean houses for a reasonable price. I stayed there for a single night to bridge the day. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The accommodation itself is big but the interior is old while the one or another thing doesn’t work properly. Anyway, I would recommend staying there.

To far away and to expensive for the location. ”
Place was peaceful. Very remote and taxis cost a fortune if you wanted to explore. Menu was very expensive and sadly not very nice. Nice place to stay for a day or two but not a week if you have no transport. Very basic huts. Sunrise and sunset was beautiful.

Lovely, quiet and friendly place by the beach”
My girlfriend and I were looking for a quiet place on Samui for three nights as we were meeting the parents there. We came across My Beach when searching for a quiet place on the north coast. The reviews for My Beach were excellent and it did not disappoint. Finding a nice, quiet and chilled out place to stay on Samui is getting more and more difficult every year and this place is a gem. The bungalows are huge, clean, with nice decor and comfortable - the bed was lovely and firm, the aircon worked a treat and there were two wall fans which meant that we didn't even need the aircon most of the time. The grounds are well kept and it's right on a quiet beach (they have couple of sea kayaks you can use for free). The beach itself is OK. At the time of our stay there were two gorgeous young dogs there which was a bonus. The place is a bit removed from any 'action', so you'd need a bike or taxi if you fancy a night out, but we weren't looking for that this time so not a problem for us. The best thing about the resort has to be the staff who were courteous, friendly and very helpful with every request we had (including leaving our big bags there for couple of weeks while we went off to the mainland). I'm more than happy to recommend this place.

Great quiet relaxing spot.”
Great stay. PRO: Nice quite beach, away from the busy areas. Nice views.If you want to be away from the crows, I don´t think you can the value for money in this place. The water in front of the Bungalows is Ok, can swim a little bit, water goes to about waist high about 5 meters in, which is still better then other beaches in Koh Samui where after 30 meters you are still knee high. CONS: If you want to party or have a lot of options to eat, the spot is a bit secluded, so you would have to rent a scooter, and other beaches or busy areas are at least 15 min away on scooter (cheaper than taking taxis or tuk tuks). The beach right in front of the place is a small patch (maybe 5 meters) but walking to the right it opens up quite a bit, Keeping in mind it is a budget resort, I would DEFINETLY recommend (If you want to be away from the busy areas) and go again.

Great Great Xmas”
Strongly recommend By Beach Resort! It was our first time to stay in a resort and it was a place worth going again. The sea was just maybe 30 feet away from our room and the sea wind and sound accompanied us to sleep. The room was big and clean with enough facilitates and wifi. The staff there were really friendly even though their English were slightly poor. Food there were tasty and not expensive. They provided Motor for rent and it was cheaper than other places (200 B a day) so it was convenient to go other places. We regretted that we can not stay there longer. We will definitely go back to the resort whenever we have chance to Samui.

Probably the best place in Bang Por”
This cute little resort is again a true pearl! The atmosphere is perhaps the friendliest and most relaxed in Bang Por, accompanied by a stunning beach, great food and a huge portion of relaxing elements. The rooms are clean, spacey and comfortable, the staff is amazing: serviceminded and smiling all day through. Don't miss to treat yourself with the best massage I've had throughout the journey and make sure you try the coconutshake and the banana pancake!

Beachfront, far from the airport!”
I booked By-Beach resort when I realized I booked my flight out from Koh Samui to Phuket on the wrong day. Booked this resort just for the night. However, it's like $15-20 USD just to get from the airport to here! I didn't realize how big Koh Samui actually is. I had to leave early in the morning to get my flight out and no one was at the front desk. So I just left my key there since I didn't know what else to do. I then walked around on the side of the road trying to find a taxi, which was pretty hard. It's my fault since I should have looked more at airport proximity than beachside. Anyways, rooms were clean and comfy. No A/C so waking up from my night of drinking was a bit rough. Beach-front was nice but it feels a bit secluded and out in the middle of nowhere. Koh Phangan had a bunch of resorts next to each other so felt more fun for me (20s-something traveler). Prolly a better fit for couples that don't want the partying, backpacker scene.

Quiet, with nice restaurant on the beach”
Comfortable bungalows, good restaurant with great view on the sea (almost private beach), free canoes, nice staff, quite easy to reach by songteaw/taxi as it is not far from the main road, yet it was very quiet. However, it was a bit far from the the cultural and animated places (and the taxis are very expensive in Koh Samui).

We booked for two nights and stayed five. The bungalow was clean. Good beds! The walls of the bungalow are nog well isolated. Luckely, we only had neighbours on our fifth night. The staff of the reception is very friendly and welcoming. The staff of the restaurant on the other hand doesn’t seem happy to work there and it shows in their attitude. Could use a serious upgrade! Prices in the restaurant are expensive. Better to eat out. There are plenty of local restaurants in walking distance (15-30’). Recommended: ‘Bang Por Seafood’ = a good beach hike away. Also ‘Mae-Sa Thai food’ is a very good place!

relaxe fun stay at the beach”
The staff is very friendly and enjoying there work, the resort is at the beach, the rooms are all good, we've been in 3 different kind off rooms and all are large and comfortable The airco room with seaview is the best (no 9). The resort is at the beach, the serve good food, drinks/cocktails and are not expensive. You can rent motorbycicles at the resort, and they also have a laundry service. The only downsite is that it's far from other restaurants and shops, but when hiring a motor, it is just great!

Beautiful budget stay, food okay”
As far as locations go this is a great place to stay if you want somewhere quiet and secluded. The snorkelling around is okay and the beach beautiful and quiet. If it's a clear day the sunset is stunning. The huts themselves are beautifully decorated and all have a small porch to sit outside in. Take extra mosquito spray as when we were there we seemed to find an abnormal amount! My only complaint about this place is the quantity and quality of the food. We have stayed in other budget beach hut resorts which have had fantastic food options that were cheaper and slightly better than what's on offer here. Don't get me wrong we found that this hut is the cheapest in the surrounding area but if you compare it with some other beach hut resorts we have stayed in it just doesn't match them. The wifi has four hotspots but for most of the time is wasn't great, it seems to work best in the bar/restaurant area, on one of the days the wifi was only working on one of the hotspots and it wasn't worth trying the connection was poor which wasn't great for us as we needed to plan onward travel, but nevermind it's a cheap place to stay so in reality I'm probably being a bit harsh and don't be out off going here because it's so beautiful and the staff and people running the place are lovely, helpful and always smiling.

Amazing holidays for me, relax without stress. A nice cozy stay by beach”
Enjoyed my time on Samui thanks to the staff at By Beach. I rented a moto and they didn't require me to deposit my passport which was nice because I was getting a visa extension. A bit oddly located but easy enough to get around the island especially if you rent a moto or use the songathews.

Beautiful view by the beach ! ”
We were there for 7 days. The best part of it was the location, it's really by the beach ! calm and quiet relaxing vibe at the place. Everyone were very helpful, friendly and nice. If you like to be near the beach so this is the place! We are very satisfied that we chose this resort. And the view from the beach was beautiful ! We had a real relaxing vacation , a getaway from a busy work life.
