a 5-star hotel that offers an exceptional services”
We just spent 3 days at the C Central Hotel. Our expectations were exceeded. The staffs are amazing, from the time we pulled over in front of the hotel, one staff has approached us and help us with our baggage. We were greeted with a wide smile by the staff in the reception, especially Ms. Zarena who have assisted us, and did not forget to greet and sing me a birthday song, as well as bringing me a delicious cake on the day of my birthday, together with the other staff. I think their names are Jona and Somiya. The food was amazing too, we have requested something that was not available. They gladly made us the food that we wanted to have. Thanks to Chef Sijo for the delicious breakfast! Moreover, we did not expect to have a palm Seaview room. And I knew I had to pay more if I would take the Seaview, but Ms. Zarena has us the Seaview without additional charges. We were so happy and indeed had amazing experiences throughout our stay. The only downside was that there is no Netflix. So I just had to screen mirror my phone to the smart tv. We brought a laptop, but we did not have an HDMI connector. Anyhow, it is not actually a big issue, as, if you are a person who loves watching Netflix, you can just bring your HDMI connector and a laptop. But I think you would not have time to watch because you will never be bored. We spent our early mornings and afternoon by the pool. Indeed relaxing. We definitely recommend C Central Resorts, and the foremost reason is that the staff are very professional, nice, kind, responsible, and just simply amazing!

What an amazing and friendly staff ”
When I arrived there was a minor fault in my booking but the staff in charge there his name is Ahmed, Arabic guy along with Manoj the manager , receptionist santhosh and Hamed they were the BEST such a nice friendly staf, they arranged a perfect comfy room, very clean, full-filled with everything and cold. The food was delicious the restaurant has that amazing sea view, clean neat with an amazing service. I loved the girl in charge of entering the restaurant her name was Daina what a sweet girl the nicest among all the female working there i even told her so. Thank you very much ♥️♥️♥️♥️

As you walk in to the hotel, you are welcomed by the most friendliest staff (Arnold) at concierge was my favourite, he was so friendly and professional! Also the most pleasant smell as you enter which is signs of cleanliness and hygiene.. I had a two week stay here my highlight was definitely the hair and beauty salon accommodating for all my beauty essential needs.. definitely highly recommend them and will definitely be back! We stayed for 2 nights in the Deluxe Partial Sea View Room with Balcony. Staff right from Valet, Front Desk, Restaurant, House Keeping and Pool side took great care and effort to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Kudos to the team for such great efforts. Birthday Stay”
All the receptionist from checking in to checking out are very courteous! The room and the view from the balcony is amazing! The staff are very kind to welcome me with a birthday cake and are also kind enough to extend my time check out! The hotel also provides complete facilities! Vibrant and modern ”
The resort is in perfect location, next to some of the biggest Hotel in Palm Jumeriah, including Waldorf Astoria, Anantara, and the likes. Our room is a corner room so we had perfect view of Jumeriah private beach and Arabian Sea. We love that the hotel is high ceiling, and has plenty light coming in which makes you truly feel that you're on an Island. The hotel is relatively new, so everything is in good shape and we love the modern feel to the architecture and interior.

Spent our weekend to relax from a busy work week at C Central Resort The Palm and the staff never failed us to have a memorable weekend stay. Firstly, would like to commend “Jonalyn” for her Outstanding service from the time of our check-in all the way to our check out. Not to forget the very accomodating and very helpful concierge "Arnold" for his excellent assistance and of course to the rest of the staff, Gene and Glenn who are pro active, very attentive and punctual. With regards to the facility of the hotel, pool temperature is really refreshing, cleanliness is well-maintained, wifi connection is strong and stable; few choices when it comes to dinner buffet but the taste is excellent. We appreciate Bikash and Mausam for maintaining the cleanliness of our room. Overall, 'twas an amazing experience!

Modern, stylish and great customer service ”
This hotel is elegantly styled and has very friendly, polite and helpful staff. The beach and pool views are gorgeous although the deck chair to sand ratio is a little off. The deck chairs seemed way to many and close together. Toiletries in the room were abundant and high quality. I was especially pleased to see a complimentary loofah included. Unfortunately the coffee in the room is instant so if you're a coffee nut like me you may be disappointed.

Lovely hotel ”
My friend and I stayed here for a week in October 2021. The Hotel is lovely and the room overlooking the pool was modern and spacious. We used the gym facilities and booked a spa treatment which was very reasonably priced. The breakfast had a large selection of food choices and lunch and dinner options were great too. Although the hotel was busy we didn't have any trouble finding sun loungers each day either by the pool or on the private beach and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was having to get a taxi everywhere but that's due to the size of Dubai and how spread out the various areas are in the city. Taxis are cheap though which helps. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
