Yes it's cheap but not worth the value of what we got. rooms are not well maintained. AC not enough to make the room cool. Old tv, no channel available. Staff are not friendly at all.

The most epic stay ever. ”
They didn't fix the broken lamp. The toilet bowl so as the dipper were broken. The light was very dim. Airconditioner was not function well and might fall anytime. We were near the exit area. The door's lock was really not that safe.

It was cheap, and in a pretty good location. Accessible to commute and mall and good places to eat at. But it was not that well maintained.

I paid only P610 for one night. The premises are rather worn and run down. But was as I expected for this very low room rate.

    Worst”
When I arrived at the hotel around midnight. It was horrible there were no lights it's like you're in a horror movie. The elevator was terrible I GOT STOCKED INSIDE for 15mins the lights were turning on and off no one even helped me. This experience was the worst of all. You should never do business with this so-called pension. Take this off of your site!

    a comfortable 2 nights stay”
there was no hot & cold shower and the place look old but still is comfortable enough except for a protruded head of a nail on the side of the bed that pierced my legging...good thing it didn't cut through the skin......their housekeeper didn't bother to put a table cloth nor wipe off the dirt on the table top on the side of the bed.... Room & bathroom is spacious enough. Overall, it is a comfortable room.

    Average”
The location is really accessible to malls, coffee shop, church and transportation but at night guests can hear nearby bands playing loudly and there is NO INTERNET. The aircon and elevator is working fine and water is in good supply but the pail and water dipper provided is dirty and moldy. The blanket is already worn with holes in it. The building is very old and one can see lots of cobwebs by the hallway. The TV is not clear even though its cable, only the cartoons are clear. The receptionist is accommodating but the guard is lousy and keeps on playing games, does not even care if he is blocking the pathway.

You get what you paid for.”
This budget pension is good for those travelling alone who are in tight budget. The location is good since it is near to the Redemptorist church and across it is a coffee shop also. Walking 5-10 minutes going highway, you will find alot of establishments and nearest Mall is Robinson. The interiors are totally Old and very old fashioned. It looks like the owner doesn't have the intension to renovate the hotel. Facilities are very bad and you can see cockroaches everywhere. Staffs are kind and hospitable but doesn't go beyond mile to help the customer. I think that's all I can say. If you need a nice place and with enough budget, go somewhere nice and clean. Peace!
