I am responsible operator at Silverpark Resort, who always send staff to stand by at guard house during prime check in time 3pm to 5pm, therefore you hardly facing issue long waiting at Guard house waiting for key & excess card to enter into apartment We also provide self check in by picking the key from key box upon Green light from us( it is at Guard house, Green color box) FH Comfy Home with strong operations team who covers cleaning & sanitising works, we promised Clean, Sanitised unit for all Guest, we never compromise Cleaning in the apartment. Many different operator run the renting, Resort staff eg security guard is beyong our control, anything ps text us, make sure yiu get help

This is 3 room Apartment, bed for 10pax Idealy 8 aduts 2 kids It is B Block unblocking view Apartment at 4th floor BUT only walk up 1 floor from ground floor (All B Block 1st 2 Block are below Ground level) Parking is right in front of Block (Free parking at any Yellwo line parking lot) We will do better for Clean 7 Comfortable apartment.

Just refurbished 2 bathroom & floor, plus the fantastic view high floor view, good choice for big grgroup, accommodate for 10 pax (ideally 8 adults 2 kids as only 2 bathroom) 4th floor view but only walk up 1 floor from ground. Below 2 floor are below ground level unit. Silverpark Resort, mostly walk up block, 3rd floor to 6th floor are usually high floor fantastic view Below ground level you may only have jungle view.

Relaxing quite place with beautiful view”

Stayed here over weekend to get away from city. The condo has basic cook ware rice cooker, steam boat pot, microwave, toaster oven etc that we need . We had a steam boat at belcony for dinner. The place is extremely quiet. We feel relax staying at this place.

Block C3 is original 3 rooms apartment at Silverpark Resort Layout is very big, big Living hall & dining area as well as kitchen The floor is new, 2 bathroom is newky renovated in Nov 2022 4th floor high floor view, and bed for 10 pax Kitchen with completed cooking utensils Maintenance full time cleaner for cleaning & sanitising.........
