Hotel is very good and amenities are very good . Staff is very cooperative and well trained. We enjoy alot there and breakfast is very good.

The room was small, dirty, especially the bathroom, and the AC was not working. In addition there was noise all the night and early morning, this because of a rude group of men shouting and playing music. The staff was not supportive at all and they also made me waste time at the check out asking me to pay again for the room while I had already paid to Agoda.

Very Bad Experience, no value for money , staff was rude and don’t care for its customers . No first aid or basic medicines available in case of some emergency. Overall a very bad stay and experience.

Great Location, awful reception and management, ”

These guys just seem to have built rooms but don't really know what it means by service. Dirty glasses, torn furnishings, unclean chairs, tables and surroundings. Staff is rude, service is terrible. Wont be recommending this hotel at all.

Excellent value for money when you book their villa rooms”

We went there for 2 nights, 3 couples had rented out 3 time in a villa. The ocean view from the villa is incredible. The air conditioning works as expected and the room service is very prompt. Game room and spa are fairly well equipped too. All these things together with their free complimentary breakfast and easy access to the beach make this place a perfect place to stay for a family or a large group

Rooms with mould, poor hygiene and not very cooperative staff”

We were given a room that had mould, A.C. Remote not working. The bed linen was not clean and when I asked for a fresh pillow cover, I was told " We are out of stock!!!". There was no 24hr hot water supply. The bathroom drainage was partially clogged with hair. The WC water supply stopped in the morning. The staff was unable to accept our request of serving breakfast 20min before time... Would definitely not recommend this one.

Good things 1. Sea facing rooms 2. Near to the Ganpathipule temple Things to improve 1. Room service is too bad and they will take atleast one hour to provide the service. Ordering tea n coffee in the room is also not thinkable as they take the order n then say they did not note the room number .. 2. Food is horrible. Less variety in breakfast. Quantity of food placed on table gets exhausted fast in peak hours n refill takes lot of time. 3. Bed linen n towels provided were not clean. 4. No network coverage inside rooms..

Pros: Location good.. Food is good. Cons: Rooms are not neat and clean. Towels are too worst and can be used to clean floor instead of body :) No hot water so problematic if you are travelling with toddlers in rainy\winter.

Wonderful trip ”

Beautiful location and a bit of self exploration and you can find untouched beach. A helpful reception. Cons: most of the time AC not working due to non availability of electricity. No lift so you have to climb 4 floors also this is a big challenge when you have senior citizens with you.a very expensive menu card compared to the service and quality of food.

let me share my honest feedback, initially we booked a day and went there. We liked this place so much we stayed there 1 more day. Sea-view rooms are of avg. size. reasonable food prices. Very close to the main market. They have a separate beach for their customer, Open dinning space with LIVE cricket match was there to entertain us. Overall value for money, and 2nd best resort in Ganpatipule, will definitely recommend others.

No amenities like tea/coffee maker,internet safety box in room. TV were of poor quality with very few channels. Had to ask the staff to change the linen on arrival. Fitness Room was of poor quality and smelling. The rooms and toilets were frequently invaded by frogs and snails. Breakfast was poor quality and food was unhealthy. Often visited The Fern Courtyard for meals.
