Introdueixi la identificació de membre

Introdueixi el seu número de membre en complimentar la seva reserva. Els punts se li afegiran al seu compte després de sortir de l'allotjament.

Important tenir en compte a totes les reserves amb PuntsMAX:

  1. The WAON POINT membership number of the intended beneficiary of the WAON POINT must belong to the guest staying at the hotel (identified by the lead guest name);
  2. The rates for PointsMAX bookings may be different from regular bookings at the same conditions;
  3. PointsMAX booking rates cannot be broken down into a room rate and points component;
  4. Any applicable cancellation policy will apply in full to the PointsMAX bookings;
  5. Only reward points can be collected, not status points or member privileges;
  6. PointsMAX bookings cannot be adjusted online using the Agoda self-service tool or by contacting Customer Service. To amend your reservations, you will need to cancel (subject to the cancellation conditions of the reservations) and re-book your reservation. Cancelled reservations will not earn points, regardless of the financial cancellations conditions;
  7. Points cannot be exchanged in cash and are not cumulative with other offers;
  8. The Agoda best price guarantee does not apply to PointsMAX bookings; and
  9. The Members are bound by the terms and conditions of AGODA and AEON Marketing, the owner and operator of the WAON POINT program.
  10. In case of dispute, the decision of AGODA or AEON Marketing shall be final.
  11. This program is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between AEON Marketing and Members, which is at AEON Marketing’ sole discretion.
  12. To enjoy the benefit of the WAON POINT program, Members of WAON POINT must book a PointsMAX package offer including WAON POINT
  13. This program is subjected to WAON POINT terms and conditions.
AEON Marketing Points Program (WAON POINT) Terms and Conditions
  1. If multiple WAON POINT members stay in the same room under one reservation, only the lead guest will be credited with points.
  2. If the person who makes the booking is different from the lead guest who stays at the hotel the lead guest will be credited with points. Therefore you must enter lead guest’s 16 digit WAON POINT membership number starting with WP or the 16 digit membership ID starting with 1000 on the back of WAON POINT card in the booking form.
  3. If wrong WAON POINT membership ID was entered when making the booking WAON POINT will not be credited.
  4. Points will NOT be credited in cases where the WAON POINT membership number and member's name have not been entered into the designated fields on the booking form, or when the WAON POINT member's name provided is different from the name of the lead guest staying at the hotel. Any correction/amendment to the provided personal information will not be accepted. Please input your information carefully to ensure successful point credit.
  5. Points will be credited to the account of the membership ID entered when making the booking one to two months after departure from the hotel.
