Great Place!”

We really enjoyed our stay at the Amarin. Rooms and balconies are spacious. Beach view is great. Rooms are clean, well-equiped and staffs try their best to help. The hotel has good location with plenty of ok restaurants around and great cooktail bars. Love this place so much!!

Short but very sweet”

Must to say that we decided to extend one more night because hotel’s service is very excellent. We really enjoyed the hospitality from the staff here. The way they served food, drinks and the way they guided us to explore Phu Quoc. Everything is AMAZING.The Operation manager and staffs were really helpful and considerate to us as we are staying one of the most valued hotel in Phu Quoc. The beautiful scene of Phu Quoc and the lovely and comfortable hotel really gave us a great trip. We will consider going back again for another day because 2 nights are not enough

Wonderful Stay”

Our stay at Amarin Resort is an unforgettable time. We had honey moon here and it was really really amazing. We checked in so late but receptionist was very helpful. Bellboy escorted us to our room where it has been decorated with flower and chocolate. This action really made us surprised because we did not inform them in advance, only when we called to Receptionist to inform that we will check in late and note for honey moon couple in afternoon on same day.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful.The manager on site, Trann was very interested in making our stay the best it could be. Tuyen, receptionist was great. The hotel is new so a few bugs to be worked out. Gym needs to be improved. Will go back again.

Great place for a great vacation ”

The hotel is very new and price is at discount rate. Swimming pool is right by the beach. Breakfast was nice with varieties. Staff were very nice and friendly. Wifi was free. Definitely I will comeback.

Gem is the making”

This resort is not really open, not until next month. Property is beautiful, staff has some language issues but they try hard to please, what more can you ask. The rooms are very nice, book a ocean view, it's worth the extra money. Garden view is an empty lot full of construction materials. Pool is first class and big enough to swing laps, go early, 7am, before the kids get there. Breakfast is super, dinner not so. Great massage place adjacent to those resort. Will have to go back!

Comfortable hotel to stay”

Acceptable”

Not an international standard , shabby decor and maintainence, poor restaurant . Food quality bad , no room service for late arrivals . Pool is nice , beach is polluted with garbage and washes up in the mornings , not much around the area , staff and little or no English language skills , hotel is best for a domestic tourist market

Excepcional”

Great experience without any significant complaints. We were very happy with the whole service. The only smaller minus is outdated furniture, which is clean and comfortable though, and an odd odour coming somethimes from our bathroom (suer). Would highly recommed it.

Great ocean view and very good breakfast”

Plus: + Great ocean view + Clean beach + Comparatively large and clean pool, and beautiful garden + Comparatively very good breakfast + Large and convenient room and bed, and balcony (for the room with ocean view) Minus: It costs about 60-70,000 VND ($3) by taxi to the night market and city centre

Disappointing”

There are much nicer hotels nearby for a little more money or less. The hotel has too many people for the number of sunbeds and allows people to leave their towels on the chair for hours without using them. The AC was terrible. The room wasn't very clean and there was the smell of smoke in the hallways.

Fanstastic beach and sea view”

The staff of the hotel is friendly. I booked a seaview room and I enjoyed nice sunset view every evening. The beach is super nice ! The only thing to improve is the food, if there is more variety will be superb.

nice clean private beach and big swimming pool”

We stayed 2 nights, it was lovely, nice clean room, super comfortable big bed. The swimming pool and private beach is just amazing. Breakfast buffet is quite simple. staff was really friendly but can't speak really well English. Airport transfer was included which was value added. One thing we didn't like was the bar closed at 10PM.

-pool light is never on the whole 3 nights I’m staying -last day of staying no buffet breakfast because only 2 room were occupied with guess -hotel is clean, they change bedsheet and towels everyday

Not what I expected.”

The hotel is a little ways from the city of which is not a problem. But the problem lies within management where there is no creativity in boosting up the atmosphere. It is boring. I mean you go at the poolside bar and employees have no smile, the music is pathetic and low. The good part is you could have a few drinks and listen to the more lively and upbeat music coming from the next door pool. Maid did not change bed sheets full of mosquito blood (my wife was on a hunt to kill the little bugs during the night). Floor of room never cleaned for my full stay (full of sand). The only positive is the breakfast buffet with many choices.

Great Trip”

I had a wonderful trip here. I chose this hotel for my solo traveler and it was really like my second home. Staffs are very friendly, food is nice. Must say thank you to everyone
