Great Experience”
We traveled as a group with 2 young children & we stayed in Andaman Castle for 4 nights in Jan 2019. Andaman Castle was a good choice. The hotel is not perfect, it is not located at the heart of the city, it is tough to get regular transport - auto, taxi, bus, etc., but otherwise the stay was rewarding. Andaman Castle is located on the East coast of the island, the view of the sunrise is a rewarding experience. This is not a commercial hotel, this is more like a home-stay, and so the owner & the staff make sure that there is a personal touch to the otherwise professional relationship. The rooms and especially the washrooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and they took care of our meals. The food is hot and fresh and tastes delicious. The icing on the cake is the owner - he is extremely friendly & an outgoing person. Pros: Good location, Cleanliness, Friendliness of staff, Quality of food. Cons: Away from city, Food sometimes gets late, Wifi is available only in reception.

Breakfast is very ordinary. In Port Blair, fresh fruits was expected in breakfast table. There was no egg preparations in the breakfast, which was uncomfortable for us.

Its a small property. Little far from the main market area but in a very good calm place. The sea view rooms are not that worth too much but yet you can see a glimpse of sea from balcony. Nice big rooms with very basic amenities. very clean. Staffs are excellent. Five star to all of them. Food is also very good. The breakfast is sad as there is no option except bread omlette or puri bhaji. But its worth of staying as comparing to the room tariff. I stayed here two times during my trip and both the time i am happy.

The owner, as well as his staff, are always looking after the guest's comport & requirements. This property is so located to have views of the sea from the room, it's so lovely to watch the sunrise directly from the room..We all love it.

This place is run by father son and they are very well behaved and treats you wonderfully. Amir the son is very soft spoken and acts to all your requests immediately. The hotel staffs are very polite and cooks prepare fresh food on your request. The place is located near the sea and you could see the ocean from Common balcony or window of the sea view rooms Please choose this property for your stay as it's worth the value and totally value for money. The rooms does not have phones and hotel does not have lift at the moment but they have plans of incorporating them along with expansions. Otherwise the rooms are well equipped with ac, tv clean bathrooms with geyser etc. I stayed and enjoyed every moment By the way Lakshmi one of the veg cook cooks really nice.

Couple of toilet roll may improve customer experience. Room requirement at least a table which I saw missing. This place is quite sexlife and far from market area. Difficult to get transport.

Value for money”
Friendly staff, spacious property, clean rooms. Dianing Hall and sitout space outside the rooms. Good room service. Complimentary wifi, kitchen available, very close to the sea, separated by road. We check-out early morning and our breakfast and water bottles were ready outside the room. About 15-20 minutes drive from airport and Jetty.

Very cool climate light hot beach.am very happy this trip. But city full mask mandatary. Pure vegetarian is some problem.Only one good hotel (hotel Annapurna only veg)but cost is more.there is no any option to eat.small hotel's are poor quality. And travel cost auto or taxi is dabble then Bangalore.

Lot of noise from on-going construction activity in the hotel. Could not get sleep in the afternoon which was needed after long flight hours from Delhi to port blair. However no other issue in the facility.

Its an average place with nice location.Basic facilities are available. Packed breakfast can be better than 4 bread nd jam. Staff are nice and polite and my stay was comfortable as I can adapt to available facilities.

Nothing great other than the location of the hotel; The staff did not provide early breakfast despite repeated reminders on the previous night. Cook comes only in certain time slots and cooks a pre defined menu. No eating outlets nearby

Ok For Solo Traveller ”
It's just homestay like 3bhk house on each Floor. You will get 1 Master bedroom out of 3bhk house with common kitchen, hall, Entrance & Balcony. Be careful while booking as we booked room with private balcony & sea view, but were provided room on lower floor later insisting we got room on 1st floor with common balcony saying No any rooms are available. Balcony is shared amongst all the rooms and anyone can have easy access to peak into your rooms through windows. Zero privacy as hall inside house have cctv installed & easily accessible windows. They will serve fixed breakfast (Which is also decided by owner) if you opt for breakfast. Though property is sea facing it won't have any beach access & you will be hardly able to enjoy sea view due to shared balcony. Owner was helpful as he helped to arrange scooty & other local experiences at higher charges than local market. Rooms were not cleaned properly, Utensils provided keeps stinking. No proper room service. Not recommended at all

We are so sorry but as mentioned its a homestay and we have provided all the neccesary details regarding the proprty So Plz Plz study the details before u book the property. As far as other things are concern cctv cameras are important at common area for security reasons and its mandatory. Yes we dont have beach access and its not mentioned as anywer in property details its clearly written its a sea view property. By the way thanx for taking time to review us but i kindly suggest u next time onwards before booking any property kindly go through its details clearly...
Couple friendly and family friendly”
Best place to stay for couple and family. It's a bit far from the center, but it's a very peaceful 😌 stay. You get to see the sun rise over the sea from the balcony. Mister Amir is a very good host.

Facility is right opposite beach, very nice view. At the same time, little away from central area, so need to plan for extra auto/taxi rides. Rooms have all the necessities including AC, maintained very cleanly. Big plus is, the facility is maintained by family who owns this. Aamir, running the facility is very helpful in arranging auto/taxi, suggesting itineraries, other bookings. Last but not least is, homely and tasty food, that you can enjoy in common dining hall. Wish the rooms & bathrooms are little bigger for families, but manageable.
