Value for money, strategic location”
Walking distance to pub street and night market. However it remains quiet as there is still a short distance from these happening places. Staff are friendly and always asked for our feedback every morning. We enjoyed the American breakfast with the refillable coffee a lot. There is also Asian breakfast serving with porridge. The floor was a bit dusty, and the toilet was smelly at night in our room. We have feedback the staff anyway. Hope that the issues have been fixed now. Recommended for its location and value for money!
Great Place Great Price”
I loved everthing about the hotel. The location is awesome, the food is great (breakfast is amazing). Its walking distance from Pub Street but far enough that you can get a good night sleep. Highly recommended.
it was perfect for a relaxing weekend”
Absolutely loved the pool. As there are only six rooms, there were only two other quests on the property. We had the pool completely to ourselves. The room was sizable and very clean, bathroom also very nice. It wasn't the most impressive hotel ever, but I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was lovely and very helpful, also very timely. Would definitely recommend.
Eliquent, quiet, clean and well priced. ”
We really enjoyed our stay at the Angkor Boutique Villa, Siam Reap, Cambodia. We would recommend it to anyone who wants a very quiet, romantic stay while in Siam Reap, while close enough to the main area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were so sweet and always willing to help you, if you need anything. The food was great, the pool was clean and a very relaxing villa to stay in. The room was large and clean although the bed was a bit harder than we like it was still comfortable. The location is within walking distance to the main area of the city. We would recommend this Villa to anyone who wants a quiet, romantic stay in Siam Reap.
Free airport transfers by tuktuk. Driver was prompt & courteous. Hotel staff respectful & efficient. Rooms spacious & clean. Everything worked well, from the a/c to the ref to the hot water shower. 5 minutes walk to art center night market. Also a short walking distance to the old market & pub street. A home away from home.
A beautiful oasis in a wonderful town”
Angkor Boutique Villa was a wonderful place to stay in Siem Reap. we have a short walk to the main town area and this was quite enjoyable. The staff were wonderful and attentive. The garden setting surrounding the pool was so relaxing and inviting. We received such a warm welcome to the hotel and the room was modern, clean and very tasteful. We loved every moment of our stay.
Poor Maintenance, Overbooking Issue; Friendly Service and Great Location”
This hotel has overbooking issue. So don’t ever think you will get your room during peak period, they only have 6 rooms! They will transfer you to another hotel nearby which is sub par to this hotel. Imagine you are paying a good price for a hotel room and they asked you to move to a room that is not as good as the room you paid for. Could have book other better rooms at other hotel for such price. After moving us to another hotel for one night, we move back to Angkor boutique villa, toilet very old and smelly from the drains. Got to get them to clean the whole room again for me. A lot of mosquitoes. Nevertheless, the service is good!
Fantastic stay with lovely helpful staff”
Me and my sister stayed here for four nights, we gave our flight details when we booked it and were picked up by tuk tuk! The hotel staff were very helpful and really lovely. They organised a tuk tuk for us for each day at a good price to see the temples! Breakfast was fantastic and included an option of three different breakfasts ands a large bakery basket and a choice of drinks. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked lovely and well looked after. Location was perfect as it is close proximity to the markets but quiet as it is on the other side of the river. Air conditioning worked very well and there was also a fan. We had a safety deposit box too. Would definitely stay again!!
Great little place ! ”
The pool was great ! The room was great ! Staff everything was great ! It's a little hard to find but if you have iPhone not too much trouble. My only complaint would be the smell of the bathroom but after a few hours I didn't notice it
A great place to stay !!”
My family stayed at this little place Dec 29-Jan 1. This hotel is located within walking distance (5-10 min) to the Night Market and other shopping stores and restaurants. It's close to downtown , but very quiet at night. We felf safe staying at this hotel. The employees were very friendly and responsive. They provide excellent breakfast that comes with bread, sausages, eggs, bacon, juice and coffee. Speedy free wi-fi and hot shower too. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Siem Reap.
Comfortable 4-night stay ”
Easily added another night to our initial 3-night reservation. Good American breakfast every morning - coffee, two eggs over easy, bacon, vienna sausages, and a huge bread basket. It is a good start to the day, and I looked forward to a meal each morning. Do wear bug spray before going for breakfast, as well as long sleeve shirt to sleep. The room was spacious. clean and comfortable. Cleaned and re-stocked with two waters daily. Great AC in the room, waterfall shower, and a salt water pool which is great after a long-day exploring Angkor Wat. Great location 5 minutes from Pub Street, Night Market, etc.
Nice environment! ”
The hotel provided few airport pick up. We were greeted by a drink and cold towels. Great for the hot weather in Siem reap! Located pretty near pub street and night market, just 5-10mins walk. The staff is very friendly. The room and shower are clean. They have a salt water pool too. I'll definitely stay at this hotel if I visit Siem reap again.
Best Hotel in Siem Reap. Great rooms, great staff”
I've stayed at many hotels in Siem Reap before and this is by far the best. Great location, clean modern large rooms with bathtub and separate shower. Staff are amazing and go beyond the call of duty to keep you happy. Will be staying here again for sure!
Great value for money! ”
Overall, our stay in Angkor Boutique Villa was very pleasant. We arrived in the afternoon and had challenges finding the villa, but just one call and they came to fetch us. It's located near a night market that has everything - shops, restos, bars, spas, etc. It's a 5 min walk to Pub Street and it's a safe walk. We asked them to arrange a tuktuk tour for us and they had a good driver who took us around in the grand tour and other temples. The staff were so friendly and helpful they were more than happy to help us out. We also had the best massages here for 30 usd included 1 hour massage 30 min foot massage and 1 hour scrub. It was absolutely fantastic and I felt so relaxed afterwards. It was inside our rooms so it was private and comfortable. Definitely reend it to people who want a little bit more comfort without spending an arm and a leg.
Well located, decent hotel”
We stayed here of new year and had a pretty decent experience. Don't be fooled by the poor photography on the website, it's a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and a nice with white washed walls which is welcome after the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. We were particularly grateful for the airport. pick-up The staff are very friendly, however struggle a little with English, can come across a little vacant if you ask questions and prioritise guests. There is odd pricing with an extortionately priced beer at US$4, compared to a reasonable laundry service of US$2 per kg. Finally the shower in room 3 floods the room if your in there longer than 5 mins. All in all a good experience and very well priced for the location.
Very friendly staff but needs a little more upkeep”
The stay in the hotel was fine, but probably not quite what I was expecting. The staff were great and very helpful, although the rooms could do with a bit of pint and the some of the areas around the hotel needed a little more care and attention. the hotel is reasonably well located but walking back at night the streets around here are very dark
Siem Reap is a fabulous holiday location”
Enjoyed the stay, great location. Was expecting window and balcony not to be the walkway but otherwise all very good. Will be great once the bathrooms have additional lighting as the blue light looks great but terrible for makeup in the evenings.
Great Value Hotel”
This is a small boutique hotel. The staff is great and will accommodate your needs. The room is a big size and comes with a shower stall and bath tub, so this is great for families traveling with little ones. The bed is large enough for three, but they do not have extra pillows, so bring your own for your kid. The bed was very hard, FYI. The breakfast was good, croissants/pastries, eggs, bacon, and sausage everyday, not much variety, but good starter food for the day. They also have a small swimming pool which was great after a long day. The water pressure was great, hot water every day, and a/c worked cold. No complaints, for the price this is a great value, without sacrificing what you'd expect from a bigger hotel. The location is at the southern end of town, but easy walk to pub street and night market, no need for a tuk tuk. The german restaurant schnitzel wirtin in to the left of the hotel when exiting...walk about 5 min. Enjoy!
Siem Reap hidden secret”
Great location, just 200m from the Siam reap art center shopping and 400m from pub street and old market, while out of the noise and traffic. Great clean and decorated room, great swimming pool. Staff is nice and care, good English. arranged for driver and show. Great western breakfast with fresh high quality bakery products and great coffee. Value for money
The hotel looks nothing from the road but as you walk up the side path all is revealed :-) I loved staying here with my son. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The hotel was very clean, and everything worked well. My son was particularly happy with the pool being so clean, and spent each afternoon in it. As it is located at the front of the property it is not the quietest place in the world during the day, but lovely in the early morning and evening. Location was probably my only challenge. Although it is very close to the center many tuk tuks seem not to know it. Walking the very short distance during the day is no problem at all, but at night there are no lights on the roads, and when it rains it is very muddy. I certainly will stay there again, as I was very happy with the staff, cleanliness, and quiet evenings.
