Bon hotel a un pas de centre”

Sembla ser un hotel totalment reformat, molt net i a un pas del centre, la recepció és al primer pis cosa que descol·loca una mica ja que a la planta baixa hi ha un restaurant. La noia de recepció va ser molt servicial, fins i tot em va reservar una plaça en bus cap Phnom Pehn l'endemà molt d'hora, dels àpats no puc opinar ja que em vaig llevar molt d'hora i no vaig esmorzar a l'hotel. Per posar una pega, la banyera estava massa alta i costava sortir-ne, algú de més edat o poc àgil haurà d'anar amb compte. En resum m

La estancia fue perfecta, el hotel está bien situado y las habitaciones son modernas y limpias. El staff el hotel estuve muy amable con nosotros y nos ayudó en todo momento. Sin duda lo recomendamos.

Very basis 50+ rooms hotel. Clean room but not so at the bath tub due to its placement. The room size seems smaller than stated. We had rooms with windows but view of roofs of surrounding buildings. Hotel is located a quick 10-12 mins walk to the pier for boat rides to Cai Rang; a slow walk takes 20 mins. The ferry pier to cross the river is closer. The night market is approx 8 mins walk from hotel. Breakfast is great--delicious and many varieties.

Excepcional”

The hotel is fine and I was happy with my stay. The staff were however not up to date with simple information. I asked for some simple information about the cost of a ferry crossing and they didn't know. I was also directed to a wrong Bus Station in Can Tho though I did manage to get to where I wanted to eventually. Other than that, the hotel is fine.

We were allowed early check.Location is good approx 5 min walk to riverfront and boatride.Room is clean and breakfast is good with variety.Top floor can have good view of Cantho.

Fantastic staff - cold drinks on arrival, help with booking tours, topping up our phones, taxis, directions etc. Everyone was really helpful. The location is terrific - less than 5 mins to the riverside and food and clothing etc night markets and restaurant. They even packed breakfast and morning tea for us to take on our early start river trip. The shower over the bath meant a bit of a wet floor that could be easily be fixed, but that was a minor issue. All up, a great stay! We would definitely stay here again

Clean and nice location ”

Great stay, would recommend. For me the only negative was the pushy guy trying to sell the tour to the floating markets who based himself out the front of the hotel and followed me in when U checked in.

good choice”

We booked two rooms, the standard double was pretty small but had a good bathroom. The VIP deluxe double was spacious with two king size beds. Staff was lovely and helpful. Our private boat tour organized trough the reception was excellent. The restaurant was ok, the breakfast buffet good.

Fantastic Hotel with Attentive Staff”

Anh Dao was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Vietnam. The staff were fantastic and very nice. The room was very clean, with a large modern bathroom filled with toiletries. The breakfast was adequate with cooked to order choices. All in all a great stay! The staff even arranged bus tickets to Chau Doc for us as well as a motorbike rental.

Excellent location. Decent price. Staff quite indifferent and not very helpful with questions regarding travel around the city. I would say minimum attention given but yet OK I guess. Room basic but OK too. Buffet breakfast good though choice but limited. There must be better hotels nearby though.

Wide space for room”

I like the room, its very big room and we can stay for 5 people inside. The bathroom also clean.

We got an upgrade for free and we loved the hotel. We got a nice room with a beautiful view over the city. Hotel people are very nice and the room was clean. Location is perfect as you have to walk 5 min to be at the market.

Great Value Hotel by the River”

Have separate bath & shower Room a bit humid so dehumidifier is provided in all rooms Free shuttle bus (one way) to various places in city, and two ways to Hoi An. Free pho available from 9pm Restaurant at 11/F has great view of the river, bridges and the city

Mold in assigend room”

We were well greeted when checking in, the young lady at front desk happily told us that she has upgraded our room. BUT yes it is the BIG BUT, we found out the room had infected with mold. We smelt some thing not right when we came in the room. I later was sitting at the desk looking into the wall I saw green stuff on wall paper. I wiped with a piece of paper I knew it was mold. I came down to request change to another room. The front desk gladly change us to another room and said they knew that room was mold infected. They knew and still assign to guests and called upgraded. What a shame. It was room 201. We changed to room 603 and ok. It is not an honest way doing business.

Great hotel”

Fantastic. All the staff were welcoming and attentive. Minor requests which could have waited were attended to immediately. Reception staff sat at reception but stood as you approached. Rooms were big , well equipped , and clean. An excellent buffet breakfast was included and when starting at 5:30am on the floating market trip a packed breakfast was provided. The hotels striving for excellence made it one of my stays in Vietnam. A big thank you to the staff. I recommend this as the place to stay if you want to enjoy Can Tho.
