Mismanagement hotel”
I’ve been touring along Java in June 2019 and stayed at many Hotels (Santika Garut, Java Heritage Purwokerto, Aston Madiun, Favehotel Tlogomas Batu, Swiss Bellinn Manyar Surabaya etc). But only at this hotel’s parking area my car had accident when I was resting in my room, unbelievable. I said to Mr. Joko (duty manager) if he cannot solve this issue, I’ll give them 1 star at Agoda. And he said OK. Here you go, 1 star as you wish Sir.

Parking: needs a lot of effort, but the staffs are friendly & helpful. Location: downtown, walking distance to many choices of restaurant. Cleanliness & food was OK, but why is there only 1 capsule of coffee in the room, while tea is provided for 2 servings? Hot water tap doesn't work well during the day. Be sure to enjoy the sunset on the rooftop bar!
