Good location and friendly hotel staff ”
The location is near the BTS, rooms are getting a bit old but clean. Internet is terrible and the hotel does not really cater for children. Break fast if Ok but better elsewhere for the price.

Hotel staff has made mistakes in deducting my credit card even though cash was paid for the extra bed. Was notified by my bank then got to know the error and I had to email to the Manager to check and cancel the transaction.

Room for improvement”
Need to have a small Pullout mirror in bathroom. Reason: bathroom mirror is too far away. One has to lean far forward to insert contact lens or put on makeup. Full length Mirror outside the bathroom is good but that area is too dark because there is no light directly above the mirror. Staff must be consistent: one staff member says you must get breakfast voucher from reception everyday before going to 9 th flr for breakfast; another says no need for voucher and guest can proceed directly to 9th floor. The same contradictory instructions were given to us last year.

No Lost n found item. ”
I left my Bobby Brown costmetic on 21/2 and came back to stay on 24/2 - but no lost n found. Most staff service lack of smile. Needs to improve.

Nice location and accomodation”
This is my first time to visit Bangkok Hotel Lotus. Employees were really friendly and nice. I like the managers' smiles Room is always clean and comfortable. One thing I don't like was toilet's flushing strength. It is little bit weak but except for that, everything was perfect. I would like to visit there again.
