Acabamos la,luna de miel en Puri Bali maravillosamente. En la misma playa, amabilidad, y gestión de servicios excelente. Echamos de menos que el director del hotel no estuviera en contacto con los clientes como en otros hoteles interesándose por su estancia. Nos dieron up grade en la habitación por la luna de miel. Los restaurantes y la comida supervisada por italiano excelente tanto la internacional como la indonesa..exquisita. El personal atento y amable. Los servicios muy buenos y su responsable muy amable y atento.repetiría y aconsejaría

Should be good But.... ”
Booked Ocean front cottage with pool, unluckyly, the storm at December 26 th, the leaves fulfilled the entire private pool, the air con was not cool enough, and the room was not smell too good. Just below my expectation. However the beach was amazing, the spa maybe was the best in eniter Bali, the food was excellent. My suggestion is never book the beachfront cottage wih pool useless. And for the management, maybe better stop just stop selling the cottage I stayed, it would just leave disappointment to guest.

Overpriced and severely dated hotel not worthy of the Belmond name”
Where to start! Gaps in doors to communal pathways large enough to allow mosquitoes in, plus associated noise, plus disastrous efficiency for aircon. Thick muslin mosquito net that may keep them out but certainly renders whatever weak aircon completely ineffective. Having to remake bed/mosquito net every night even after 'turndown'. Rooms need massive renovation project/investment. Very average breakfast buffet, Oatmeal is laughably labelled as muesli. Where is the GM, does he/she not do basic reviews of details? Nice pool, good food for lunch but very overpriced. Go to Cuca next door and it will not only blow your mind but will cost about the same. Airport taxi service at USD$35 is about the most blatant ripoff i've seen anywhere. It should be free its so close. Not even basic exercise facilities and Yoga was paid for, 140k for twice weekly otherwise 350k. I had more things but the list was so long and obvious. In short a very dated place trading on its brand name, ran out of space

There was a rat inside the room”
I heard something moving around the cupboard and the fridge at 2 am in the morning. But I was not brave enough to light up and confront that anonymous animal. The next morning, we found a chocolate bar in the minibar was eaten in the corner and called the butler. He came in and told us that it was a rat. We were so shocked and disgusted that we slept in a room where a rat comes in. We would NEVER stay in a 5 star hotel with a rat! At the check out, I complained that there was a rat in the room. The check out person already knew about it but didn't say anything before I mention it. She then called a front office manager who said "they are always looking for food" with a smile on his face. He also added " Did you close the fridge securely?" He seemed to be very familiar with rats in the room and responded in a way that it was nothing serious and it happens all the time. I was even more disappointed with his response. Who would pay $500 a night for a room with a rat?

Relaxing Place on the Beach - Bit Overpriced”
We had a cottage room. It was clean and spacious and well appointed. Everything worked well. I would suggest a place to hang wet bathing suits and towels as there are none. Quiet private are outside our room was lovely. Food was really good and the staff all friendly. I would say that it is a very expensive place and there are other high end hotels nearby for less money. We spent two days here then went North for a few days. On return to Jimbaran we tried a different luxury hotel that was $150 less a night and had more amenities. Overall, though it is a quiet relaxing place

There's very good choice for honeymoon. The staff very helpful and nice . Hotel just right on the beach so there's very good view very thing is fantastic but have cockroach so be careful with that

Amazing location ”
The hotel was right on the beach. Lovely lounge chairs and beds to relax. Pool was also excellent. They had equipment you could use for stand up paddle, surfing etc which was a nice touch. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good, particularly on the last day we were there when they reopened the main restaurant. Food at the hotel restaurants was very expensive though, especially compared with what you can find very nearby. Same for the spa services and drivers arranged by the hotel. The staff were more than happy to help us get a meter taxi when we asked for one though which was good. Overall lovely hotel. We had a fantastic stay.

Beachfront luxury”
Sophisticated, elegant and casual resort beachfront at Jimbaran Bay. Staff are simply fantastic old school classic Balinese. Food in both restaurants is sublime. Mahi magi wrapped in banana leaves is a standout. We will be back.

Excellent short break”
We had and excellent stay for 5 nights over the weekend as a short break. The hotel is close to the airport and the location on Jimbaran bay beach is superb for the evening sunsets. The hotel grounds were very pretty and felt typically Balinese compared to some other 5 star hotels we have stayed in that are like concrete blocks. The grounds were very well kept and the pool was beautiful. Food in the restaurant was great with a lot of choice although can get expensive if you eat here every night. Their are plenty of seafood restaurants along the beach to choose from. Also the top rated restaurant in Jimbaran, Cuca is a two minute walk away. The room was large and very comfortable. At breakfast their was a lot of choice and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel and will be staying here on our next trip to Bali.

OMG, if you want to stay in a relaxing 5 star environment, this is the place. Check-in was impressive, staff knew who we were and we were taken care of from the moment of our arrival. Forget the simple and tacky welcome drink, this hotel takes it to another level. After this experience it will be hard to find a hotel which measures up. Seriously. Room is great, all bungalows and villas with private pool. We stayed in a bungalow because the hotel pool is gorgeous, right at the beach with beautiful gardens around. What more could you want. Around Jimbaran there is not that much to do, but to be honest you will not have a lot of restaurants that serve food this good. We had dinner once at the Indonesia restaurant and once at the international and both were fabulous. Didnt find that good indonesion food elsewhere during our trip to Bali. Cocktails are great too, sipping them while lounging around the beach. Pure heaven. Kuta is just 10 minutes away by car so if you want to go shopping, that's pretty convenient. We liked leaving Kuta beach and coming back to our slice of heaven at Jimbaran puri bali.
