Property is clean, room was clean, bathroom, microwave and frig. For the price you wouldn’t think they’d be so dedicated to cleanliness. Definitely recommend!!!

Quick and easy transfer from the airport”
Arrived at Hobby airport collected our bags then rang the hotel and asked for the bus to pick us up and 10 minutes later we were heading for the hotel. Check in quick and efficient. Room clean and tidy. Can’t wait for the free breakfast. Bus back to the airport runs every half hour. I don’t know if there is anything around the hotel as we just wanted to sleep after the flights from Australia.

The room was very spacious and clean. shuttle staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was well stocked and clean.

Diappointed”
When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that the water was out and was being worked on. This was late afternoon. We went to an engagement and decided to not chance it and made a reservation at a nearby hotel. Explained to staff our action and concerns and asked that our credit card charge be refunded. It was too late to dispute the charge with American Express. I will not recommend the property or the website we used to book our reservation.

The front desk clerk was friendly and made me feel very comfortable about staying there for a second time. I was about to change hotel due to my first visit to this location was not good. My room was comfortable and clean. Thanks for a better experience will stay not time I am in Houston!!!!

I had absolutely no problems with this hotel, it’s amazing and convenient. The breakfast was great and filling. Staff were nothing but pleasant and the hotel was very clean. I’d recommend this to anyone. Especially the affordable price.

For the money all I got was a clean room and soft bed. The bathtub/shower was old and did not work right. The door had huge cracks around the edges and you could see in the room from the hallway. I would say 2 stars at the most. Staff was ok, nothing special.

I do apologize that we did not exceed your expectations. We take all guests concerns to heart. We are currently in the process of finishing our bathroom renovation and will proceed with other schedule phases of renovation through out the year in our guest rooms, hallway and lobby areas. On our way to a cruise”
Our stay was great. We arrived late and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and smiled as we walked in. Our room was on the third floor and it was really nice. Very clean, comfortable and plenty of room. We was able to order and have food delivered (just under the wire), but the people were really friendly and delivered great food. Our breakfast was really good and had a good choice of items to eat. Our waffles were in the shape of Texas, that was fun. The area was very clean and they kept the items offered full in the trays. From cold cereal to waffles, eggs, sausage,toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee, butter, jam. You can't complain if you don't find something to eat. I would stay here again when traveling.
