Fabulous hotel for a relaxing break”

We had a great 5 night family stay here in a family room, which was lovely. The pool area is magnificent and the beach area is nice. Only downside is the sea pollution that the hotel tries to clear but we didn’t swim in the sea here as we fished out nappies, plastic bags, bottles on our first day so we stuck to the pool. Apparently in the rainy season it is best to stay on a complex at Sao beach area and in the dry season on long beach. The currents change and affect how badly the water is polluted, but in Vietnam generally plastic pollution. Is a huge problem everywhere. We were shocked by this everywhere we went. However our stay was great as the staff were fantastic, especially Juliette, the French stagiaire. The restaurant was excellent and cheap. A great hotel.

The rooms are clean and properly maintained. The staff are great, they are all willing to help to attend all your needs. During our last day, we weren't able to catch the shuttle bus to airport and the hotel arrange a shuttle bus of us for free. Pools are clean and the beach front is also amazing. Definitely the best place to relax and unwind from the busy city.

Good for family ”

- Morning buffet was good. - Overall facility management was good. - The swimming pool was large and long: good for children. - Beach bar had some noisy music, thus a little bothersome if you seek quiet and peaceful beach.

Swimming pool not safe for kids”

The pool is very dangerous for children, the floor of the pool tore my kids' legs, bleeding legs, I reflected to the manager, they apologized and promised to compensate for the damage but on the day I checked out they do not response. The room was cleaned extremely late, and until late afternoon that my room was finished

Best Western Premier exceeded my expectations from the moment I left the arrival terminal at Phu Quoc to find a friendly driver the hotel sent to pick me up to the very professional reception I received at hotel . All the staff and managers have been very welcoming. They accommodated my request for sea view and the room was very luxurious definitely 5 stars all the way .The hotel is fairly new so you can imagine how perfect it was . This was after the most recent outbreak of covid and while some hotels did not have a buffet BWP had a full buffet as well as an extensive menu you could order from .So regardless of what you prefer for breakfast the hotel will be able to accommodate. The quality and taste of the food was top notch . Obviously with covid there are some good deals around but what I paid and what I got was out of this world Would recommend to anyone to stay here and almost forgot to mention they have amazing swimming pools as well as direct excess to the ocean

Great location and value for monry”

e has a great time so much so we extended our stay for two more nights. The rooms were clean, tidy with great views. The facilities were excellent and we took advantage of the Spa, well woth it. The staff were friendly, professional and happy to assist us when ever needed. Try the cocktail bar on the roof, you wont ber sorry.

Not recommend for any”

Unacceptable breakfast. Good staff but not enough so I couldn't be helped when I needed. Clean room but terrible design. I booked 3 bedrooms suite with sea view, and I can't believe that this suit has ONLY ONE window also balcony in master bedroom. The others include living room has only glass wall. We felt that we stayed in the hermetic boxes.

Hotel room ok, roof bar staff not friendly”

I waited for half hour(15:30) for my room to be done after check in. The staff on the roof bar is not friendly, maybe can’t understand english. Then the staff in breakfast time is definitely not enough. I put my plate beside the table, the staff didn’t clean it before I leave. In room, Safety box is broken. Have a little bit hot water. House keeping clean my room after 17:00 the next day. The hotel is a bit far from the downtown. But hotel could help you call a taxi, rent a motorbike, have a day tour by taxi. Hotel also have tour boucher.

Unique layout”

Despite a few set-backs such as some malfunctioning bath accessories and hygienic issues during its early days of running, the excellent service and outstanding landscape outweighted all: - free breakfast for children - great view from almost any room - it really created sort of an ecosystem for a whole small to big group to enjoy by any member, especially the pool design allows you to play any time during daylight - the surrounding in this period is quite new and interesting to walk/cycle around. - the potential is the roof top bar which they haven't exploited sufficiently to its best.

Enjoyed our stay so much we decided to extend. Staff very welcoming, friendly, professional and efficient. Great pools, spa and facilities. Rooms were clean and tidy and well maintained. Met the EGM and F&B manager doing their rounds and making themselves known to the guests. One of the best run hotels I’ve visited in Vietnam. Highly recommended.

Nice facility, but still disappointing”

This is NOT a 5 star establishment; in all fairness, I would give it 4 stars tops, and that is mainly due to the fact that it is a new resort (2019) in a nice location, good facilities: this is also the main reason that I rate it 3 stars now (otherwise would be lower). We rented their best place available online, one of the 3 bedroom villas. From the moment of bus pickup from the airport, overpacked and squeezed in, it was a rocky road. The long check-in with mistakes caused us to get locked out of our villa on the 2nd day; the man who showed the villa to us was in a hurry to get out and did not inform us of a lot of things, like turning on the water heater, how to control the AC, and even that the mini bar was free for us (realized this at check out 5 days later). It was also on the 2nd day that a downpour of rain flooded the entire master bedroom causing us to run around to move all of our items. (I called the front desk who failed to send someone promptly). There are several more instances, but this paints the picture. There is no concierge desk, so the front desk staff tries to manage it; they are overloaded with tour groups coming in and out daily. The lack of English is an issue, so maybe this place would get better feedback from a Vietnamese family, although my Wife is Vietnamese and she saw the same issues. Had to make any calls to the front desk and sometimes follow-up calls because no action was taken (maybe they didn’t understand, not sure). This place is either understaffed, or the top management is not taking the time to ensure staff are properly trained and/or supervised. I asked 2 or 3 times for the contact information of the General Manager and never received it until I made an official request via email. I emailed my frustrations to the F&B Manager the day of check-out with the GM cc’d, but no response; he doesn’t seem to be concerned with me or the issues. I expect much better service from a 5 star rated resort, especially from someone renting the

I and my family have a wonderful vacation at Best Western. The hotel is newly build with comfortable bed and modern facilities. And I would say thanks to all staffs who well-trained and very helpful. Especially thanks to Hai - front office staff who helped us check-in early and quickly as well as support us to call the cab during the stay.

I would thanks to all friendly staffs who made our vacation memorable. We was offered early check in and late check out, especial thanks to Hai - receptionist- he granted us free of charge even we have 1 more person staying together. I would suggest hotel to put conditioner in bathroom for female guest.

Excel·lent”

This relatively new resort is located next to the Novotel on a clean, sand beach with 2 pools and a lazy river. We were very comfortable in a 2 bedroom suite although the addition of some casual furniture in the living area would be great. As well, although the suite has a small kitchenette, there is no cooking implements, plates or cutlery and, at a minimum, dishwashing soap to clean the glassware should be available. There are 2 restaurants on site that are reasonably priced, for a 5-star hotel. Across the street, there is a small night market with food, fresh fruit and smoothies although with a few mini-marts for drinks/snacks. If you are looking for a relaxing family vacation spot, you will have no regrets booking at this BW Premier.
