Get what you pay for...”
The rooms are fairly clean, but they do have a pretty bad German roach problem that they need to get under control... Also we've been here for 1 week and we've had to switch rooms 3 times due to maintenance issues... 1st room microwave didn't work... 2nd room the heater didn't work... 3rd room the bed is very worn out and the A/C barely works... Gave up on switching rooms... We're just gonna tough it out until we leave. Overall tho I'd say this hotel is acceptable due to the low low price.

Cleanliness ”
The first night there were roaches popping out from everywhere. The second night we moved rooms and there were only a couple of roaches which was still unacceptable!

Weird place”
They were seemingly very nice and attentive but the underlying vibe was not one of anything that would be considered normal for a business and a customer. It was just weird. I appreciate the outward attitude but I would probably not feel comfortable staying again. I can't explain what exactly bothered me but I didn't notice any other guests having the issue so maybe it is just an Out of Towner's point of view.

The lies they tell”
1. No breakfast of any type 2. No housekeeping 3. Still waiting for clean towels and sheets since check in 2/6/22, yes that’s correct 11 days later. Thankfully I’m one who tries to be prepared, brought personal towels and cleaning supplies. Maybe I should run out to get sheets and mattress pads for their beds. Honestly, if I could afford to waste money I’d leave this very moment.

Place smells, there are roaches , also didn’t give me what I had booked. It’s a nice location to the airport. Other than that place is no good.

What is that stuff?”
I needed a place for a night close to Customs and Border Protection and this was just down the street and pretty cheap. Pretty much every surface had cigarette burns and all of the flooring was sticky. Every single metal surface and kitchen cabinetry was covered in a coating of preservative oil. There were no cups in the room, so I tried to buy a bottle of water in the vending machine, but it was out of order. Fortunately there were a few paper cups left next to the empty coffee machine! No breakfast served due to “covid” either. The staff I talked to at check-in and a few hours later at check-out were very nice.

Roaches and rude staff Larry”
I received a smokers room because that was the only one they had available, the pillows didn’t have pillow cases on them. The thermostat didn’t work so we were cold the whole time we were there. They only had sheets on the bed which made our night hard to bare because of the thermostat being out! I parked at the back of the Hotel so that I could keep an eye on my vehicle but the back door didn’t work so called the front desk to see someone could open the door. Larry the night personal answered the phone but stated that he couldn’t leave the desk because he was the only one at the front desk. The front desk is only a few feet away from the back door, like the front door and the back door are across from each other. Larry told me to walk around the front but that meant me walking around the exterior of the hotel at 4 am in the morning. The security guy that was patrolling the lot drove around the building and let me in. Larry then went on to say how am I suppose to open the door while I’m on the phone! My response was by saying yes ma’am I will be right there to open the door! I went on to tell him that he was giving the worst customer service on top of y’all giving me a smokers room, pillows without pillowcases, a bed without a blanket and the other desk clerk saying that the room wouldn’t smell like smoke! Don’t forget the roaches climbing the wall and in the kitchen and bathroom.

Poor location, worse amenities. ”
The location is awful. Nothing close by. Airports still far. No food anywhere. Hotel sound alike a nice suite setup. It's just rooms with basic kitchenettes. Wouldn't even consider it again.

It was very clean and comfortable. We can even use free laundry machine. The hotel contains small Convenient shop in which I can buy some small things.

not gorgeous but comfortable”
we stayed for one night expecting nothing but close location to the air port. the outlook is a regular motel, however they have free shuttle service which can take you to & pick up from anywhere within 3miles (including airport, nearby mall, restraunts etc), free laundry, small kitchen in our room, very comfortable bed& hot bath, dvd rental, etc. all staffs we met were extremely friendly and helpful. would definitely recommend to anyone!

Best airport hotel I've ever stayed at”
fantastic hotel. super clean, quiet, friendly. airport shuttle whatever time you need it. there is laundry facilities on site, gym room, even a wed night manager's party with free food and beer that the guests are invited too. rooms have mini kitchens with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, fridge. this is the best quality hotel near an airport we have ever stayed at. management is super accomodating, we simply showed them our agoda receipt and took the room key. i'd stay here again and again.
