This hotel pleasantly surprised us. I was not expecting the rooms to be as nice as they were. Our room was very clean and had automated blinds that open upon entry. The view was not the greatest as we could only see mostly surrounding rooftops but could see a little bit of the water. The staff were friendly but would say not as friendly as some other hotels we have stayed. We were staying here as part of our honeymoon trip and did not receive special treatment like at the other places we stayed. Both restaurants located in the building were amazing. The only difficulty we had was parking our car, the hotel offers a valet service however we did struggle upon arrival as there was a queue of cars and we were unable to park. When leaving the hotel you also had to plan ahead to ensure your car arrived on time as they needed at least 20 minutes' notice to go and pick up your vechile from their parking location. Otherwise, the stay was enjoyable.

Parking obviously the biggest issue here - basically there is one spot on a busy road out the front which is often taken by Uber Eats drivers. We were told we had to wait 25 minutes for our valet parked car which then took an hour which made us late for our prebooked tour. The younger staff appeared unprofessional with one male bar staff member not wearing a uniform but what looked like weekend casual wear. I enquired of the possibility of an end room with larger bathroom with the young girl who checked us in. She said that would be an extra $60 and would I like to upgrade. I said I wasn’t interested in paying extra to which she replied, there are no rooms available anyway! On checkout we were not even asked if we enjoyed our stay. Isn’t this the first question you would ask providing an opportunity for staff to receive constructive criticism and pass on to better the experience for future customers? Won’t be returning or recommending unfortunately.

Right in the heart of town ! New hotel , friendly staff . Reception is on the 4 th floor , beside a bar and the restaurant, strange set up and confusing when we first came to check in . Rooms lovely , modern and tastefully decorated! Breakfast was rushed and I think they are just ironing a few bugs out ! Would I stay or recommend this hotel ? Absolutely

Fresh new, premium but not easy to access”
The facilities are comprehensive and new compare to other hotels. And the experience is premium. But the location is in the centre of the city and there are some distances between the car park and the hotel. And it's really hard to find the temp parking slot when you first arrived. The overnight parking is in another place which is around 10min walk. Overall recommended.
