Great deal I got through Agora! I wished I remembered the host that helped me check it. She was highly professional and courteous. She made my check-in friendly and straightforward. The hotel was clean, and I liked its elegant vintage look. The clientele was a mixture and there was some smoking in the parking lot , but overall, it was good.

Had so much trouble with the key card. After resetting it 4 times, front desk finally sent up security to let us in our room. Even he couldn’t open the door with his key card. It took 30 mins for us to get back into our room.

The price for none of the hotel features to be available was kind of stiff but what else do you expect traveling during a pandemic. Furthermore the first night the clerk working seemed to be frustrated with the previous customer and it carried over. She was very dry and short with us. The room she first assigned to us had not been cleaned looked as though someone had literally just left, beer cans and bottles,a surprise in the toilet, and bed not made up. Went back down to let clerk know she didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything just assigned a new room. No microwave in rooms you have to use the one downstairs another inconvenience. However I got some good sleep, and love the location but wouldn’t recommend this hotel until pandemic is over.

The room was pre -paid through Priceline and Agoda. The business travelers personal credit card was required for check in. Then their personal credit card was charged for the room already paid for!

The elevator is very very slow and often mal function. Hotel is located near the main road. It's so noise that can't sleep well. Only good is near Galeria.

Good hotel in Houston with good location”
The location is the main upside of this hotel. In general, the hotel is clean and check-in process is simple. All in all, it's worth paying for. Still, there should be a doorknob sign for Room Service cuz sometimes the housekeepers come in too early and we ended up having to tell the reception every time we left the room.

My 3 day stay at the hotel was very relaxing and this was a just what I was looking for on a hectic business schedule, the hotel room was luxury and extremely comfortable.
