El recepcionista com una criatura es va enfadar perquè havíem entrat sense trucar al timbre, al dir-li que si ho havíem fet va sortir a tocar-lo ell per demostrar que no l'havíem tocat bé i que no havia sonat, sincerament m'importa poc qui te raó, sóc un client i estic a la recepció fes el favor d'atendrem i deixa la teva rabieta de costat

Habitación con un fortísimo olor a tabaco. Muy desagradable. No pedimos habitación para fumadores. Desayuno decepcionante (servicio deficiente) Carencia de una simple plancha. No lo recomendaremos.

Nice hotel, good service but noisy room”
I have to say I couldn't enjoy the hotel that much, because I arrived late at night and left early in the morning. I chose this hotel because it was the only 4 star hotel next to where I needed to be the day after. Pros: - Reasonable price for a 4 star hotel. - For the ones who don't like sweet breakfast, definitely they have a good variety in the breakfast buffet. - Nice shower to share with your partner. Cons: - The air conditioning was a bit to loud for what I expect from a 4 star hotel. - Added to this, it only heats the room itself, therefore the bathroom is freezing cold in the morning.

A very pleasurable stay. The room was clean and well furnished, the bathroom was very clean and well laid out. The beds were very comfortable, as my wife has a back problem, this is very important to us. We had the breakfast in the hotel which was varied and very good. the one evening meal we had was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We will use this hotel again.

direkt am ortseingang gelegen bietet das hotel einen guten zugang zur stadt terressa. taxi´s halten direkt vor dem hotel. frühstück ist für den preis von ca. 13.00 euro zu teuer. die auswahl ist minimal auf das nötigste beschränkt und bietet nicht viel auswahl (immer das selbe). geschmacklich aber ok.
