Safety concern”
When I got there 2 guys checked in before me when I was wrapping up my check in they came back down to let the front desk know they were given a room that was already assigned to someone else. My stay was going okay. The cleanliness wasn’t the best in the bathroom. The next morning I had someone walk into my room while I was still in the bed. The hotel overall was nice and location amazing. However, to have people walk in on you while you are in your room especially when traveling alone is a HUGE CONCERN!!!

They don’t tell you that parking isn’t free. Self parking is $26 and valet is $36 per night. There was no tv remote and I found someone’s shoe under a chair so I’m not sure how thorough they are with cleaning.

A cold shower is not what I signed up for nor a room which did not have a functioning heater. Add to that the absolute confusion on how to place a simple order with the kitchen made this stay remarkable for all the wrong reasons

Front desk ping pong”
Wow. Hilton has shot itself in the foot. After this I will not be back. 1) keys didn’t work 2) no menu available within the room 3) trip to front desk to get copy of menu and return to room 4) no way to call to place order, front desk informed us we had to go in person to bar t order 5) back down stairs to order and then again to pickup the meal. Suggestions 1) QR code in room for menu, 2)reconnect phone line to kitchen so orders can be placed 3)inform guests at checkin of ordering process

Upon entering the room there was a foul smell, stains on the sheets and floor needed to be vacuumed. Requested new room was told management would come up to the room. No one ever came. No room change nothing.

On day one for checking in we had a good impression for this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, all the good impressions were ruined on day two onwards! The breakfast service provided by the restaurant was suck!! We were not being offered coffee/tea like the others, till we waited for long, and call for it. And there was one asian female staff at the counter was extremely proud and not friendly! We paid so much and yet we being treated badly. Extremely disappointed!

The chair and beds in our room were not comfortable. Pillows were too soft. Bathtub was not a handicap design and was very slippery with a missing connection for the sprayer. Would recommend a recliner for seating or ottoman for the chair and converting bathtub to shower only. The staff was outstanding in valet parking, front desk, and for in room dining all employees encountered were pleasant, friendly, and helpful!

City hotel, clean and comfortable”
A bit difficult to locate. The hotel signs besides the road before a right turn was not lit up. Carpark was on the expensive side, close to $20 per day. Free wifi was only available in the lobby. With the price paid, free parking and free wifi will definitely be appreciated.

非常棒”
从机场去酒店很方便，酒店附近好像是金融区，所以到了晚上很安静，我们去的时候可能才装修完不久，大堂味道有点大，不过还能接受，酒店很干净，床很大很舒服，性价比很高，值得再次入住
