Desde la chica que nos atendió y nos recomendó lugares hasta el departamento HERMOSISIMO, super super limpio, muy bien ubicado (Aunque esta muy en el centro, a nosotros no nos molestó en nada pero eventualmente puede ser ruidoso). Super recomendable, nos encantó !

Excellent location and good size. We had paid for a superior studio believing that we would have a window, however that was not the case. WE would recommend that if you want a window, you check your booking very carefully.

Don’t use this place in summer ”
The ac did not work and I had to keep on complaining ( Ona said to me no will die if it’s not working) and reception is a 10 min walk from apartments . Customer service Is rubbish

The location was acceptional however the 2 person studio is not shown with images on the site. It’s smaller than what is shown but still very clean and cozy.

Great apartment in one of the best spots in the city. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work very well and ventilating the apartment was difficult. The beds were comfortable. The room could have used a sweeping beforehand though but overall it was beautifully decorated. The sheet that Agoda sent us telling us where to pick up wasn’t right. A huge stress as we didn’t have internet and needed a way to contact The Streets. Upon arrival, we had a small issue at reception where TheStreets charged us a different price for the city tax than what Agoda had mentioned. There seemed to be a discrepancy but The Streets Apartment insisted that their rate was right. Overall, after check it we were content with our stay. The property was worth it, but we wouldn’t book through Agoda the next time we do this.

I found the online presentation very misleading. It was advertised as 'Superior Studio' but the only window faced a shaft so it was very dark. More misleading perhaps was that I was charged an additional €50 because I had to check in after 1 am in the morning (if you check in between midnight and 1 am it is €30 but my flight was delayed). So this was very expensive for very low value. I would not book again.

Super noisy, hard access upon check in and the place has never seen a broom”
We stayed at Carrer de Ferran 24, our fault to choose one of the busiest streets in Barcelona. Having said that, there could have been a warning that it was difficult to sleep. Also, the whole check-in was a mess. They don't tell you that the "reception" is on another building, and then if the person has to come to give you the keys, you pay an extra 30 Euros. Also, although the bathroom was ok and the linens were clean, the apartment as well as common areas had never seen a broom, EVER!

The address that agoda provided on booking confirmation is the location of the apartment. But actually you need to go to another address to check in, please don't forget to call agoda in advance in case you can't find the check in desk.

Great location, apartment with hotel flair. The staff was very nice, they have a lovely office near the flats where you can check in and chill if you need to wait for the flat. The flats are in the best area and are newly renovated. Was many times in barcelona before but this is my favourite place to stay.

Just note that the cleaning fee is not included in the Agoda site price! its an extra 30 euro (the problem is with Agoda, not with the apartments staff, which is really great)

Probably the worst area within the Barri Gotic. Many homeless in this particular area. Urine (and worse) littering the streets in the morning every day. Go 250m in any direction from here and it appeared less of an issue. Have converted bedrooms of a larger apartment into 'studio' apartments with a 'kitchen' in a wardrobe cupboard. No power points in the kitchen though, so need to plug the kettle/toaster in elsewhere in the room. No tea towel in the Kitchen despite being required to wash the dishes before leaving. No plug for that matter to be able to use the sink in the kitchen or bathroom (washing up done in a pot instead!!). No hooks or rails in the bathroom or elsewhere for towels. Only a very small bin in the bathroom (none in the living area at all ... Despite having a 'kitchen'!). Bathroom not clean (marks on shower screen, basin, floors etc.). A/C took over 12 hours to initially cool the room (likely filters not cleaned for years, but was to high on the wall to be able to check). Also drips water (condensation) into the room when on. Power points in room had bent earth clips so unable to easily plug anything other than a 2 pin plug into them. No safe deposit box in the room, despite being listed on the website AND in the literature provided on check in. Walls very thin (see earlier about apartment conversion) and attracts loud and late returning guests most nights so sleep is an issue. Attempted to contact The Streets apartments about the issues a couple of times during our stay but they never answered the phone on the number we were given. I must emphasise this applies to the #24 Apartments where we stayed, this company offers many other facilities that may or may not have the same issues.

Nondescript front entrance - easily missed- opens up to a quaint inside with multiple layera of security doors and a cute apartment that feels like a typical Spanish home with a compact layout. Tiny bathroom....if your waistline is anything bigger than 40 inches it's a problem. The location on Carrer Ferran is very convenient for walking to everything in central Barcelona.

Troublesome check in procedure. No info telling us that check in location is at other location (5min walk). We have to walk 10 min to the apartment with our big luggages because the street is closed for traffics. Towels are not cleaned.

Right in the Gothic area off the Ramblas be aware people in this city never seem to sleep so take ear plugs as road noisy and church bell next to apartment starts chiming at 8am and every quarter of an hour after.

Parfait pour quelques jours. Super bien situé donc oublier le calme ! Propre et moderne. Avons tjrs manger en extérieur mais je pense que cuisiner à 1m du lit c'est pas top. Plus une chambre d'hôtel qu'un appartement.

самый большой плюс- локация. Самый большой минус- вид из окон, его не было практически. Площадь помещений небольшая. Декор симпатичный. Уборка только раз в неделю. С персоналом можно общаться в watsapp.
