The hotel worked well for me. I had a conference next door at the Royal Sonesta. I choose this place because it was advertised to have breakfast included. I was there 4 nights and there was no breakfast any of the mornings. The story is that Extended Stay America requires them to.order breakfast items from a specific third.party vendor and this third part vendor was out of stock with the breakfast foods. There was nothing for breakfast it wasn't like one item was missing. We did have good.coffee and got chocolate. Nagy, the manager seemed to care a lot about the hotel. When I checked in I asked about an extended check out and Nagy told me to let him know if I need it and that ”he.can likely workout out for me” I called the.front desk to extend checkout and was told if I stayed 1 hour late it is a charge and 2hours late is a extra night charge. I am uncertain if the promises of breakfast and an extended check out is the norm knowing it will not be available or not. Nagy is nice but.....

Location and price are good. Room is just fine. Breakfast offered is not really a breakfast but just coffee and snacks.

Good location , front desk is very friendly and helpful but the cleanliness is questionable and it could use a lick of paint .

Terrible WiFi, some rude staff, awful breakfast and dirty room”
The location is good. The price is just ok for the value you get. 1) I arrived an hour and 15 minutes earlier than 3 pm and asked if I could check in. The check in lady told me I can't check in until 3 pm. I understood the rule and went about my day and checked in later. A few days later when I was checking out, I noticed that another guy asked to check in early and they let him check in over 2 hours earlier. 2) The room wifi didn't work at all for me. I had to use the hotel's main wifi, which had a terrible signal. It worked only the first day. The second day I had to spend an hour over the phone with the company that operates their internet connection just to get the main wifi to work (room still not working). People at the front desk are clueless 3) Breakfast consists of packets of Quaker oatmeal, some cheap muffins from the store and tea and coffee. 4) Apparently it is totally normal at this place for the check in desk people to ignore you mid conversation to talk to someone else

The photos of the inside of this extended stay are deceiving. I typically have had nice experiences in the past at other locations. This location has people hanging outside the building. Front desk seemed to struggle with checkins. Not very welcoming. Inside the front it smelled of mold, setting water, and smoke. The site says they offer breakfast, they don’t. When asked the front desk male had a sassy remark and me they have coffee that’s our breakfast. Very misleading and rude. Down the hall parts of the ceiling are missing. A giant tarp is hanging from the way. Smashed in food on the floors. When I got to my room it had a foul odor , I had to crack a window and go get air fresheners to make my stay more comfortable. The toilet stopped up as soon as I used it. That evening I called the front desk for extra blankets and the response was “ you can come get them” when set to retrieve the items at the front laid two blankets with a paper on it with my room number.

Dirty , smells bad . Marijuana smell , weird Guests , Unprofessional staff , dirty Laundry room and non functional machines , loud music in the parking lot , doors slamming day and night .

Old hotel, bathroom shower very slow water, old tub, sink and resurfaced paint ships coming out. Everyday room key does not works, no utensils , on 20th June evening lady on reception with rude behaviour. Not worth for money more then $50 per day.

They charged me $300 for smoking in the room , kicked me out and banned me from all other Extended Stay Hotels and i did not smoke in the room. The front desk clerk and manager could not find any damage or evidence, just said my window was open, so i must have done that to clear the smoke out, but it has been in the mid 70s all week and i just wanted my window open.
