Un hotel muy bien ubicado cerca de plazas comerciales, farmacias, etc. El hotel esta muy bien cuidado, los cuartos son comodos, los banios limpios, tienen tv por cable, ac, closet, cocineta con refrigerador, estufa y microondas. El personal habla ingles y espanol, amplio estacionamiento. No recomiendo pagar el desayuno inlcuido ya que es muy basico, cafe, avena y barra energetica.

Es silencioso, el personal es super amable te hacen sentir en casa, no muy limpio pero tampoco es un lugar donde no puedas estar. No limpiaron el cuarto mientras mi estadía pero la verdad es que tampoco soy desordenada así que para mi fue excelente

The BEST Extended Stay in the city!!!”
I'm currently in between places and have been staying at extended stay Houston galleria Westheimer for over a month now. The staff at this property is most definitely a phenomenal staff and they most definitely need to be recognized for what they do! Every time I come in they always have a huge warm smile on their face as they welcome me to extended stay. It doesn't matter if I come in at 2:00 in the afternoon or 2:00 in the morning someone is going to be at that desk to welcome me and see if I need any assistance with anything. Not only this but they are very patient with my daily payments that I have to make them. They do not harass me they do not hover over me causing me more stress than what I already am under. Josh is a wonderful manager and you can tell by the shining examples which are his employees. I would recommend this particular extended stay property to anyone who wants friendly knowledgeable employees and a nice warm smile and welcome each and every time they step through that door if I could give them 10 out of 10 Stars I would. I have stayed at almost every extended stay in the city of Houston and the surrounding area and they are all pushy they are all grumpy and a lot of them don't have answers to questions you may have, not the case here! If you don't believe me try it for yourself. I guarantee you, you won't be disappointed.

It was super affordable when we went, maybe because of the season, but it offered great bang for our buck! Our room was super clean and much nicer than I expected. Good location, and has a bus stop right in front of it, which is useful if you're getting by with public transport; close to everything you need, especially if you're looking to experience the nearby areas like Uptown and Chinatown ♥️

I really enjoyed time in Houston staying in this hotel. Every employees of the counter desk were kind and helpful. The room condition was super cozy and clean. Even though I didn't use the kitchen but it looked good for cooking. I was really satisfied with Extended Stay America Houston and I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you :)

It was a cool stay just from talking to the front desk agent, Samantha (im pretty sure that wasn’t her name 😂) The only negative was the elevator was broke and I had to take 4 flights of stairs to get to my room… but that was still okay because I got that leg workout in lol

Chambre très spacieuse, cuisine dans la chambre (il faut demandé les ustensiles à l acceuil). Une ligne de bus direction le centre passe au pied de l hotel. Des machines à laver à pièces et sèche linge dispo.

フロントの前に立つやいなや、予約は入っているが部屋が空いていないから他のホテルを探せという意味のわからないことを告げられた。 ダブルブッキングのようなことが生じたのだろうが、フロントの女性は私を一瞥して名前を確認もせず、とにかく部屋がないの一点張り。 もちろん謝罪やフォローは一切無く、久々に非常に不愉快な体験をした。
