Everything was great unfortunately there were additional creepy crawlers. In the bathroom at night every night there were 3-4 roaches walking around. I solved the problem the last night by living the bathroom light on.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating however There was a bug in my room upon my arrival and i just couldn’t get over it. It looked like a roach but i was told it could be a water bug, regardless bugs are bugs and that freaked me out.

Our check in was delayed and we were dismissed and told to come back in 30 minutes. The bed was very uneven and made noise every time movement was made. The sheets were rough and stiff; the fitted sheet was so old the elastic was completely spent and it would not stay on the bed. 2 of 4 mornings we were there the grab and go breakfast lacked food entirely. Also, obviously not the fault of the hotel, but the amenities listed on Agoda are not consistent with what the facility also has to over. This needs to be updated.

Lamp missing a light bulb, strange dark sticky area on bathroom floor, roach, alarm had been set for 6:30am, wifi was pretty bad

Says breakfast and their was nothing but coffee and muffins plus I was no smoking 🚭 room and the whole floor smelled like weed.

They don't accept Cash? ”
The gentleman who checked me in took it upon himself to take my cash and use his personal card to help me get checked in. What a wonderful thing to do. However there was a miscommunication about the pricing that I questioned while checking out. I was courteous, polite, and professional when I questioned the price at checkout. Unfortunately it was not the same employee who checked me out. My exchange with this employee put a bitter taste in my mouth. I was met with poor attitude, and flat out rudeness. Then at the end of the conversation, she informed me that I was no longer welcome to stay there again. For what? Your guess is as good as mine.

The room had dirty old carpet and an unpleasant smell. The free breakfast was had only coffee on a tiny table with no sitting area.

Asked for clean towels after 2nd day and they had none. Left a night early it was so bad.

Dog in my room”
The place was very unprofessional. Once I checked in all he told me was this is your room number and walk way as if I knew how to get to my room. Without any explanation or any guidance. Once I found my room and I opened the door a dog was charging at me and looked like he was about to bite me. Lucky I close the door just in time. I went back to the front desk to let them know that the room they gave me had a dog in it. Deleted nothing about it or compensated me for putting me in a situation that they shouldn't put me in. I was really mad and will hiding not recommend this place.
