Quiet Place In A Great Location ”
Need a quiet place to stay in Houston? This hotel definitely takes the cake! It's very quiet, right off I-10, has friendly staff, and it's close to shopping! From here you're only minutes away from plenty of entertainment as well!

Very nice hotel; however for an extended stay it had no items immediately available in the room. No plates, no cups, no silverware, nothing!!!! You have request these items from the front desk at checkin. Not good!

Hotel front desk personnel and managers are very polite, friendly, respectful, and helpful ; however, unknown factor contribute to the degradation of the hotel! I've seen a few irrate guest who didn't have their keycard handy; and think the front doors should be opened automatically for them after hours. They refused to used the service phone, and proceeded to bang on the door and verbalize Profanations to the front desk personnel. I applaud the front desk personnel for their patience! Although I checked in late (0000), I was giving a smelly (pet odor _athletes foot) room. Carpet should be removed from all rooms. The laundry room is alway flithy with clothes, full trash can, and lints from dryer all over. I think there's only 3 or 4 washing machines, all smell like mildew, and something unpleasant! Definitely don't use! Security is Satisfactory, however, I recommend routine checks to ensure doors aren't propped opened for unauthorized parties and guests who misplaced their key 💳. Overall, the rooms are Satisfactory. Convenient for short stay! Refrigerators needs to be updated (very noisy), and rooms are missing cooking utensils; and some rooms have few small pest (black 🐜). My personal rating is 3 ✨

Poorly Operated Hotel”
This hotel is very poorly managed. The room was advertised to include breakfast, however, breakfast consisted of a granola bar and coffee/tea. I stayed for 12 days. On the second day, the hotel ran out of coffee for the "breakfast" and coffee was never available again during my stay. This is an extended stay hotel, so guests should be provided with a laundry facility. The washers would not accept credit or debit cards and the hotel did not have quarters to change for washer and dryer operation, so I could have clean clothes to wear. The desk agent was not willing or able to attempt to resolve these issues. I had to take a Lyft to an off site laundry facility (laundromat) to wash my close. I will not stay at this hotel again when I'm in Houston and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Paper thin walls. Lobby and hallways are clean, but the rooms are kinda old and a little dirty. A little loud since it's by the freeway

I can show pictures, smelt funny every single time staff to 20 mins to cone to front desk, I can go on the ac unit had junk in it. Wow!!!
