Not the Extended Stay that i expected. Wasn’t luxurious or renovated at all. The lady at the front desk was really nice but other than that, I’ll never book here again. Hair follicles were laying on my sheets and the tub was filthy.

The room is good size but the bedding and towels need to be replaced.also the vending machine stole my money.the staff is rude and slow.the price was good though..only stay if have too...this is no vacation spot

Needed a place to stay for a night and it was pretty cheap.towels and bedding need replacing but the room was good size with kitchette.staff is very dumb and rude..vending machine is very overpriced and stole my money..some shady people hanging around the pk lot..if they would fix these problems it would be better.

very inconvenient and really only book if its the last resort. Ive stayed in many extended stay americas, but this one is really a no go for me. I can take a alot, but when there's no one to help you, their phone in their rooms doesnt work, and the staff is not nice, yeah thats a no go for me.

The girl at the front desk Tiffany was rude. When we were checking in she asked my husband's name, when he gave it to her she threw her hands up and walked away. (We're not from America.) Breakfast consists of prepackaged muffins and granola bars and coffee. Bed was definitely not a queen so my husband was too tall. The pool is 4" by 4". The fitness room consists of 2 treadmills. We will never stay here again.

This hotel is very old and ran down,they had one person running everything and though she Handle it pretty Good it appeared she was overwhelmed ,The part I really didn't understand with a property this large the front desk closed at 11:00 why wouldn't someone be available 24hrs like every Hotel I've been to in my Life I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

This motel was straight nasty! From transient people in the parking lot. The hall smelling like puke to the room with sticky counter to dirty bathroom. Even for the small amount of money I would not stay here again!

This was NOT worth it! First and foremost the front office staff did not communicate with me upon arrival that the room I paid for wasn’t available and that I’d be downgraded to a smaller room. Secondly the elevators did not work so I had to climb three flights of stairs with my 5 month old and all of my belongings. Third upon walking into the room it looked like it hadn’t been cleansed since before Covid-19 l.

I booked a room 3 hours in advance. I got to the motel there was no rooms available. No one at the front desk. I had to call the hotline outside the building. They did not speak English they did not try to talk to me to hear me out. They say no room. I could not understand anything else but no room. I am not a experienced traveler. So I did not know what to do. I got no call for my money refund. I did not have time to dig out what I need to do to get my money back. I am come becoming a traveler and this is my hotel experience. I'm learning
