WOW IT HAS A KITCHEN!”
Was only there for an overnight stay but it was a very nice place to stay. Sandy the front desk lady was really accommodating and the room was better than expected! Will be using this hotel for my future stays!

A great decision ever”
This is a great place the staff in the hotel is nice and friendly, the rooms are clean, the bed is so confortable. There are so many shops close to the place. One recommendation for the hotel open up you mind to pay in cash some tourism people didn’t bring credit card and they need to solve as soon as possible. The rest of the things are so great!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I was looking for a cheap room to spend one night in with my girlfriend while visiting Houston for an overnight stay. The check-in was a slow, awkward experience with the desk person constantly being interrupted by one woman, then multiple people, while seemingly struggling with the computer. Once we finally got our room keys and made our way to the elevator we noticed it reeked of weed, the same for the entire hallway as we made our way to out room. Immediately upon entering our room we were hit with this strong fug of cigarette smoke (whoever rented that room before us must've chainsmoked in there because the stink permeated throughout the whole room) and considering neither of us are smokers made it already uncomfortable. My girlfriend noticed the floors and counter/breakfast bar tops were slightly sticky like someone hastily cleaned them with mop water that needed to be changed out long before. The worst part were the roaches we came across in the bathroom and kitchen (most sightings were in the bathroom with one or two noticed in the kitchen). Overall it was an unpleasant experience, staying at this hotel. We won't be coming back to this one in the future.

Upon arrival homeless were hanging out at the entrance on the sidewalk right at the front door. Only one entrance to this hotel , other was locked off( here’s your sign) at check in customer ahead of me was asking for a plunger ( here’s your sing again) manager told him please bring it back I don’t have anymore ( here’s your sign again) at the door of the room when I opened it a small roach fell from the top (only one but that’s enough, here’s your sign again). Room clearly said it was a NO Smoking room yet it REAKED of cigarette smoke ( here’s your sign again). The room was clean and even after all this i was tired and stayed and roughed it out but will NOT stay there again and the check out girl did nothing to check me out other than ask which room and that since I paid Online I’d get my receipt that way.

Smells like smoke with roaches”
I only went up to the second floor, but everything (even the non-smoking rooms) smelled like smoke. All of my clothes and luggage smelled like smoke by the second day. I killed roaches in my room every night I stayed there. The carpet was disgusting and all hard floors were sticky.

Almost Great ”
I stayed for like 3 or 4 days and my last day, I had a knock at My door went to answer and nobody was there, the door closed and locked myself out. Went down to lobby to get a key and one of staff members question my clothes " saying I can't come down with no clothes on when clearly I no shirt on " as I go back to my room. Someone knocked again and this time I had a gun pointed at me. The man came in destroyed my room wanted money and valuables. So he took my money and little things he could find. I tried to tell the staff that morning but she looked at me like I was stupid. I seen the man outside in parking lot before I went To my room. Everything was good until it turned terrible.

I couldn’t rest people going in and out the door all times of the night until 4:30am Saturday night.it was horrible. Told the staff next day she why didn’t I call no phone in the room. And the roaches everywhere.. filthy

Disappointed”
Very disappointed with this location. I have stayed at many Extended Stay America, and this location is by far the worst! The staff members are very friendly, but this location has so many ROACHES! Roaches was all over the walls ,when I went to use the bathroom I couldn't even use the bathroom they were in the toilet, they were in the bed,on the countertops. I complained to the front desk, they gave me some spray, that gave me a tremendous headache! It was too late to relocate so we had to stay, best believe we are leaving first thing in the morning!

So many roaches, in multiple rooms. One staff member also accidentally canceled the remainder of my stay and lied about the reason. Thank goodness the other staff were competent. Avoid this place.

Staff member Josh was very helpful but Caroline was rude and seemed to careless. When I got to my room the shower rod was tore out of the wall and it took 2 days to get fixed

Don't stay here!”
This hotel is filthy! There are cockroaches everywhere! I found a cockroach inside my toothbrush holder on the bristles of my toothbrush! I always killed roaches when I turned on the bathroom light. When I checked in, there was dried urine on the toilet seat and feces in the toilet bowl. They sent housekeeping who leaned with a bottle of windex. I should not have stayed, but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Very bad hotel and very poorly managed! Don't waste your money staying here, no matter what the price is.

Acceptable”
I'm a first responder and I needed to check in early after getting off at 6am. I was told this hotel has early check in. Well early check to them is 1pm. After. A 24 hrs shift I can't hang around in the lobby for 6 hrs. Seems like management could make some accomodations. I would have really appreciated it and would have checked out way before 11am. SMDH next time I guess I'll have to reserve for two nights when I only need one.
