Clean and comfortable”
Very friendly, clean and comfortable. The beds are comfy, water get nice and hot. Staff is friendly and the property is well maintained. They have a security guard in duty at night to watch the property. Being a female solo traveler I felt safe and secure here. Would definitely recommend this hotel for extended stays and/ or short term.

Was in the process of closing on a home and needed a place to stay since my lease was up on my previous residence. Room was clean and allowed pets. Just hate there wasn't any automatic doors for people that are handicap or have their hands full. Overall, I was pleased with my stay.

I alwaysenjoy my stay here are a couple rooms that I get when I come into town that I do not like but other than that the place is immaculate the staff is nice always address me by name when I come in the property is well kept in the noise level is almost non-existent

Other than the fact that recently they have been an abundance of strange people hanging out in the hallways And outside the property and I am certain they do not have rooms anymore this time it was horrible on my Sunday stay which would’ve been the 22nd I woke up to roaches crawling on me in the bed that pissed me off that’s disgusting it was probably the most disturbing thingPlease treat your property for pest more frequently

This is an old hotel refitted to be an extended stay. The rooms are small like a dormitory with everything in plain view. There are roaches in the room so bring your own pest control products. Very dissatisfied with this place.

The location of the hotel was perfect. McDonalds & CU are just next to it and the beach is just a few hundred meters away. The room was very clean and staff were nice

Outstanding Customer Service ”
There's not one front desk agent that I can complain about. They are all very helpful, and accommodating. I was having issues with my bank and instead of making me check out and get my belongings out of the room,they allowed me to keep my things in the room until I figured out the situation with the bank and was able to pay. They are very attentive to your needs, they have a pretty nice laundry room and vending set up, as well as anything you might need in a kitchen such as pots,pans utensils AND for free. This is my go to hotel and would definitely recommend coming here if you travel and need somewhere to stay for a few days,or week. Keep up the good work!

It’s absolutely one of the best hotels in Houston. They have very clean rooms and awesome staff. I would definitely give this room a 9.5 out of 10 for this room. Everything is in walking distance,the Mall,Convenient Store and restaurants. You absolutely will be satisfied with this choice.

I didn’t like that I had a virus and called the front to tell them that I could not come down to re check in. They insisted that I come down even though they could have checked me in. So everyone was open to being expose cause they didn’t want to check me in or let my son of legal age sign for me . All is well and I guess no one got sick . Who knows ?
