Nos ha impresionado muchísimo, el hall de entrada es espectacular, las habitaciones amplias con grandes ventanales,,3@ baño muy completo y la zona de piscinas y restaurantes un lujo.,

Hotel de tres estrellas, siendo generosos. Habitaciones viejas, poco limppias y mal mantenidas. Me dieron una habitación orientada al sur que estaba a 34 grados cuando llegué. El calor era tal que el a/c no era capaz de refirgerrarla. Tras amenazar con presentar una queja por escrito conseguí que me la cambiaran por otra. El Hotel tiene precios de 5 estrellas (por ejemplo, un refresco son 6 euros + IVA), pero las instalaciones están muy alejadas de esa categoría.

Perfecto hotel para convenciones, muy bien situado, dispone de un fabuloso jardin en el centro de la ciudad, acogedores restaurantes y excelente spa. Es comodo y tiene una buena relacion calidad precio, seria conveniente revisar las habitaciones, despues de 20 anos resultan algo anticuadas y las camas son pequenas.

The internet was very slow and disconecting often. No internet in the garden or pool area. No magazines in the room. No hand towells, the maid said they ran out of them. The curtain was falling out of the track, could not completly dark out the room. No light in the indoor pool. Too dark to use at night. When I asked the atendant to turn the light in she could not find the switch. The Garden Restaurant was not that good and too expensive. It is the only restaurant in the Hotel (except for the breakfast bufet restaurant)and also the only restaurant in the area. SO if you want to eat decently you need to get a taxi, bus, or subway. There is also a pool bar but mainly sandwiches and snacks.

Hotel confortable”
hotel tranquilo, acogedor y con el personal muy eficiente, y servicial. la restauracion de gran calidad, y los metres con un trabajo a un nivel de la exelencia. el spa y todos los servicios anexos excelentes. se nota que el hotel ya tiene unos años, se nota en las habitaciones, la moqueta, los colchones, y las cortinas. pero en general es confortable.

Great Hotel & Great Pool & Great Food”
The hotel itsel very nice & great lobby & amazing amenities & the pool excellent & breakfast was very nice however, overcrowded with people but definitely worth it. During my stay I experienced several issues but I won't be going into details of those issues, as the front office Manager Ms. Mar resolved all the issues and offered a great solution. The Fairmont hotel in Barcelona is very lucky that have this amazing person. Overall day reception staff was great and very helpful. This is a great hotel but several people that working there have no idea what it is a 5***** service. I would definitely return to this hotel during the summer. Thank you to the Front Office Manager Ms. Mar for her kindnesses and excellent service. My room was 631 which has is a great view on the mountain.

Our second visit to the Hotel. The reason for coming back was because of Mr Carmine at the B24 bar who was so warm and made sure both my wife and i got our truly enjoyed our evening. On this trip Ms Maggie at the check in was absolutely fantastic. Once again thanks to Mr Carmine we had a wonderful evening at bar.

Great pool facilities, not too crowded and always managed to get a lounger. Rooms were lovely and clean, beds were very comfortable. Although this was a luxury hotel I did find the food and drink prices well over the top, 3 soft drinks, a hotdog and some nibbles by the pool came to €50! A ltr bottle of water was €6.

I was expecting more given the reviews. The service is excelent they have an amazing team, energetic and friendly! The rooms and grounds were a let down. They need proper maintenance and renivation. The spa area is a disaster. This is a solid 4 star, no more than that, more apropriate for big groups but not really for couples or individual travelers.

Worse hotel during my 4 weeks euro trip ! The staff are arrogant ”
New years they did not disclose that they will hold a party with loud house music at the lobby till 3 AM. And third night they sent me a letter telling me about a “regular maintenance” that may result in power shutdown??! If i knew they were going to be doing this i wouldnt have payed 300 euros a night. they shut the power and i couldnt even call the front desk, i couldnt shower or even flush the toilet. I lost two days worth of sleep because of this!!! To make matters worse the housekeeping did not replace our wine glass and amenities. And while i was waiting for my taxi one of the staff walked up to me saying my credit card payment didnt Go through... only to find out later that it did.. it was so embarrassing and i am outraged. This trainee said “your card was authorized but the payment did not go through” I am a 5 star hotel owner from Bali i know what hospitality is. I was insulted and i never seen a service this bad.

Great hotel and lovely staff. We got a little pressie for our wedding anniversary. A bit out of Barcelona but only a 5min walk away from the metro which takes you to all the best parts of Barcelona within 15-20mins.

The pool facilities where very nice my 3 yr old loved them, beds very comffy. Check in staff, concierge, and cleaners very helpful.. Now the drawbacks. On arrival i was met by curbside people telling me it was forbiden to stop my car there despite 4 other cars stopped there. I guess we looked a little poor. After parking in the parkade the bell staff asked us to bring the car around front to unload (where we were tossed out of 10 min before). Secondly 25€ for parking because they 'do not own parkade under their building) They did not find a parking lot in a field sneak in and building a 100 million hotel ontop when the guy wasnt looking. They outsource the parking so they can squeeze some more money out of you while offering a more reasonable rate on paper. I feel once you pass 200 to 250€ a night level you should forgo.the nickle and dime money grabs. It feels like Ryan Air shaking you down for a bag of peanuts

I felt like royalty from the moment I stepped out of my taxi. Incredible view. Lovely friendly staff. Peaceful bliss and the food in both the main restaurant, breakfast and terrace is Devine!!!! I recommend the steak in the terrace. The spa was super clean with everything you need. I had a massage in the spa. Very professional and looked after with gorgeous gown and slippers. The pools are lovely. One with jacuzzi seats to relax and watch the day go by. The polo club is great to see from the higher floors, where you can see the horses play. They looked as happy I was! The kind staff, feel of luxury in all the gorgeous treats I will be coming back every year!!! Fallen in love with this hotel. I can not recommend enough. To note I was a solo traveler and was perfect for that experience. Taxi to airport was 23 euro. Slightly pricey in hotel, but you get quality and great service, so I wanted to pay that price. My burger for 21euro with a red wine came to 31 euro with tip for example.
