Is a very relaxing resort. Get away from crowd. Purely enjoy the service and facilities in the resort. That free spa 2 times per day is soooo good. Free snorkeling as well. Clean beach and very good beach bar. And also breakfast anywhere anytime is so impressive. I just love every bits here. Tips: book everything in advance especially for spa, snorkeling, and shuttle van to town to avoid disappointment.

Highly recommend Fusion resort”

Love their design and staff I lost my sandals on the beach. The staff helped me find them and sent back to my room. They are really helpful and attentive, esp Jorge and Teddy. Nice food, nice pool and beach.

Great getaway for couples and family”

The breakfast here was excellent with plenty of choices and variety. Super comfortable villas with excellent service from all staff. The Spa treatment however was not up to expectation, unsatisfying. . Massages were basically rub downs with minimal effort. Both of us felt the same. Maybe we should have told , we want it HARD!

Beautiful resort”

We were given the option to upgrade our room type a couple of days before arrival to the River View Villa. That shows the personalised service Fusion Resort strives on. From arrival to check out and everything in between, the service was impeccable. The free service at the spa (massages, treatments, mani and pedicures) was perfect. The pool was amazing and the beach was really clean too. It was unfortunate the weather wasn't too kind to us for our short stay but we will definitely return again and have a longer stay!

All the staffs were kind and friendly. Spa, beautiful room, activity and so on everything were perfect. Especially recreation team were very considerate and acted heartily, although it was not a big deal that the paddle-board reservations were wrong.Impressive! I hope to be there again.

We loved it. The room was perfect and far exceeded our expectations. The staff helped us book some very relaxing spa treatments and a very very fun snorkelling adventure. Highly recommend! Wish we had time to stay longer.

Excepcional”

I would give this resort a solid 9.5/10. It was such an amazing experience. We opted for the all spa treatment inclusive package, and to be honest, before arriving I was having some reservations if the spa therapists would have the proper skills to carry out the treatments well. After our first treatment, all doubts were cleared. Most if not all the therapists are well trained and qualified, the treatments were so relaxing we fell asleep a couple of times. A special mention to 'Loan' and 'My' who were our favourite therapists. Everything else such as the villa, resort and down to the food was really good I can't really think of anything that can be improved much. The only small thing is that the villa had quite abit of ants on the patio of the villa, which is to be expected and not much can be done by the resort considering it is a tropical country and the amount of grass/plants around the resort. I would absolutely come back again for a getaway frm our busy lives and to just relax he

Mình đến đây cho dịp kỉ niệm ngày cưới; đã trải nghiệm những cảm giác tuyệt vời, đội ngũ thân thiện, villa đẹp, tinh tế; dịch vụ tốt: mỗi ngày 2 liệu trình spa, free trà chiều, resort còn tặng vợ chồng mình 1 chai vang đỏ. Tuy nhiên, về phần spa thì cần cải thiện hơn. Giờ massage của mình không như mong muốn, massage body mà nhân viên nam nên mình khá ngại; còn facial thì kỹ thuật của nhân viên hơi kém nên không được thư giãn lắm. Còn lại mọi thứ đều okie. Thanks Fusion for giving us a wonderful wedding cerenomy.

Resort itself if beautiful, all staffs are kind, friendly and helpful. This is the best resort I've ever experienced. Their services and staffs service mind is exceptionally good. I'll visit again for sure.

Notable”

The resort was nice, the villa was spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful. But if you want to have massage, you should book with them before your arrival. All Spa Inclusive - means that we have to paid for the spa & massage, which included to the room package. But it was too difficult to book a massage slot, they were always full. We're stayed there 3 days, but we were able to do massage on 1st day only, the other days was always fully booked! Quite disappointed cause there was not so much guests during our stay. When i asked about this, they answered to me that Massage & Spa is a FREE service, so that's a reason!

Excepcional”

This is the best place we have ever stayed in. Expensive for Vietnam but not in comparison to what you would pay in Europe for the same. The villa was faultless and the private pool and outdoor area was amazing. The staff were brilliant and the food was good. Couldn’t find anything to fault in the whole place. Spa was brilliant as well. A real treat for us but absolutely no regrets!!!

I booked Fusion for 5 nights, and after two days I decided to extend my stay another two nights. Everything is just perfect if you are looking for a relaxed and calm-down atmosphere. The Fusion Team and Management is always friendly, polite and welcoming. I really enjoyed the good food and the professional spa treatments. The Fusionista Team can be contacted anytime via WhatsApp and there to help and answer questions. What a great service! It was a really perfect stay and I just can recommend this resort to anyone who wants a relaxed but professional atmosphere!

5 star hotel? Seriously??”

The villa and pool were absolutely gorgeous, but there are ants on the table in my room. I am very disappointed with the staff and service. I really can not believe that this hotel is a 5 star hotel. I stayed there with my friend, it was girls trip. One night we had dinner at Secret Garden and ordered two drinks. We waited them for 20 min. And the staff could not communicate in English. At the pool and beach, nobody brought a towel and nobody help us. It doesn't happen in other 5 star hotels. I love to visit the beautiful island again but I won’t use Fusion. I’m sure there is better resorts on the Island. 女二人での年末年始旅行。 ホテルのシークレットガーデンで夕食をとった。スタッフには英語が通じない。オーダーしたドリンクは20分待たされた。 プールやビーチではスタッフがタオルを持ってこない。 他の５星ホテルではあり得ないこと。 このホテルのサービスは５スタートは程遠い。 フーコック には他にもいいリゾート たくさんあるからわざわざ何もないフュージョンリゾートにこなくていいと思う。 日本人のお客さんがたくさんいたのが不思議。

Great relaxing short weekend”

We Loved the resort! Would definitely go back. Great services ( the included spa treatments are really a great bonus so relaxing) , lovely private villa, friendly efficient staff, and the fusionista looking after us ( Tuyet) was absolutely brilliant. Be aware that the resort is in a very remote location a good 25 min taxi away from closest restaurants and bars if u wanted to go out ( taxi are cheap of course). Visit the fisherman pier , great delicious cheap seafood . The only aspect that needs improvement is the food. It is a Bit average but the cocktails & wine were good. Overall i Highly recommended the resort !
