This rental property is being offered by VacayStay Connect in partnership with the professional property manager. Guests will receive a reservation confirmation e-mail from Booking.com, followed by a payment confirmation e-mail from VacayStay Connect. The payment confirmation e-mail will provide contact information for the professional property manager. The property manager will provide a rental agreement that must be signed and returned to guarantee the reservation. The property manager will also provide information on optional services that may be available, with instructions regarding how to access the vacation rental upon arrival and information on pet charges a unit is designated as Pet Friendly. Charges will appear on the credit card statement as VacayStay Connect. Fee listed as Service Charge is actually a Booking Fee assessed by the Property Manager. The service charge/booking fee for Santa Fe, Angel Fire and Taos properties is quoted based on 30 night length of stay. This fee will be reduced to lower fee for shorter stays (if applicable) once the reservation is received and processed. Fee listed as Tourism Fee is actually a Damage Protection Waiver which provides limited coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property. Housekeeping fee applies to mid-stay cleans for stays of more than 25 days. Guests will not be billed for this when reservation is processed for shorter stays. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian who is also staying in the unit.
