Esta un poco anticuado .Hay habitaciones ,sin renovar la entrada en ellas .Otras si lo estan .Desayuno escaso para un hotel de cuatro estrellas .Ventanas de la habitacion sucias . El precio en relacion a los hoteles cercanos ,lo mejor cuando lo reserve

Excellent value for money hotel”
The hotel is in a great location, within the Brisbane CBD and located a short walk from the Brisbane botanical gardens. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and maintain the hotel rooms well. Also the free wifi is fast enough to watch netflix and youtube videos in HD. I would highly recommend this hotel for all travelers.

Good location and room”
I travelled with a baby, hotel provided port a cot and upgraded our room. The hallways, pool and restaurant were getting renovated so we're not in use and looked dated. The actual room was modern, clean and comfortable. Easy walk to Queen St mall and botanic gardens.

Hotel and room met all my BASIC requirements. Great location with possible drop off area, clean, silent, safe, good sized rooms, quick lifts and corteous and helpful staff. It is a pragmatic decision that will not disappoint.

Car parking at $25 per night was too much and with a 1.9m max height our iMax couldn't fit anyway. This height should be clearly advertised so alternative arrangements can be made prior to arriving. Also had to get shower head fuxed as it kept falling down and hitting us in the head when turned on and spraying water over the whole bathroom

Location, location, location.. The Mall, the Casino & South Bank was all within walking distance which was perfect for us! Our room wasn't on the highest floor but we still had a great view of the river & South Bank. Staff were friendly upon check-in also. Will definitely recommend GSH & will definitely consider staying here again!! Thank you

Great value, clean, close to everything and an amazing view. Only complaint is not really much of one.... it would have been better if there was at least a kettle for tea and coffee. We will definitely be back!

Good inner city option”
Glad covid has brought inner city hotel prices down to affordable, realistic prices. Room was clean, functional and comfortable. Corridors are a bit tired. Great central location.

Spent 2 night here visiting city while holidaying from Scotland UK. Excellent location.great room overlooking the river and everything you could need for a short stay. Excellent value for money, read some negative reviews but some people are never happy pay no attention to the bad rewiews. Would have no problem returning here or recommending to griends

On our first visit we found it convenient and Central, the Management were courteous, friendly and polite, and the staff as well. Jonathon the Manager went out of his way to make us accommodated and this is why we return.

I stay here for 2 nights in a spacious room. It was tiny and very clean. Full amenities were provided but no shower cap. I got the promotional price without room services. This was not a problem. Hotel gave me more than I paid. Recommend for anyone finding the hotel located in the great CBD of Brisbane City.

Brisbane short stay”
The hotel location is excellent. The staff were excellent and very helpful. It is situated very close to the river and main shopping area. We enjoyed the breakfast. The public transport is at the doorstep and was also very handy for the local ferry services and South Bank restaurants. There is a large building site just across the road from the hotel which could become a problem as it progresses. On the Monday night work continued until the early hours on the site.
