Best hotel in Barça! ”
Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the checkin all the staff that we have encountered were polite, kind and understanding. They were so accommodating and gave us some really good recommendations for restaurants. We stayed here for 5 nights and every single time, the room was cleaned perfectly and always gave us complimentary water in the room. We also received some pastries in our room upon checkin. Location is fantastic right near the Sta Lucia night markets and cathedral de Barcelona. Gothic quarter and las Ramblas is only around 5 min walk with heaps of amazing cafes and shops to see. The churros place across the road is also fantastic. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful with lovely lounges and an awesome rooftop bar (would be really lovely for a swim in summer) but the cherry on top were the lovely and extremely accomodating staff and their hospitality. I actually accidentally dropped my phone in the gap between the floor and the elevator from the 6th floor and I was full panicking not knowing what to do. But Laura from reception went absolutely above and beyond to help. She got the maintenance guy to come in even when he is away and outside of Barcelona at the time and gave us a voucher for drinks at the rooftop bar as she saw how distressed and panicked I was. In the end, she called us and told us that they’ve managed to retrieve my phone and it was still working!! I cannot thank enough Laura and the staff at H10 Madison. I would highly highly recommend for everyone to have their stay here.

Great place to stayed in Barcelona!”
The staff were really friendly. The room was great , the air conditioning and fan in the room. The bathroom were new an spacious. We stayed on a triple room. The sofa bed was more an extra bed that a sofa it was really comfortable as well as the beds. The hotel give you complementary water bottles every day. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Place to Sleep”
It was clean, chic, and in an excellent location. The balcony’s are a fun part of the outer perimeter rooms. Staff was great. Love the roof top bar and view. We traveled as a couple but I solo travel often and would feel totally safe to be here alone!

I stayed H10 Madison hotel for 2 days. It was my honeymoon trip. And I left a memo before I've been there. On the second day, when I came back to the room, a champagne and a chocolate pack, and chocolate melted strawberry was on the bed! It was a big surprise to me and my wife. I really appreciate the thing you've done for us. If I go to Barcelona again, I will visit here again. Not only the staff are kind, but also the location of hotel is perfect for travelers

We had exceptional service at this hotel. They also served champagne and water most of the day to the guests. From the concierge, to the waiters and bartenders at the bar; we received quality service. I had a lot of fun. It was nice to be greeted by my name upon seeing me daily. They made me feel really great about my stay. Great location, Great rooms and service. I would recommend staying here.

The best hotel ever!”
We were in Barcelona before and after a recent Mediterranean cruise and stayed in the H10 Madison. The hotel was fabulous and the staff really were outstanding. We were able to check in early and were able to store our bags after checkout which made for stress free travel. They also allowed us to continue to use all the facilities after check out including the wonderful roof deck. We will stay here again the next time we visit Barcelona.

This was our second stay here and we absolutely love this hotel. The staff are very friendly and very helpful, the rooms and bathrooms are very nice and clean with everything you need and the roof terrace is great. We will be back :)

Scent of luxury for reasonable price”
Ideal relation of price to quality. It is probably because of the low tourists season, but the price was very adequate. The frontdesk very responsive. All is clean and nice.

Clean beautiful rooms with all the necessary amenities, friendly staff, right in the middle of town but not on a noisy road. What more can you ask for? The stop for the sightseeing buses is just meters away and so is the shopping. Loved the 4 nights we had there!

Far exceeded expectations ”
We’re here in December and the rooftop is open and magical. Our room is beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and bottled water to welcome us. It is better than the photos. Bathroom and entrance feel luxurious. Pedro at the front desk was exceptionally helpful upon checking in.

Great value”
This is a true 4.5 star hotel, very new and well-appointed. It’s fantastically located 50 metres from the Gothic Cathedral and great value for money. The rooftop bar is a delight and the drinks are reasonably priced. The staff all speak English and are extremely helpful.

Good location with comfortable bed!”
It's right in the old town with easy walking access to the tourist shopping area, lots of restaurant around and quite many open long hours. Supermarket just across the road if you need to buy bottle water. Only 1 small thing, the cleaning crew entered to clean the room one of the days even when I put the no disturb card on the door. But everything else are great!
