Poor water supply inside the unit :-( the water heater will not activate because the water is weak, i told it to the front desk , they told me that some staff will check on it, sadly there is no one to show up :-( i have a video to prove it.

-The location is very accessible and Easy to find -people were accommodating -thought that other reviews were exaggerrating about cleanliness,but somehow true,for us from metromanila who were used to maynilad water ,their watersupply smells different -our rooom is good, -pool, is not well maintained,pool floor is not made of tiles (just painted cement,thats why it is somewhat slippery) -small t.v,water heater is not working

Disappointing 15 nights to 1 night”
Hacienda Galea Room with view, terrace Pros: Staff was accommodating Breakfast was served Cons: Room was dirty No bidet Mosquitoes inside the room Only few hours after making a reservation, a new review was posted. I informed the hotel about this, like how poorly maintained it is. I told them I’m keeping my reservation, I’m giving them a chance so I can make a positive review if I get a positive experience. One’s experience can be different from others. I specifically mentioned the bathroom. The hotel responded and I awaited to see the room. Unfortunately, right after check-in I found the room very disappointing like it was never cleaned... ever. Bathroom was dirty; there’s trash on the floor; the sink and shower are filthy; mirror was blurry. It’s unacceptable and uncomfortable. I informed the front desk and they had the housekeeping to clean it. Nothing was cleaned aside from they picked up the trash in the shower room. Bathroom was still dirty. Instead of 15nights, I had to stay 1 night at Hacienda Galea because I can’t find other property last minute. After hours of searching in the internet, I found a better property (condotel) and the best rate is on Agoda. I’m glad I made the reservation with Agoda. They helped me with my request to amend my reservation. Their customer service representatives were very professional and helpful and I am thankful for them.

Poor facility and untidy room”
1. There are mosquitoes everywhere even inside the room 2. The room itself is not clean even the cr. The sink was clogged. The filter of the airconditioning unit has a lot of dirt in it, we have to remove the filter so that the cold air can come out of the AC. 3.The pool is so not well maintained its very dirty, a lot of moss. 4. They have free breakfast yes and they will let you fill out the form for breakfast but didn’t serve the one you ordered so there’s no point in asking the guest.

The place has its unique charm, location is not so hard to find. Food is okay, ample parking, room is clean and spacious only downside is restroom is not well maintained but can be improved.

Rooms 106 with pool view. This is rooms is so disappointed. The sink in the bathroom are not good. The water flows from shower going to the room.

The room is not well maintained. The service is very slow. The event hall is just beside the rooms and we can hear all the noise from the party until 12midnight. The pool is not that clean, some part has a moss already. You cant by anything from the hotel, no tv stations, no rags inside the room, limited water from the shower, no bidet.. its a waste of money.

This place you could tell used to be really really nice but because of Covid and I’m not making any money they’ve cut back on everything starting with staff it has a beautiful pool but does it look like it’s being taken care of the way it should be they lie on here when it says there’s Wi-Fi in every room there are modems there but they’re not being paid for right now if you want Wi-Fi you need to go to the front lobby every time you want to connect and use it there we called them around 5 PM because you couldn’t look online it said it was full so we called them directly they said they had a room and we said we were going to eat dinner and then we would be there this was at 5 PM after we ate we were on our way to the hotel not even five minutes away we got a phone call asked if we were still coming we said why are you calling we just told you we were on our way after we ate. The manager made the front desk call us anyway because they lock the place down at nine I said yes but it’s only 6 PM I feel like you’re treating me like I have a curfew and I’m 16 years old the management sucks their . The staff was really great though breakfast was really good everything else is OK there
