Not the best one ”

The room is spacious and clean. but other facilities such as the pool were not properly maintained. No breakfast included, location is good, not the best. overall 1 night stay for 20usd is not worth it.

Ist was one of the worst hotel in my life! Bad staff,unfriendly,respectless,we will never stay there anymore!!!!

Bungalow was great, breakfast great, overall amenities great, motorbike great, staff great (except for the lady at the breakfast during the both days we stayed here, she was so rude we actually thought she was joking at first!!). We actually asked to stay longer than what we had planned but it was already fully booked unfortunately. Location; motorbike advised although there are shops, bars and restaurants really close as well.

Central location close to beach, plenty of bars and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was good compared to others in the area. Room not very clean. Lots of ants. Fridge/coffee/tea facilities. Small pool with very limited seating area. Staff miserable.

Suficient”

Lots of mosquitoes and ants to contend with. Had to pay the staff extra to change the sheets on the bed! Wasn’t a horrible experience but would choose another place next time.

This place was clean and well kept and only a yeaar old. 10 minute walk to the beach maybe 7 if you're in a rush. I would stay again ...Breakfast was good as well

Good option close to the beach”

5 minute walk to the beach, 5-10 minutes walk to restaurants. We had a standard room rather than a bungalow Which was clean and a good size, you do have people walk past on the path looking in though where's the bungalows are more private. The pool is small but clean and ideal for a quick dip. Breakfast was bad coffee looked more like tea and the only tea they offered was local flowery tea which is horrible, you could have an omelette or pho neither of which were particularly nice. we didn't bother and went to heaven restaurant everyday after the first.

I stayed here for 3 days . this is the good place to relax, to be your holiday . breakfast buffet mix western cruise and asian food , room clean and good bed room , new facilities , quiet , i`m satisfy with this place .

Beautiful place , staff is friendly and helpful , breakfast is mix western cruise and asian food ,it have been changed every day , good price , good choice for your long holiday , thanks hanh ngoc bungalow for giving my fantasic holiday , i will come back next time .

Basic”

The hotel was pretty basic, the room was clean but the bathroom smelt damp and had a mouldy shower curtain. The pool was a lot smaller than expected and didn't seem to close at all for cleaning. There is a steep walk to most of the bungalows which didn't seem to be mentioned, this was fine for us but could be a problem for others. The staff were friendly but barely spoke English.

Ưu điểm có bể bơi đẹp, giá phải chăng. Tuy nhiên đồ ăn sáng không ngon, thiết bị nhà tắm kém, đi bộ đến phòng xa. 3/5 sao

Thuê phòng như bị lừa, phòng giao không đúng với phòng đặt, yêu cầu đổi phòng ks báo hết phòng. Yêu cầu hoàn tiền thì ks báo ko có trách nhiệm yêu cầu khách hàng làm việc với agoda. Phòng ở bẩn, ko dọn sạch vẫn còn đồ lót của khách trước, điều hòa cũ ẩm mốc ko thở nổi. Nhiều muỗi không có lưới chắn côn trùng. Nhà tắm ko có nước nóng, báo lễ tân thì bảo xả 2p là có nhg mãi ko thấy. Vô trách nhiệm, đùn đẩy giải quyết khiếu nại.

Cả nhà tôi đi 7 người: 6 lớn 1 bé. Phòng rất lịch sự, hồ bơi sạch sẽ, nhân viên vui vẻ. 5h Sáng ngày thứ 2 của chuyến đi, em gái tôi bị đau bao tử cấp, nên mẹ tôi xuống nhà bếp hỏi có bán bánh mỳ không thì nhân viên bảo là chờ để nấu cho bé tô hủ tiếu ăn cho an toàn, khuyên ko nên ra ngoài mua đồ ăn và còn ko lấy tiền nữa. Nói chung rất ok. K/S gần biển.
