I had a one bed king size room. It didn’t come with a microwave, refrigerator or hair dryer. You have to pay more for a room to come with a refrigerator. I had to get the hair dryer a day later when I asked for it from the front desk. The hallways were hot but the rooms were cold. The inside pool and spa were closed. It was only one microwave and it was down stairs in the lobby.

Cleaning lady stole food from our room refrigerator. One bag of food we found from her trash bin. When we asked for second one (full box of chicken sandwich) she refused to say anything . When we have a complaint to front desk. After 20 minutes the other cleaning lady brought the food from storage.

No service, hard to find a staff or even a receptionist. No clean up daily, i stayed there 3 days, and even just some new shower towels, have to wait 30m to meet a receptionist then asked for that.

The hotel houses hookers, the elevator didn’t work and the staff didn’t care. They double charge for the prepaid room. The staff/security would not respond at night when Hookers are disrupting other guests

Pool - closed Restaurant - closed Towels - had to grab them from front desk - desk attendant always alone Coffee maker - no coffee Room service - every 5 days Everyday a new attendant - out of 5 only two were attentive to my needs Only positive was the room was clean. Neighborhood was run-down and outside the facility other clients were smoking weed. I had my kids with me. If I was alone, I would ignore it - NEVER AGAIN -

I had booked a couple of nights here. On the first day for check in . As I walked into the lobby ,I knew something was odd about the hotel but I went ahead checked in, the front desk staff was nice . I waited minutes for the only working elevator to get up to the room. Along the hallway, the building looked dilapidated . I got to the assigned room it was partially opened,I knocked as that seemed weird for the door to be slightly opened and peeked my head through .. the reek of cigarette/drugs /party/club or whatever stench that was made my stomach turn. Mind you the hallway and lobby reeked the same. I thought the room might be a safe harbor . I immediately went downstairs to ask for a refund and be checked out because I didn’t feel at all comfortable in such an environment. It didn’t seem safe at all. It was Filthy ,disgusting and smelly. I had to rebook a totally different hotel miles away. I am still waiting for feedback on my refund as I write this review. This is the worst holiday inn I have been to. I do not recommend at all.

Business Trip for 6 days”
Went on a business trip and stayed that the hotel for 5 nights. Very unclean rooms. Dusts and crap all over the room. They do not bother vacuuming at all. Bugs coming out everywhere. Told the front desk but did not bother crap. Breakfast choice is limited. The restaurant lady gets friendly only after 2 nights. Elevator takes FOREVER. Rooms are NOT quiet. location is only good if you have plans on the south part of Houston. People do not bother parking in lots but just parking at the front door so they just block the roads. People smoking at the parking lot 24/7. Cold water does not work so you wash with hell fire temperature water. Never coming back ever.

Took the intervention of a particular staff to save us from embarrassment, others are not familiar with agoda booking. Insisting we pay despite Agoda payment voucher. Then through out out 1 werk stay the hot water bath was not fixed despite complaints.
