Refund of Deposit”

I checked in around 10 PM on 18th September, 2016 and checked out at 9 AM on 19th September, 2016. The reception had asked me to pay deposit of 500 RMB at the time of check in which was later cancelled at the time of check out. The 500 RMB has not been refunded to my account even after more than a month. Request you the process the refund urgently.

Everything was very satisfactory. The breakfast was better than what I had at any other Holiday In Express hotels. If there's anything I wish for the hotel, it would be a 24-hour convenience store within a walking distance. I couldn't find a nearby store at night when I needed to buy some bottled water and other stuff.

Really nice hotel ”

The hotel was very nice with spacious, comfortable rooms and soft beds (hard to find in China!). The western restaurant food was also very good with reasonable prices for a hotel. The pool looked nice but was quite cold. There are not a lot of food or snack options near the hotel as the area is still being developed. Snacks are available in the hotel store but are very expensive. The service was very good. My stay was very enjoyable and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is great. The service and cleanliness are perfect. It is not located close to any stores or restaurants, but the hotel has everything you need.

Acceptable quality, a little bit faraway from city”

Arrival is already evening, apparently after a good training front, very professional, but a common problem as the mainland service, front desk personnel did not face the smile of welcome, very serious. Underground garage security personnel more responsible, things can go downstairs and went to the car to see them in the patrol. Highlights of the house is not furnished, but very practical. Refreshing time at the Holiday Inn”

Although the air conditioning did not work the first night we stayed there, the staff was very helpful and upgraded our room the next day and even gave us two free coffees. It was clean and comfortable. Would definitely go there again.

飯店裡隨處都有的免費的無線網路,對於商務客有著非常大的優勢,並有游泳池及健身房也非常適合一家大小前去,較可惜的是餐廳的選擇較少,櫃檯的人員服務的素質有待提升,由於位於新的開發區,旁邊有正在施工的建物,有時難免會吵一些.

房間硬體設備好,房間大,但隔音不好,晚上睡覺都可聽到外面在施工的聲音,希望飯間要多建構無線網路,這樣對旅客會比較方便,另外房間的空調似乎有問題,我已將溫度設定在15度但開了整晚溫度一直都在25度.
